The method comprises the steps of taking a pure aluminum ingot and a pure magnesium ingot as raw materials, mixing and smelting, refining the obtained alloy liquid, standing after refining, and casting the alloy liquid obtained after standing to obtain an aluminum alloy ingot; carrying out three-stage homogenization treatment on the obtained 5A12 aluminum alloy cast ingot; then, milling the cast ingot, and then processing by adopting an acetic acid water and air combined impurity removal method; and after treatment, carrying out homogeneous heating, hot rough rolling and hot finish rolling on the cast ingot in sequence to finally obtain the 5A12 aluminum alloy hot rolling blank with the thickness of 8 mm. The large-size 5A12 aluminum alloy hot-rolled plate blank with the width of 1200-1700 mm can be obtained through the method, and the product has the advantages of good surface quality, high strength, good plasticity, no air holes or shrinkage holes in the blank and the like; therefore, the problems that the existing large-specification 5A12 aluminum alloy plate production has high equipment requirement and the hot rolling technology is complex are solved.)

背景技术

5A12铝合金是高镁含量5系铝合金,属于不可热处理合金,具有强度高、耐蚀性好和切削性好、阳极化处理表面质量好、电弧焊性能良好和抗腐蚀性能良好等特点。5A12合金广泛用于船舶、飞机焊接件、地铁轻轨、导弹零件、防弹装甲等领域。实际应用当中5A12合金以挤压型材为主,挤压型材的原材料一般为圆棒状铸锭,直径小、铸造相对简单,成分易控制、铸造不易开裂。小直径的圆棒铸锭采用普通挤压机可挤压成各种形状零部件,但缺点是生产的零部件规格小,不能应用于大规格零部件及焊接件的生产,如大规格船用板材、航空航天焊接用材、防弹装甲等宽幅压延用材。

为了提高5A12合金在大规格零部件上的应用,能够生产出满足要求的大尺寸铸锭是目前迫切需要解决的技术难题。
