Background

Some underwater equipment has different depth requirements when working, and an underwater release device is needed to control and release cables or cables with different lengths so as to meet the working depth requirements of the underwater equipment. Or some underwater equipment needs to release the carried load after reaching the working depth, so that an underwater release device with simple structure and high reliability is needed to meet the requirements of the underwater equipment.

At present, an electromagnet or a motor is mostly adopted as power of a release device, and the action of a spring or a torsion spring is realized through the stretching or twisting of a bolt, so that the load is released. Such devices are complicated in structure and are prone to mechanical failure when heavy loads are released.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a fusing type underwater releasing device which can be used underwater and has simple structure and high reliability.

The object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical means. A fusing type underwater release device mainly comprises a base A, a base B and a plurality of release mechanisms, wherein each release mechanism comprises a nylon rope A, an electric heating wire, a lead and a circular ring, the electric heating wire is tightly wound on one section of the nylon rope A, and the two ends of the electric heating wire are respectively connected with the lead; the nylon rope A is looped through the circular ring according to the preset length, the loop is connected between the base A and the base B and enables the nylon rope A to be in a tensioned state, and loads to be released are hung on the circular ring of the release mechanism respectively.

The nylon rope A11 penetrates through the circular ring 6, two ends of the nylon rope A11 are looped according to a preset length, a hook at one end of the pull rod 4 penetrates through the holes of the pressure spring 1 and the base B10, one end of the nylon rope A11 of the release mechanism, which is looped, is hooked, the other end of the nylon rope A11, which is looped, is hung at the corresponding position of the base A3, under the action of the pressure spring 1, the nylon rope A11 of the release mechanism is in a tensioned state, and loads needing to be released are hung on the circular ring 6 of the release mechanism respectively.

It should be noted that: the fusing type underwater release device has the advantages that the release mechanisms can be increased or reduced according to needs, different loads can be released, and the loads needing to be released can be hung on the circular rings of the release mechanisms respectively. In addition, a nylon rope B5 can be arranged to pass through the circular ring 6 and then be tied on the holes of the base A3 and the base B10 respectively, and loads which do not need to be released can be hung on the circular ring 6.

When the load needs to be released, the power supply in the sealed cabin of the underwater equipment supplies power to the corresponding lead, the corresponding heating wire 7 starts to generate heat, the tensioned nylon rope A11 in the release mechanism 2 is burnt, the nylon rope A11 is broken under the action of the pressure spring 1, and the load hung on the circular ring 6 is released. The fusing type underwater releasing device can ensure the sealing performance of the whole underwater equipment only by sealing the wires in the sealed bin, and can work at different water depths.
