the banana peel antioxidant additive comprises the following components in parts by weight:

95 percent of banana peel extract

0.3 percent of sodium glutamate

Ferrous sulfate 0.02%

Examples

(1) Preparing a banana peel extract:

a. drying and crushing 1kg of banana peel, adding 2L of 20% ethanol aqueous solution, leaching for 20 minutes at 50 ℃ under hot reflux, filtering and concentrating to obtain a leaching solution;

b. extracting the leaching liquor with diethyl ether to obtain extract liquor;

c. performing column chromatography on the extract by using a polyethylene glycol 20000 column, and eluting by using 10% ethanol water solution to obtain a first-stage eluent;

d. performing chromatography on the first-stage eluent by using 200-mesh polyamide powder as an adsorbent, and then eluting by using a 1% acetic acid aqueous solution to obtain a second-stage eluent;

e. recrystallizing the second-stage eluent twice with ethanol, and drying to obtain the banana peel extract;

(2) mixing 95% of banana peel extract of the banana peel extract, 0.3% of sodium glutamate, 0.02% of ferrous sulfate, 0.02% of calcium lactate, 0.6% of vitamin A, 0.3% of vitamin E, 3% of vitamin C, 0.2% of vitamin D and 60.02% of vitamin B in parts by weight, uniformly stirring, and drying to obtain the banana peel antioxidant additive.
