1. The adhesive tape washing solution is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:

35-45% of toluene, 25-35% of ethanol and 25-35% of acetone.

40% toluene, 30% ethanol and 30% acetone.

3. The cleaning solution for adhesive tape according to claim 1, further comprising a penetration enhancer.

4. The cleaning solution for adhesive tape according to claim 3, wherein the penetration enhancer is one selected from alkylphenol ethoxylates, alkylamine oxide ethoxylates, long-chain fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ethers, and polyether penetration enhancers.

5. Use of the cleaning solution for adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for preparing a solution type cleaning agent.

6. Use of a cleaning solution for adhesive tapes according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for the preparation of atomized cleaning agents.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive washing agents, and particularly relates to an adhesive washing solution for an adhesive tape and application thereof.

Background

In the prior art, in order to clean the glue remaining on the surface of the adherend with the adhesive tape, it is generally necessary to clean the remaining glue with a glue cleaning solution. The existing glue washing solution is usually a single-component solution, such as a toluene solution, an ethanol solution and an acetone solution, and although the single-component solution has a certain glue washing effect, the glue on the surface of the adhesive tape is difficult to clean quickly without damaging the adhesive tape base material. In particular, although toluene can quickly clean glue, the surface of the adhesive tape can be damaged due to the slow volatilization speed of toluene; although acetone has high volatility, the cleaning effect is poor, only a part of glue is cleaned, and the application range is limited; the volatility and the cleaning effect of the ethanol are moderate, but the glue can be cleaned only by repeatedly cleaning the glue, and the original shape of the adhesive tape is easily changed by the cleaning mode. Therefore, a solution for cleaning adhesive tape, which can quickly clean adhesive and does not easily damage or deform the surface of the adhesive tape, is desired.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the glue cleaning solution can quickly clean glue and is not easy to deform or damage the adhesive tape;

further provides the application of the gel washing solution in the preparation of the solution type gel washing agent;

further provides an application of the gel washing solution in preparing an atomized gel washing agent.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a glue washing solution for an adhesive tape, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

35-45% of toluene, 25-35% of ethanol and 25-35% of acetone.

Further provides application of the rubber washing solution for the adhesive tape in preparation of a solution type cleaning agent.

Further provides application of the cleaning solution for the adhesive tape in preparing an atomized cleaning agent.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the application range of the adhesive cleaning solution for the adhesive tape can be effectively improved by mixing and using the toluene, the ethanol and the acetone, and the cleaning efficiency of the adhesive is improved; and through carrying out reasonable setting to the ratio between the three, can effectively balance the volatility of washing gluey solution for the sticky tape and remove gluey rate, avoid because volatility too high leads to removing gluey rate and descend to and because volatility is low excessively, remove gluey rate and promote to some extent, but seriously destroy the sticky tape surface or make the condition of sticky tape deformation take place.

Detailed Description

In order to explain the technical content, the objects and the effects of the present invention in detail, the following description will be given with reference to the embodiments.

The adhesive tape washing solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

35-45% of toluene, 25-35% of ethanol and 25-35% of acetone.

Preferably, the adhesive washing solution for the adhesive tape comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

40% toluene, 30% ethanol and 30% acetone.

In one embodiment, the cleaning solution for adhesive tape further comprises a penetration enhancer.

Optionally, the penetration enhancer is one selected from alkylphenol ethoxylates, alkylamine oxide polyoxyethylene, long-chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene and polyether penetration enhancers.

Preferably, the penetration enhancer is alkylamine oxide polyoxyethylene ether, and the addition amount of the penetration enhancer is preferably 2 wt%. With passing through the penetration enhancer increases the consistency of adhesive tape with washing gluey solution improves the adhesive tape with washing gluey solution and the active time of glue to improve the adhesive tape with removing gluey rate and the efficiency of removing of washing gluey solution, avoid because the adhesive tape is with washing gluey solution mobility is stronger, lead to needing a large amount of adhesive tape with washing gluey solution just can get rid of the clean condition with glue. Meanwhile, the alkylamine oxide polyoxyethylene ether is used as an amphoteric surfactant, so that the degumming rate of the rubber washing solution for the adhesive tape can be effectively improved.

The application of the adhesive tape cleaning solution in preparing the solution type cleaning agent.

Specifically, the cleaning solution for the adhesive tape can be used alone, and can also be added into a solution type cleaning agent as a main cleaning component, wherein the solution type cleaning agent comprises, but is not limited to, turpentine, rosin water, 120# gasoline, kerosene, benzene, xylene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and the like besides toluene, ethanol and acetone.

The application of the adhesive tape cleaning solution in preparing the atomized cleaning agent is provided.

The cleaning solution for the adhesive tape can be used for preparing a solution type cleaning agent and can also be used for preparing an atomization type cleaning agent, the formula of the atomization type cleaning agent is approximately the same as that of the solution type cleaning agent, but reagents which can enable the solution to be too high in viscosity degree, such as ethyl acetate and the like, are avoided. Through the atomization of the glue washing solution, the glue removing efficiency of the glue washing solution can be effectively improved.

Example 1

The adhesive cleaning solution for the adhesive tape comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

40% toluene, 30% ethanol and 30% acetone.

Example 2

The adhesive cleaning solution for the adhesive tape comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

35% toluene, 35% ethanol and 30% acetone.

Example 3

The adhesive cleaning solution for the adhesive tape comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

45% toluene, 30% ethanol and 25% acetone.

Example 4

The adhesive cleaning solution for the adhesive tape comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

40% toluene, 35% ethanol and 25% acetone;

the solution type cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

60% of a washing solution for adhesive tapes, 15% of rosin water, 10% of 120# gasoline, 5% of ethyl acetate and 10% of sodium hydroxide.

Example 5

The adhesive cleaning solution for the adhesive tape comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

40% of toluene, 33% of ethanol, 25% of acetone and 2% of alkylamine oxide polyoxyethylene ether.

The atomized cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

60% of a washing solution for adhesive tapes, 15% of rosin water, 5% of 120# gasoline and 20% of sodium hydroxide.

Comparative example 1

The adhesive cleaning solution for the adhesive tape comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

30% toluene, 50% ethanol and 20% acetone.

Comparative example 2

The adhesive cleaning solution for the adhesive tape comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

60% toluene, 20% ethanol and 20% acetone.

Detection example 1

The glue removing rate test was performed on the glue washing solutions for adhesive tapes prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2, the solution type cleaning agent prepared in example 4 and the atomized type cleaning agent prepared in example 5, and the glue removing rate was evaluated by the percentage of the mass of the dissolved glue to the mass of the virgin glue in 10min, with the results shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the adhesive removing rate in examples 1 to 5 was not less than 91%, and the adhesive residue on the surface of the adherend was effectively removed.

Detection example 2

The rubber cleaning solutions for the adhesive tapes prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2, the solution type cleaning agent prepared in example 4 and the atomized cleaning agent prepared in example 5 were subjected to a tape deformation rate test, and the tape surface treated for 10min was marked as unqualified when the tape part was dissolved, damaged, warped or otherwise deformed, and the results are shown in table 2:

As can be seen from Table 2, the adhesive tapes treated in the examples 1-5 for 10min do not damage the surfaces of the adhesive tapes or cause the deformation of the surfaces of the adhesive tapes; although the glue removing rate of the comparative example 1 can reach 85%, the surface of the adhesive tape is partially deformed due to the fact that the ethanol content of the comparative example 1 is too high; the reason why the comparative example 2 failed may be that the toluene content was too high, damaging the surface of the tape.

In conclusion, the adhesive cleaning solution for the adhesive tape provided by the invention can effectively improve the application range of the adhesive cleaning solution for the adhesive tape and improve the cleaning efficiency of glue by mixing and using the toluene, the ethanol and the acetone; and through carrying out reasonable setting to the ratio between the three, can effectively balance the volatility of washing gluey solution for the sticky tape and remove gluey rate, avoid because volatility too high leads to removing gluey rate and descend to and because volatility is low excessively, remove gluey rate and promote to some extent, but seriously destroy the sticky tape surface or make the condition of sticky tape deformation take place.
