Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning agents, in particular to an environment-friendly industrial cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.

Background

In industrial production and service activities, the industrial cleaning agent can remove dirt on the surfaces of industrial products (and parts thereof), production equipment and auxiliary facilities to achieve certain cleanliness, plays an important role in improving the product quality, safely operating the equipment, saving energy, reducing emission and the like, and becomes an indispensable special chemical product in industrial production and operation activities.

The working principle of the industrial cleaning agent is to remove dirt (including grease, paint, ink, colloid, carbon deposit, dust and the like) on the surfaces of devices, equipment, facilities and products by using the principles of dissolution, complexation, emulsification, wetting, penetration, dispersion, solubilization, stripping and the like of chemical substances.

Although the traditional industrial cleaning agent mostly uses chlorine-containing solvents (dichloromethane and trichloromethane), the chlorine-containing solvents are very effective as cleaning enhancers, but the chlorine-containing solvents have great harm to human bodies and can damage nerves and organs of the human bodies, the solvents are not environment-friendly, and the VOCs (volatile organic chemicals) using the solvents are easy to exceed the standard. According to comprehensive research on cleaning agent production enterprises, a certain amount of chlorine-containing solvent is added to partially clean paint and heavy oil dirt to meet the cleaning requirement, and after industrial research and comprehensive evaluation, a 20% limit value is given, and most cleaning agents containing the substances can be basically eliminated.

Therefore, a cleaning agent which has a cleaning power comparable to that of the conventional chlorine-containing cleaning agent and is environmentally friendly is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the problems in the related art, the application provides an environment-friendly industrial cleaning agent which is a chlorine-free strong industrial oil stain cleaning agent, the solvent comprises trimethylbenzene, solvent oil and acetone, and the cleaning agent is chlorine-free, low-toxicity, environment-friendly, strong in cleaning power, free of residue, fast in volatility and suitable for various industrial environments.

The second aspect of the application provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly industrial cleaning agent.

The application provides an environment-friendly industrial cleaning agent which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

30 to 45 percent of trimethylbenzene

8-15% of No. 120 solvent oil

20-35% of acetone

25-30% of propellant.

In one embodiment, the propellant consists of liquefied petroleum gas and carbon dioxide.

In one embodiment, the weight ratio of the liquefied petroleum gas to the carbon dioxide is 20 to 30: 1 to 5.

The application has the beneficial effects that:

the environment-friendly industrial cleaning agent is prepared from trimethylbenzene, 120# solvent oil, acetone and a propellant in proportion.

(1) The trimethylbenzene has the characteristics of strong dissolving power, low toxicity, small smell, high boiling point, slow volatilization, no water or olefin and no chlorine, and can play a role in high dissolving power in the later stage of evaporation, so that the cleaning performance is good, in addition, the acetone has a cleaning function and can improve the volatilization rate, the No. 120 solvent oil is mainly used for dissolving stubborn dirt, and the propellant can increase the pressure injection rate and greatly improve the cleaning power.

Therefore, the mutual matching of the trimethylbenzene, the No. 120 solvent oil, the acetone and the propellant can ensure that the cleaning agent has high dirt cleaning speed, complete dirt dissolving, strong reaction, dispersion or dissolution cleaning capability on the dirt, and can completely remove the dirt in a limited construction period. When cleaning, the dirt can be thoroughly cleaned without depending on temperature control or intensive conditions such as hard scrubbing and the like.

(2) The components are nontoxic or low-toxic, so that the cleaning agent is nontoxic or low-toxic to organisms and the environment, and the generated waste gas, waste liquid and waste residues can be treated to meet the requirements of relevant national regulations.

(3) Although the cleaning agent is volatile, the cleaning agent comprises the components of trimethylbenzene, acetone and No. 120 solvent naphtha, the VOC value is low, the trimethylbenzene has a wider distillation range and a higher octane value, can assist in dissolving colloid, and has a cleaning effect.

(4) Trimethylbenzene and other components in the components of the cleaning agent cannot react with metal, so that the cleaning agent does not corrode a tin can and a valve and is not easy to leak.

(5) Because the trimethylbenzene can exert high dissolving power in the post-cleaning stage, insoluble substances or new stains cannot be left on the surface of a cleaning object in the cleaning process, a new harmful covering layer cannot be formed, and the quality of a cleaning product is not influenced.

The cleaning agent does not contain chlorine but has a cleaning effect not lower than that of a chlorine-containing cleaning agent through the proportion of trimethylbenzene, 120# solvent oil, acetone and a propellant, is low in toxicity, environment-friendly, strong in cleaning power and low in VOC value, and is suitable for various industrial environments.

uniformly mixing trimethylbenzene, 120# solvent oil and acetone according to the formula ratio to prepare feed liquid;

In one embodiment, the water leak detection is a constant temperature water bath leak detection.

the preparation method of the invention can prepare the required industrial cleaning agent only by simple mixing, and has the advantages of easy operation and suitability for large-scale production and application.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.

The components used in the examples of the present invention are all commercially available common products.

Example 1

The embodiment of the application discloses an environment-friendly industrial cleaning agent which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30% of trimethylbenzene, 10% of 120# solvent oil, 30% of acetone, 28% of liquefied petroleum gas and 2% of carbon dioxide.

The preparation method of the environment-friendly industrial cleaning agent comprises the following steps,

putting trimethylbenzene, 120# solvent oil and acetone into a stirring kettle and uniformly stirring;

filling the obtained feed liquid into a tank body, adding a valve, sealing, filling a propellant, weighing, performing constant-temperature water bath leakage detection, blow-drying, jetting, and adding a sealing cover to obtain the product.

Example 2

Comparative example 1

The difference between this comparative example and example 1 is that trimethylbenzene is omitted, i.e. the raw material components of the industrial cleaning agent of this comparative example are:

20% of 120# solvent oil, 50% of acetone, 28% of liquefied petroleum gas and 2% of carbon dioxide.

Other steps and operation principles are the same as those of embodiment 1, and are not described herein again.

Comparative example 2

The difference between the comparative example and the example 2 is that the comparative example omits acetone, namely the raw material components of the industrial cleaning agent of the comparative example are as follows:

59% of trimethylbenzene, 18% of No. 120 solvent oil, 21% of liquefied petroleum gas and 2% of carbon dioxide.

Other steps and operation principles are the same as those of embodiment 1, and are not described herein again.

Comparative example 3

The comparative example differs from example 3 in that carbon dioxide is omitted, i.e., the industrial cleaning agent of the comparative example comprises the following raw material components:

45% of trimethylbenzene, 10% of 120# solvent oil, 21% of acetone and 24% of liquefied petroleum gas.

Other steps and operation principles are the same as those of embodiment 1, and are not described herein again.

Efficacy testing

1. In order to verify the cleaning efficacy of the environment-friendly industrial cleaning agent, the following evaluation items are mainly adopted to test the efficacy of the environment-friendly industrial cleaning agent, and the evaluation results are shown in table 1.

As is clear from the above-mentioned evaluation results,

(1) the detection data show that the stain cleaning rate of the cleaning agent is more than 97%, and the cleaning agent has strong cleaning performance, while trimethylbenzene is omitted in comparative example 1, acetone is omitted in comparative example 2, carbon dioxide is omitted in comparative example 3, the cleaning rate cannot reach the cleaning rate of the embodiment, and the efficient cleaning effect can be achieved only through the synergistic effect of the trimethylbenzene, the No. 120 solvent oil, the acetone, the liquefied petroleum gas and the carbon dioxide.

(2) The cleaning rate in table 1 is achieved without any additional strengthening conditions, such as temperature requirement or vigorous scrubbing, and from the cleaning effect and cleaning conditions, the cleaning conditions are mild and do not depend on additional strengthening conditions, because trimethylbenzene has good cleaning performance, acetone has cleaning effect and can improve volatilization rate, 120# solvent oil is mainly used for dissolving stubborn dirt, and the cleaning agent has higher stain cleaning rate under the coordination of propellant. While the comparative example achieved the cleaning rate in table 1, which was achieved under the condition of vigorous scrubbing.

(3) The detection data show that insoluble substances do not remain on the surface of the cleaning object in the cleaning process, and new fouling is not generated because the cleaning agent contains trimethylbenzene and can exert high dissolving power in the post-cleaning stage, and the residue is not left on the surface of the cleaning object in comparative example 1 and comparative example 2.

(4) In order to verify the environmental protection performance of the environmental protection industrial cleaning agent, the VOC discharge amount of the cleaning agent is checked according to the GB/T34682-2017 standard, and is 80-90 g/L.

In conclusion, the environment-friendly industrial cleaning agent provided by the invention is prepared from trimethylbenzene, 120# solvent oil, acetone and a propellant in proportion, has good fluidity, low viscosity and good volatility, can completely volatilize the cleaning agent on the surface of a substance after cleaning, has low residual quantity, is easy to dry parts, has mild cleaning conditions and high cleaning efficiency, and does not corrode a tinplate tank and a valve on the whole and is not easy to leak. Although the cleaning agent is volatile, the cleaning agent comprises the components of trimethylbenzene, acetone and No. 120 solvent oil, the VOC value is low, the trimethylbenzene has a wider distillation range and a higher octane value, can assist in dissolving colloid and has a cleaning effect, the acetone has the cleaning effect and can improve the volatilization rate, the No. 120 solvent oil is mainly used for dissolving stubborn dirt, and the propellant can increase the pressure injection rate and greatly improve the cleaning power.

The environment-friendly industrial cleaning agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the ratio of trimethylbenzene, 120# solvent oil, acetone and propellant is further screened, so that the product has strong capability of removing stubborn dirt, is friendly to organisms and environment, is nontoxic, mild in cleaning conditions, free of insoluble substances in the cleaning process, free of generating new stains, free of corroding a tank body and good in stability.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
