1. A compact electric drive axle, characterized by comprising:

a drive motor;

the speed reduction planet row comprises a first sun gear, a first planet gear, a first gear ring and a first planet carrier, wherein the first sun gear is connected with a driving motor, and the first planet gear is connected with the first planet carrier;

the differential mechanism is composed of a first planet row and a second planet row without gear rings, the first planet row is composed of a second sun gear, a second planet wheel and a second planet carrier, the second planet row is composed of a third sun gear, a third planet wheel and a third planet carrier, the second sun gear is connected with a first output half shaft, the third sun gear is connected with a second output half shaft, the second planet wheel and the third planet wheel are mutually meshed, and the first planet carrier and the second planet carrier are connected with the third planet carrier; and

one end of the differential lock is connected with the third planet carrier, and the other end of the differential lock is connected with the second output half shaft;

the speed reduction planetary row, the first planetary row, the second planetary row and the differential lock are coaxial and are arranged side by side in sequence.

2. The electric drive axle of claim 1, wherein: the drive motor has a hollow structure through which the first output half shaft passes.

3. The electric drive axle of claim 2, wherein: the first gear ring is connected with the box body.

4. Electric drive axle according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that: the second sun gear is meshed with the second planet gears, and the third sun gear is meshed with the third planet gears.

5. Electric drive axle according to claim 4, characterized in that: the electric drive axle has a fixed planetary reduction gear.

6. The electric drive axle of claim 5, wherein the drive motor, the first output half shaft, and the second output half shaft are disposed along a common centerline.

7. The electric transaxle of claim 5 wherein the differential lock comprises a face differential lock or a wet clutch differential lock.

8. The electric drive axle of claim 2, wherein the drive motor has a drive mode and a generate mode.

9. Electric drive axle according to claim 4, characterized in that: the first planet wheel is a cone pulley.

10. The electric drive axle of claim 6 wherein the first output half shaft extends in an opposite direction from the second output half shaft.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of machinery and vehicle transmission, and particularly relates to a compact electric drive axle.

Background

Chinese patent ZL201820170867.5 discloses an electric drive axle, which includes a power output device, an input shaft connected with a power output shaft of the power output device, a primary driving gear sleeved on the input shaft, and an electromagnetic clutch device connected between the input shaft and the primary driving gear, wherein the electromagnetic clutch device is configured to selectively receive power of the input shaft to have a first state in which the power is output by the primary driving gear and a second state in which the output of the power is interrupted. The electric drive axle transmits the power generated by the power output device to the electric drive axle through the input shaft, the electromagnetic clutch device selectively receives the power transmitted by the input shaft, and compared with a synchronizer or a clutch in the traditional electric drive axle, the electromagnetic clutch device has higher response speed and better practicability.

However, the conventional electric drive axle including the above patent has disadvantages of large size, not compact layout, occupying much space, and the like.

Therefore, there is a need to develop an electric drive axle to solve one or more of the above-mentioned technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

To solve at least one of the above technical problems, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a compact electric drive axle, characterized by comprising:

a drive motor;

the speed reduction planet row comprises a first sun gear, a first planet gear, a first gear ring and a first planet carrier, wherein the first sun gear is connected with a driving motor, and the first planet gear is connected with the first planet carrier;

the differential mechanism is composed of a first planet row and a second planet row without gear rings, the first planet row is composed of a second sun gear, a second planet wheel and a second planet carrier, the second planet row is composed of a third sun gear, a third planet wheel and a third planet carrier, the second sun gear is connected with a first output half shaft, the third sun gear is connected with a second output half shaft, the second planet wheel and the third planet wheel are mutually meshed, and the first planet carrier and the second planet carrier are connected with the third planet carrier; and

one end of the differential lock is connected with the third planet carrier, and the other end of the differential lock is connected with the second output half shaft;

the speed reduction planetary row, the first planetary row, the second planetary row and the differential lock are coaxial and are arranged side by side in sequence.

According to still another aspect of the present invention, the driving motor has a hollow structure through which the first output half shaft passes.

According to yet another aspect of the present invention, the first ring gear is connected to the case.

According to a further aspect of the invention, the second sun gear is in mesh with the second planet gears and the third sun gear is in mesh with the third planet gears.

According to a further aspect of the invention, the electric drive axle has a fixed planetary reduction gear.

According to yet another aspect of the present invention, the drive motor, the first output half shaft and the second output half shaft are arranged along a common centerline.

According to yet another aspect of the invention, the differential lock comprises a face differential lock or a wet clutch differential lock.

According to still another aspect of the present invention, the drive motor has a drive mode and a power generation mode.

According to yet another aspect of the invention, the first planet is a cone pulley.

According to yet another aspect of the present invention, the first output half shaft and the second output half shaft extend in opposite directions.

The invention can obtain one or more of the following technical effects:

a planetary reducer and a differential are designed in a centralized way; the half shafts are connected to the differential mechanism through the motor center by utilizing the motor space, so that the overall arrangement convenience and compactness of the electric drive axle can be realized; the application of the electric drive axle realizes the energy output, energy recovery and stepless speed control of the vehicle; under different operation demand states of the vehicle, the motor can enter a driving and energy recovery mode, and the requirement of the whole vehicle in the rotating speed range can be met by matching with the planetary reduction mechanism.
