Example 1

A preparation process of a high-temperature-resistant soft porcelain silica gel mold comprises the following steps:

(1) adhering a mold seed of soft porcelain patterns to be produced on a prefabricated mold table, arranging a frame according to the size, and coating a release agent on the texture surface of the mold seed to form a mold blank;

(2) the mass ratio is 95: 5, stirring the high-temperature-resistant silica gel and the curing agent for 5min, and discharging bubbles under negative pressure, wherein the negative pressure is-0.1 Pa, and the bubble discharging time under negative pressure is 1min to prepare the silica gel;

(3) pouring silica gel material on the mold blank, standing and curing for 3 hours at room temperature, wherein the surface layer of the silica gel material is in a semi-cured state to form a first adhesive layer with the thickness of 3 mm;

(4) laying a first layer of eye-fixing gauze on the first adhesive layer, then laying a layer of teflon net again, and laying flat and tensioning;

Example 2

Example 3

(5) pouring a silica gel material on the Teflon net, the eye-fixing gauze and the first adhesive layer, standing and curing at room temperature for 4 hours to form a second adhesive layer with the thickness of 3 mm;

(6) laying a second layer of eye-fixing gauze on the second adhesive layer, and laying flat and tensioning;

(7) pouring silica gel on the second layer of eye-fixing gauze and the second adhesive layer to form a third adhesive layer, wherein the thickness of the third adhesive layer is directly filled with the preset thickness of the mold;

(8) and (3) curing the silica gel material at room temperature for 18h, and separating the silica gel material from the mold blank to obtain the high-temperature-resistant soft porcelain silica gel mold, wherein the mold has the texture of soft porcelain color.

Example 4

(1) Adhering a mold seed of soft porcelain patterns to be produced on a prefabricated mold table, coating a release agent on the texture surface of the mold seed, and arranging a frame according to the size to form a mold blank;

(2) the mass ratio is 98: 2 stirring the high-temperature-resistant silica gel and the curing agent for 10min, and exhausting bubbles under negative pressure, wherein the negative pressure is-0.5 Pa, and the bubble exhausting time under negative pressure is 5min to prepare the silica gel material, so that the mould blank has the texture of the soft porcelain color.

(3) Pouring silica gel material on the mold blank, standing and curing for 8 hours at room temperature to form a first gel layer with the thickness of 3 mm;

(4) laying a first layer of eye-fixing gauze on the first adhesive layer, then laying a layer of teflon net again, and laying flat and tensioning;

(5) pouring a silica gel material on the Teflon net, the eye-fixing gauze and the first adhesive layer, standing and curing at room temperature for 8 hours to form a second adhesive layer with the thickness of 1 mm;

(6) laying a second layer of eye-fixing gauze on the second adhesive layer, and laying flat and tensioning;

(7) pouring silica gel on the second layer of eye-fixing gauze and the second adhesive layer to form a third adhesive layer, wherein the thickness of the third adhesive layer is directly filled with the preset thickness of the mold;

(8) and (3) curing the silica gel material at room temperature for 24 hours, and separating the silica gel material from the mold blank to obtain the high-temperature-resistant soft porcelain silica gel mold, wherein the mold has the texture of soft porcelain color.

In examples 1 to 4, the high temperature resistant soft porcelain silica gel mold was designed to have the texture of soft porcelain design by pre-designing the soft porcelain design and color mold, and further, a soft porcelain product with vivid decoration effect of abundant and various natural textures was created as required.

In embodiments 1 to 4, two layers of teflon nets are sandwiched between three layers of eye-fixing gauze, the holes of the teflon nets are filled with the silicone rubber material, the eye-fixing gauze is fastened between the silicone rubber material and the teflon nets, no gap is generated between the silicone rubber material, the eye-fixing gauze and the teflon nets, and relative sliding between the silicone rubber material and the teflon nets is effectively prevented, so that the hardness of the silicone mold is improved, and the tensile strength and the tearing resistance of the silicone mold are enhanced.

The high temperature resistant soft porcelain silica gel mold prepared in the embodiment 1-4 uses high temperature resistant glue as a raw material, and the silica gel mold does not bulge, bubble or layer on the surface thereof at the temperature of 200-250 ℃, and has the tensile force of 40N, the tearing force of 42N and the hardness of 28.
