After large flat parts are horizontally placed and heated, if the large flat parts are horizontally lifted and quenched, the large flat parts are immersed in a quenching medium, because the cooling condition of the upper end surface is better, the steam of the quenching medium can float upwards, the medium can freely convect, the steam of the lower end surface can float upwards difficultly, the medium can also convect difficultly, so that the upper end surface and the lower end surface have great cold speed difference, the temperature difference of the upper surface and the lower surface of a workpiece is great, great temperature stress exists on the upper end surface and the lower end surface, during tissue transformation, because of the difference of tissue transformation time and speed, great tissue stress can also be generated, and finally, the parts can be caused to generate convex or concave deformation, and the use size is difficult to ensure. Meanwhile, the cooling effect of the lower end surface is not good, and mechanical properties such as hardness and strength sometimes cannot meet technical requirements. And when vertical quenching is carried out, the cooling speed of the two end faces is relatively uniform, and the deformation is small. However, it is difficult to turn the part from a horizontal angle to a vertical angle in a hot state and to lift the immersion medium.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a heat treatment tool and a heat treatment method for horizontal heating and vertical quenching of large flat plate parts, which can realize horizontal charging and heating of the parts, ensure stability during heating, overturn to be close to vertical quenching during discharging, improve quenching cooling conditions, and reduce deformation.

step 4), inserting a heat treatment tool along a reserved non-support area from the lower part of the large flat plate part, loading the large flat plate part into the tool, pulling down the free end of the movable connecting rod, and inserting a pin to enable the open end of the heat treatment tool to be in a closed state;

and 5) hoisting the heat treatment tool and the large flat plate part to the open ground together by utilizing hoisting equipment, unloading the hoisting hole without the end with the opening, hoisting only the hoisting hole with the end with the opening, hoisting the heat treatment tool and the large flat plate part to be in a nearly vertical state, and finally immersing the heat treatment tool and the large flat plate part in a medium for quenching.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the heat treatment tool has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in manufacturing, low manufacturing cost, high reliability and good safety;

2. when the heat treatment is carried out on large flat plate parts, the operation is simple and convenient, only one lifting hook of the hoisting equipment is used, and the application range is wide; and moreover, under the action of the tool, the large flat plate part can be horizontally charged and heated, the stability during heating is ensured, the large flat plate part is turned to be close to vertical quenching during discharging, the quenching cooling condition is improved, and the deformation is reduced.

step 3), after the heating of the large flat plate part 7 is finished, hoisting holes 3 arranged at the tops of two ends of the heat treatment tool are hoisted simultaneously by utilizing hoisting equipment, at the moment, the heat treatment tool is in a horizontal state, and then the free end of the movable connecting rod 4 is rotated to the upper side, so that the open end of the heat treatment tool is in an open state;

step 4), inserting a heat treatment tool into the tool from the lower part of the large flat plate part 7 along a reserved non-support area, loading the large flat plate part into the tool, pulling down the free end of the movable connecting rod 4, and inserting the pin 5 to enable the opening end of the heat treatment tool to be in a closed state;

and 5) hoisting the heat treatment tool and the large flat plate part 7 to the open ground together by utilizing hoisting equipment, unloading the hoisting hole 3 without the open end, hoisting only the hoisting hole with the open end, hoisting the heat treatment tool and the large flat plate part to be in a nearly vertical state, and finally immersing the heat treatment tool and the large flat plate part in a medium for quenching together.
