Disclosure of Invention

Specifically, the weight of a typical light and thin fabric (e.g., silk, chemical fiber) at a preset height may be defined as a light and thin weight threshold, and the weight of a typical heavy and thin fabric (e.g., down, woolen) at a preset height may be defined as a heavy and thin weight threshold.

Step S302: and calculating the ratio of the weight of the clothes to the height of the clothes, and obtaining the product of the ratio and the preset height.

In the present embodiment, the laundry information includes a laundry height and a laundry weight.

Specifically, after the clothes are put in, the clothes in the inner drum of the washing machine are stirred, the height detection unit is adopted to detect the distance from the highest point of the clothes in the inner drum of the washing machine to the bottom surface of the inner drum of the washing machine, the detection result is used as the height of the clothes, the weighing unit is adopted to weigh the total weight of all the clothes in the inner drum of the washing machine before the water inlet program is executed, the weighing result is used as the weight of the clothes, the ratio of the weight of the clothes to the height of the clothes is calculated, and the product of the ratio and the preset height is calculated.

Specifically, the product of the ratio of the weight of the laundry to the height of the laundry and the preset height is used to characterize the weight of the laundry at the preset height in the drum of the washing machine. If the weight of the clothes with the preset height in the inner drum of the washing machine is greater than the heavy weight threshold value, judging that the first fabric information of the clothes to be washed is heavy fabric; if the weight of the clothes with the preset height in the inner drum of the washing machine is smaller than the light and thin weight threshold value, judging that the first fabric information of the clothes to be washed is light and thin fabric; if the weight of the clothes with the preset height in the inner drum of the washing machine is greater than or equal to the light and thin weight threshold value and less than or equal to the thick weight threshold value, the first fabric information of the clothes to be washed is judged to be the fabric with the common thickness.

Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a washing machine control method based on clothes material identification according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, after step S206 is performed, second fabric information of the laundry is determined according to the change rate of the water stain area, the second fabric information including the moisture absorption of the fabric, including the steps of: step S401: and determining preset change rate intervals of the M water stain areas based on the M kinds of second fabric information.

For example, M may be defined to be equal to 3, the second fabric information of the garment is divided into 3 types of the water-absorbable fabric, the water-non-absorbable fabric and the common water-absorbable fabric according to the moisture absorption of the fabric, and each type of the second fabric information corresponds to the preset change rate of the water stain area in a one-to-one manner, for example, the water-absorbable fabric corresponds to a first preset change rate interval, the common water-absorbable fabric corresponds to a second preset change rate interval, and the water-non-absorbable fabric corresponds to a third preset change rate interval.

Step S402: and comparing the change rate of the water stain area with the M preset change rate intervals, and determining second fabric information of the clothes to be washed according to the comparison result, wherein the second fabric information comprises fabric moisture absorption.

Specifically, the second fabric information of the laundry is determined according to the preset change rate interval where the change rate of the water stain area obtained in step S206 is located.

Exemplarily, the change rate of the water stain area obtained in the step S104 is compared with a first preset change rate interval, a second preset change rate interval and a third preset change rate interval, and if the change rate of the water stain area is located in the first preset change rate interval, the second fabric information of the clothes to be washed is judged to be the water-absorbable fabric; if the change rate of the water stain area is in a second preset change rate interval, judging that the second fabric information of the clothes to be washed is a common water-absorbing fabric; and if the change rate of the water stain area is within a third preset change rate interval, judging that the second fabric information of the clothes to be washed is the fabric difficult to absorb water. After the second fabric information is acquired, step S105 is continuously performed.

It should be noted that, if the first fabric information and/or the second fabric information cannot be obtained within the preset determination time, and the material of the clothes cannot be identified, the washing machine is controlled to execute the washing program according to the preset washing parameters.

Optionally, the washing machine control method based on clothes material identification provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes the following steps: establishing communication connection between the washing machine and the terminal equipment; sending the video image to the terminal equipment; the method comprises the steps that clothes material identification is carried out on terminal equipment, and a terminal clothes material identification result is sent to the washing machine; and determining washing parameters according to the terminal clothes material identification result and the clothes information, and executing a washing program according to the washing parameters.

In this embodiment, a communication unit may be disposed in the washing machine, the communication unit is connected to the control module of the washing machine, and the communication unit is configured to establish a wireless communication connection between the washing machine and the terminal device, so that the washing machine sends the video image in the inner tub of the washing machine to the terminal device, where the terminal device may be one or a combination of a smart phone, a tablet computer, and a notebook computer.

Before executing the washing program, a user can check video image data in an inner barrel of the washing machine at the terminal equipment, identify the texture of clothes according to the image data, and send the identification result of the texture of the clothes at the terminal to the washing machine by adopting the communication unit. The control module of the washing machine receives the terminal clothes material identification result sent by the communication unit and the clothes information acquired by the clothes detection unit, determines the washing parameters according to the terminal clothes material identification result and the clothes information, and controls the washing machine to execute the washing program according to the washing parameters, so that the remote monitoring of the washing process of the washing machine can be realized.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a clothes material identification device. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a clothing material identification device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the clothing material recognition device 01 includes: the device comprises a video image acquisition unit 101, a video image processing unit 102, a clothes detection unit 020 and a control module 010, wherein the clothes detection unit 020 is used for acquiring the information of clothes in the inner drum of the washing machine after the clothes are put in; the video image acquisition unit 101 is used for acquiring a video image in the water inlet process after the clothes are put in; the video image processing unit 102 is configured to analyze a video image and obtain a change rate of a water stain area on the surface of the clothes; the control module 010 is provided with a comparison and analysis unit 105, the comparison and analysis unit 105 is used for determining first fabric information of the clothes to be washed according to the clothes information, the first fabric information comprises fabric density, second fabric information of the clothes to be washed is determined according to the change rate of water stain area, the second fabric information comprises fabric hygroscopicity, the first fabric information and the second fabric information are compared with prestored fabric data, and the material of the clothes is determined according to the comparison result; the control module 010 is further configured to determine a washing parameter according to the material of the laundry and the laundry information, and control the washing machine to execute a washing program according to the washing parameter.

In the present embodiment, the laundry information includes a laundry height and a laundry weight, and the comparison analysis unit 105 determines the first fabric information of the laundry to be washed according to the laundry height and the laundry weight. As shown in fig. 5, the laundry detecting unit 020 further includes a height detecting unit 103 and a weighing unit 104. Specifically, a height detection unit 103 provided at the inner tub of the washing machine may be used, and typically, the height detection unit 103 may be a distance sensor for detecting the height of the laundry put into the inner tub of the washing machine, and a weighing unit 104 provided at the bottom of the inner tub of the washing machine for detecting the weight of the laundry put into the inner tub of the washing machine.

In the present embodiment, the video image capturing unit 101 may be disposed above the inner tub of the washing machine, typically, the video image capturing unit 101 may be a camera, and the image capturing part of the video image capturing unit 101 faces the laundry to be washed. When clothes material quality identification is carried out, the control module 010 controls the video image acquisition unit 101 to be opened so as to acquire video images in the water inlet process.

In this embodiment, the video image processing unit 102 is configured to capture consecutive multiple frames of images in a time sequence, and perform a graying process on the consecutive multiple frames of images. Further, the video image processing unit 102 divides the pixel feature block of each frame of the grayscale image, and identifies the water stain feature region in each frame of the grayscale image based on the RGB values. Further, the video image processing unit 102 may obtain water stain feature regions in any two frames of the grayed images, calculate a difference value of areas of the water stain feature regions in the two frames of the grayed images, and calculate a change rate of the water stain area on the surface of the clothes according to the difference value of the areas of the water stain feature regions and the interval time of the two frames of the images.

In this embodiment, the second fabric information of the garment can be divided into the fabric easy to absorb water, the fabric difficult to absorb water and the common fabric capable of absorbing water according to the moisture absorption of the fabric, and the comparison analysis unit 105 compares the change rate of the water stain area with the preset data, so that the second fabric information of the garment can be preliminarily determined.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the control module 010 is further provided with a storage unit 106, and the storage unit 106 is configured to store pre-stored fabric data, a light and thin weight threshold, a heavy weight threshold, and preset change rate intervals of M water stain areas, where the preset change rate intervals of the M water stain areas correspond to the M types of second fabric information one-to-one.

The fabric pre-storing data comprises pre-storing fabric materials, pre-storing first fabric information and/or pre-storing second fabric information, and each pre-storing fabric material and one first fabric information can be defined to be in one-to-one correspondence, or each pre-storing fabric material and one second fabric information are in one-to-one correspondence, or each pre-storing fabric material and combined data of a group of first fabric information and second fabric information are in one-to-one correspondence.

In this embodiment, the weight of a typical light and thin fabric (e.g., silk, chemical fiber) at a preset height may be defined as a light and thin weight threshold, and the weight of a typical heavy and thin fabric (e.g., down, woolen) at a preset height may be defined as a heavy weight threshold.

Optionally, the video image processing unit 102 is further configured to collect an n-k frame image, an nth frame image, and an n + k frame image in the video image in a time sequence, and perform graying processing, where n is an integer greater than or equal to 2, k is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and n is greater than k; carrying out differential processing on the n-th frame of gray-scale image and the n-k-th frame of gray-scale image to obtain a first differential image, and carrying out differential processing on the n + k-th frame of gray-scale image and the n-k-th frame of gray-scale image to obtain a second differential image; acquiring a first water stain characteristic region of a first differential image and a second water stain characteristic region of a second differential image; calculating a first water stain area according to the first water stain characteristic area, and calculating a second water stain area according to the second water stain characteristic area; acquiring frame interval time; and determining the change rate of the water stain area on the surface of the clothes according to the first water stain area, the second water stain area and the frame interval time.

Optionally, the comparison analysis unit 105 is further configured to obtain a light weight threshold and a heavy weight threshold; calculating the ratio of the weight of the clothes to the height of the clothes, and acquiring the product of the ratio and the preset height; if the product of the ratio and the preset height is larger than the heavy weight threshold value, judging that the first fabric information of the clothes to be washed is heavy fabric; if the product of the ratio and the preset height is smaller than the light and thin weight threshold value, judging that the first fabric information of the clothes to be washed is light and thin fabric; and if the product of the ratio and the preset height is greater than or equal to the light weight threshold value and less than or equal to the heavy weight threshold value, judging that the first fabric information of the clothes to be washed is the fabric with the common thickness.

Optionally, the comparison analysis unit 105 is further configured to determine preset change rate intervals of the M water stain areas according to the M types of second fabric information; and comparing the change rate of the water stain area with the M preset change rate intervals, and determining the second fabric information of the clothes to be washed according to the comparison result.

Optionally, the control module 010 is further configured to control the inner drum of the washing machine to rotate at a preset rotation speed, control the inner drum to stop rotating after a first preset time, and control the water inlet valve to enter water at a preset spraying speed; and after a second preset time, controlling the water inlet valve to be closed, and controlling the video image acquisition unit 101 to acquire a video image in the water inlet process, wherein the second preset time is less than the first preset time. The video image processing unit 102 is further configured to determine whether the water stain feature region can be identified in the video image, and if the water stain feature region cannot be identified by the video image processing unit 102, the control module 010 controls the washing machine to execute a second water inlet stirring program and controls the video image acquisition unit 101 to acquire the video image during the second water inlet stirring process, where parameters of the second water inlet stirring program are the same as parameters of the first water inlet stirring program.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the clothing material recognition device 01 further includes: and the communication unit 107, the communication unit 107 is used for establishing communication connection between the clothes material identification device 01 and the terminal equipment.

The communication unit 107 is also used for establishing communication connection between the washing machine and the terminal equipment; sending the video image to the terminal equipment; the clothes material recognition device is used for recognizing the clothes material at the terminal equipment and sending the recognition result of the terminal clothes material to the washing machine through the communication unit 107; the control module 010 determines a washing parameter according to the terminal clothing material identification result and the clothing information, and controls the washing machine to execute a washing program according to the washing parameter.

In this embodiment, the clothing material recognition device 01 further includes: the down lamp is arranged above the inner barrel of the washing machine, and when the brightness in the inner barrel of the washing machine is lower than a preset brightness threshold value, the control module 010 controls the down lamp to be opened, so that the video image acquisition unit 101 can acquire video images.

Illustratively, the terminal device includes one or more combinations of a smartphone, a tablet computer, or a notebook computer.

Therefore, according to the clothes material identification device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the moisture absorption property of the fabric is obtained through the video image acquisition unit 101 and the video image processing unit 102, the fabric density is obtained through the clothes detection unit 020, the clothes material is identified by combining the moisture absorption property of the fabric and the fabric density, and the washing parameters are set according to the clothes material, so that the problem that the clothes material cannot be accurately identified is solved, the washing effect is favorably improved, the wear of the clothes caused by washing is reduced, and the user experience is improved.

The embodiment of the invention also provides the washing machine. Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the washing machine 02 includes the laundry material recognition apparatus 01.

In this embodiment, the washing machine 02 further includes a display panel and a control panel, the display panel and the control panel are respectively in communication connection with the control module 010, and the display panel is configured to obtain and display video image data and clothes information data sent by the control module 010, where the clothes information data includes clothes material, clothes height, and clothes weight. The control panel is used for sending a user input instruction to the control module 010, and a user can set washing parameters on the control panel.

In the present embodiment, the washing machine 02 establishes a wireless communication connection with the terminal device through the communication unit.

In summary, the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the clothes material identification device, and by adopting the washing machine control method based on clothes material identification, the control method obtains fabric hygroscopicity through an image identification technology, identifies the clothes material by combining the fabric hygroscopicity and the fabric density, and sets the washing parameters according to the clothes material, so that the problem that the clothes material cannot be accurately identified is solved, the washing effect is improved, the wear of the clothes due to washing is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
