Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a high-rotation-speed electric drive axle structure. The electric drive axle is composed of a motor, a planetary reducer and a differential mechanism, and in order to meet the driving requirement of the whole vehicle, the performance requirement of a drive motor is reduced through reasonable allocation of the transmission ratio of the planetary reducer, and the motor, the reducer and the differential mechanism are subjected to integrated design so as to reduce the volume of the electric drive axle system.

the planetary reducer adopts an internal and external meshing double-star row and consists of a sun wheel, three inner planet wheels, three outer planet wheels, a gear ring and a planet carrier;

the power of the planetary reducer is input by a sun gear, the power of the planetary reducer is output by a planet carrier, and a gear ring is fixed, so that a reduction ratio of 1-k is realized, wherein k is a characteristic parameter of a planet row and is equal to the ratio of the number of teeth of the gear ring to the number of teeth of the sun gear;

the driven spiral bevel gear is mounted on the left half shaft or the right half shaft to adapt to front wheel driving and rear wheel driving.

The following describes the embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples.

Examples

As shown in figure 1, a high-speed electric drive axle consists of a motor 1, a planetary reducer 2 and a differential 3, wherein a motor rotor shaft 101 is connected with a sun gear 203 of the planetary reducer 2 through a spline, and a planet carrier 202 of the planetary reducer 2 is meshed with the differential 3 through a driving spiral bevel gear 401 and a driven spiral bevel gear 402 to realize vertical power transmission.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the planetary reducer 2 adopts an internally and externally meshed double planetary gear set, and is composed of a sun gear 203, three inner planetary gears 204, three outer planetary gears 205, a gear ring 201 and a planetary carrier 202, power is input by the sun gear 203, power is output by the planetary carrier 202, and the gear ring 201 is fixed, so that a reduction ratio of 1-k is realized, wherein k is a characteristic parameter of the planetary gear set and is equal to the ratio of the number of teeth of the gear ring to the number of teeth of the sun gear. The gear matching parameters of the internal and external meshing double star rows and the realized transmission ratio are shown in a table 1.

As shown in fig. 2, the ring gear 201 of the planetary gear set 2 is connected to the motor cover 102 by bolts, so that the ring gear 201 is fixed. The driving spiral bevel gear 401 and the planet carrier 202 are connected through a spigot fit and a spline, and a pair of back-to-back conical bearings 211 are installed between the driving spiral bevel gear 401 and the reducer housing 209, and are used for supporting the driving spiral bevel gear 401 and the planet carrier 202 and simultaneously carrying axial force generated by a spiral bevel gear pair. The tapered bearing 211 is play-adjusted by the lock nut 213, and the lock washer 212 plays a role in preventing the lock nut 213 from being loosened. A flow distribution sleeve 210 is arranged between the two conical bearings 211, and pressure lubricating oil output by an external oil pump enters an oil duct of the planet carrier 202 through an oil inlet hole on the reducer shell 209 and an oil hole of the flow distribution sleeve 210 and then enters a shaft hole of the planet wheel shaft 206, so that each planet wheel bearing 208 is lubricated. The planetary gear shaft 206 is axially and circumferentially positioned by a set screw 207 to ensure that the oil passages of the planetary gear shaft 206 and the planet carrier 202 are always aligned, thereby realizing forced lubrication.
