Background

The structure of bearing mainly includes bearing bracket, gasket, bearing, shell fragment and preforming, and bearing bracket includes U-shaped main part, first side and second side, is equipped with mounting groove and catching groove in the U-shaped main part, and the mounting groove is protruding downwards, and the catching groove is located the both sides of mounting groove. The first side and the second side are provided with guide holes. The gasket, the bearing, the elastic sheet and the pressing sheet are sequentially arranged in the mounting groove, and the pressing strip on the pressing sheet is buckled on the buckling groove.

The existing bearing assembling equipment, for example, a press-fitting method of a bearing press-fitting device disclosed in chinese patent publication No. CN108673100A, includes the following steps: 1) starting a driving motor of the bearing press-fitting device, and enabling the press-fitting column to be far away from the through shaft groove when a driving shaft of the driving motor rotates; 2) placing the bearing in a through shaft groove of the bearing press-fitting device; 3) starting the driving motor, and enabling the press-fitting column to penetrate through the bearing and the shaft through groove when a driving shaft of the driving motor rotates; 4) starting the press-fitting cylinder so that the bearing can be pressed out of the through groove of the shaft by the press-fitting column; 5) and the first semicircular groove on the fixed clamping piece and the second semicircular groove on the sliding clamping piece are arranged under the shaft through groove, so that the bearing pressed out of the shaft through groove can be clamped by the first semicircular groove and the second semicircular groove.

However, the above-described bearing assembling apparatus and method have the following problems:

1. the mounting groove at the bottom of the bearing support protrudes downwards, so that the bearing support cannot be laid flat, and the bearing support needs to be jacked up from the lower direction at the position of the mounting groove during assembly, so that the bearing support is uneven in stress and easy to damage;

2. traditional planer-type's feed structure is too complicated, and is with high costs, and the maintenance is difficult.

Disclosure of Invention

The problems that the traditional gantry type feeding structure is too complex, the cost is high and the maintenance is difficult in the existing bearing assembly are solved; the invention aims to provide a bearing stamping device which adopts a link mechanism to replace gantry type feeding and cannot damage a bearing support during assembly.

For the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted: a bearing stamping device comprises a stamping seat, a lower stamping cylinder, a lower stamping die, an upper stamping cylinder, an upper stamping connecting plate, a stamping guide post and an upper stamping die; a lower punching cylinder is vertically arranged at the lower part of the punching seat, the output end of the lower punching cylinder is connected with a lower punching die, a first lower die and a second lower die are respectively arranged at two ends of the lower punching die, and circular sinking grooves for positioning the bottom of the bearing support are respectively arranged at the centers of the upper parts of the first lower die and the second lower die; the upper part of the stamping seat is vertically provided with an upper stamping cylinder, the output end of the upper stamping cylinder is connected with an upper stamping connecting plate, two ends of the upper stamping connecting plate are both connected with stamping guide posts, and the stamping guide posts are slidably arranged on the upper part of the stamping seat; the lower end face of the upper stamping connecting plate is provided with an upper stamping die, two ends of the upper stamping die are respectively provided with a first spring and a second spring, the first spring is connected with a first upper die, the position of the first upper die corresponds to the position of a first lower die, the second spring is connected with a second upper die, and the position of the second upper die corresponds to the position of a second lower die.

As shown in fig. 7, a bearing punching device includes a punching seat 61, a lower punching cylinder 62, a lower punching die 63, an upper punching cylinder 64, an upper punching connection plate 65, a punching guide post 66, and an upper punching die 67; a lower punching cylinder 62 is vertically arranged at the lower part of the punching seat 61, the output end of the lower punching cylinder 62 is connected with a lower punching die 63, a first lower die 631 and a second lower die 632 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the lower punching die 63, and circular sinking grooves for positioning the bottom of the bearing support are respectively arranged at the centers of the upper parts of the first lower die 631 and the second lower die 632; the upper part of the punching seat 61 is vertically provided with an upper punching cylinder 64, the output end of the upper punching cylinder 64 is connected with an upper punching connecting plate 65, two ends of the upper punching connecting plate 65 are both connected with punching guide posts 66, and the punching guide posts 66 are slidably arranged on the upper part of the punching seat 61; the lower end surface of the upper stamping connection plate 65 is provided with an upper stamping die 67, two ends of the upper stamping die 67 are respectively provided with a first spring 671 and a second spring 672, the first spring 671 is connected with a first upper die 673, the position of the first upper die 673 corresponds to the position of the first lower die 631, the second spring 672 is connected with a second upper die 674, and the position of the second upper die 674 corresponds to the position of the second lower die 632.

When the device works, the lower part between the bearings falls into the circular sinking groove for positioning, the lower punching cylinder 62 pushes the lower punching die 63 to move upwards, meanwhile, the upper punching cylinder 64 pushes the upper punching die 67 to move downwards, and the pressing sheet, the elastic sheet, the bearing, the gasket and the bearing support are pressed together under the extrusion of the lower punching die 63 and the upper punching die 67.

The bearing stamping device solves the problems that the bearing support cannot be laid flat due to the fact that the mounting groove at the bottom of the bearing support protrudes downwards, the bearing support is jacked up from the lower direction at the position of the mounting groove during assembly, the bearing support is not stressed uniformly and is easy to damage.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the second material moving device 8 includes a second X material moving mechanism 81, a second Y material moving mechanism 82, and a second Z material moving mechanism 83; the second Z material moving mechanism 83 includes a second guide column 831, a second fixed beam 832, a second material moving cylinder 833, a second material moving plate 834 and a third material moving pusher 835; two second guide posts 831 are vertically installed on the second Y moving mechanism 82, a second fixed beam 832 is fixed in the middle of the second guide posts 831, an output end of a second moving cylinder 833 is connected to the second fixed beam 832, the second moving cylinder 833 is fixed to a second moving plate 834, the second moving plate 834 is slidably installed on the second guide posts 831, a third moving push block 835 is installed on the lower end face of the second moving plate 834, four second protruding blocks 8351 and a second circular groove 8352 are arranged on the lower portion of the third moving push block 835, the four second protruding blocks 8351 are arranged in a rectangular shape, and the second circular groove 8352 is located between the four second protruding blocks 8351.
