in the fifth step, dissolving the extract in the fourth step by using ethyl acetate, mixing the extract with 55g of PRP-512A macroporous adsorption resin, eluting by using PRP-512A macroporous adsorption resin column chromatography, eluting by using 60 percent ethanol solution for 1L to remove impurities, eluting by using 1.5L of 75 percent ethanol solution, collecting eluent, and recovering the solvent under reduced pressure until the solvent is dry to obtain high-concentration trans-jade-like gem-phellodendron acid extract;

in the sixth step, ethyl acetate-acetone is mixed at a ratio of 1:2 and heated to form a supersaturated solution, the supersaturated solution is placed at room temperature and naturally cooled, white needle-shaped crystals are separated out, and the crystals are filtered and dried to obtain 2.01g of trans-jade-like gem-hinokic acid.

in the sixth step, ethyl acetate-acetone 3:4 is mixed with a heating solvent to form a supersaturated solution, the supersaturated solution is placed at room temperature for natural cooling, white needle-shaped crystals are separated out, and the white needle-shaped crystals are filtered and dried to obtain 2.11g of trans-jade-like gem-hinokic acid.

in the first step, cypress plant bodies are taken, dried, crushed and screened, the mesh number of the selected screen is 20 meshes, and then the screened cypress plant body powder is uniformly mixed with equal amount of calcium carbonate powder to obtain mixed powder for later use, wherein the cypress plant bodies are roots of juniper europaea;

in the second step, 1000g of mixed powder obtained by mixing in the first step is weighed, 10000ml of ethyl acetate is added to obtain a mixture, the mixture is heated and boiled for 2 hours, primary extracting solution is obtained by filtering, and the precision of the adopted weighing equipment is 0.1 ml;

in the sixth step, ethyl acetate-acetone 3:4 is mixed with a heating solvent to form a supersaturated solution, the supersaturated solution is placed at room temperature for natural cooling, white needle-shaped crystals are separated out, and the white needle-shaped crystals are filtered and dried to obtain 2.52g of trans-jade-like gem-hinokic acid.

The yield and purity of trans jade-like gem cypress acid obtained in the above example were calculated, respectively, and the results are shown in the following table:

Based on the above, the method has the advantages that the plant bodies are crushed, the same amount of calcium carbonate powder is mixed, ethyl acetate is heated and refluxed for extraction, PRP macroporous adsorption resin is eluted, recrystallization is carried out, filtration and drying are carried out, white solid crystals, namely trans-jade-like gem cypress acid, can be effectively prevented from pigment interference, only 1 time of column chromatography operation is needed in the separation process, the obtained trans-jade-like gem cypress acid is high in yield and purity, and large-scale production can be carried out.
