The fermentation equipment for producing cakes and pastry according to claim 5, wherein said locking structure comprises a pin shaft slidably connected with said connecting shaft, a locking spring arranged in said connecting shaft for ejecting said pin shaft conveniently and a retainer ring arranged on said connecting shaft for preventing said pin shaft from slipping out.

7. The fermentation apparatus for producing confectionery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the washing structure includes a hollow washing base, a plurality of nozzles provided at front and rear sides of the washing base, and a scraper provided at an outer side of the washing base.

The fermentation equipment for producing cakes according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the upper end of the water distribution plate is provided with a connecting interface which is convenient for connecting the hose, and the lower end of the water distribution plate is provided with an insertion pipe which is convenient for extending into the cleaning mechanism; the outer wall of the insertion pipe is provided with a plurality of O-shaped sealing rings.

Background

The cake needs to be fermented before being made, so as to improve the softness and the mouthfeel of the wheaten food. The prior fermentation device is generally a fermentation cylinder, and the prior fermentation cylinder has the following problems: the materials are mixed manually in the fermentation process, so that the time and labor are wasted; after the fermentation is finished, taking out the fermented raw materials is laborious; the fermentation cylinder needs to be cleaned, the existing fermentation cylinder is generally cleaned manually, the labor intensity of workers is high, and the cleaning efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a fermentation device for cake production, which is convenient for taking out fermented raw materials after fermentation by arranging a tray at the lower end of a stirring device, and is convenient for cleaning a fermentation tank after taking out the raw materials by arranging a cleaning device, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving the efficiency.

the stirring device comprises a stirring frame connected with the cross beam, a stirring mechanism rotatably arranged on the stirring frame, a stirring motor arranged on the stirring frame and used for driving the stirring mechanism to rotate, and a feeding structure arranged on the stirring frame;

the cleaning device comprises a cleaning frame connected with the cross beam, a cleaning mechanism rotatably arranged on the cleaning frame, a water distribution disc which is arranged at the top of the cross beam and is convenient for supplying water to the cleaning mechanism, a cleaning motor which is arranged at the lower end of the cross beam and is used for driving the cleaning mechanism to rotate, a first gear arranged on an output shaft of the cleaning motor and a second gear which is arranged on the cleaning mechanism and is meshed with the first gear;

the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning shaft which is rotatably arranged on the cleaning frame and cleaning structures which are slidably arranged on two sides of the cleaning shaft, and the two cleaning structures are slidably connected with the cleaning shaft through a plurality of connecting structures;

the connecting structure comprises a connecting sleeve and a waterproof sleeve which are arranged on the outer wall of the connecting shaft, the connecting shaft arranged on the cleaning structure, a spring which is arranged between the waterproof sleeve and the connecting sleeve and used for moving the connecting shaft, and locking structures which are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the connecting shaft and used for preventing the connecting shaft from sliding out;

the pump station comprises a water tank and a booster pump arranged in the water tank; and a water outlet pipe communicated with the outlet of the booster pump is arranged on the right side of the water tank and is communicated with the water distribution disc through a hose.

Further, the upright column comprises an outer upright column connected with an outer ring of the slewing bearing, an inner upright column arranged in the outer upright column in a sliding mode and used for connecting the cross beam, and a first electric cylinder arranged between the outer upright column and the inner upright column and used for driving the inner upright column to move; the inner ring of the slewing bearing is connected with the base through a connecting column, and the outer wall of the outer ring is provided with outer teeth meshed with the driving gear; the outer wall at the top of the connecting column is provided with a fixing plate which is convenient for fixing the driving motor.

Further, the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring shaft which is rotatably connected with the stirring frame, a plurality of stirring blades which are arranged on the outer wall of the stirring shaft and a tray which is rotatably arranged at the lower end of the stirring shaft; and the upper end of the outer wall of the tray is provided with a scraping ring.

Further, the cleaning structure is connected with the cleaning shaft through at least three connecting structures.

Furthermore, a waterproof sealing ring is arranged on the inner wall of the outer end of the waterproof sleeve, a first inner cavity penetrating through the top end of the cleaning shaft is formed in the core part of the cleaning shaft, and a water passing hole is formed in the core part of the connecting shaft; the inner cavity of the waterproof sleeve is communicated with the first inner cavity.

Furthermore, the locking structure comprises a pin shaft connected with the connecting shaft in a sliding mode, a locking spring arranged in the connecting shaft and used for ejecting the pin shaft conveniently, and a check ring arranged on the connecting shaft and used for preventing the pin shaft from sliding out.

Further, the cleaning structure comprises a hollow cleaning seat, a plurality of nozzles arranged on the front side and the rear side of the cleaning seat, and a scraper arranged on the outer side of the cleaning seat.

Furthermore, the upper end of the water distribution plate is provided with a connecting interface which is convenient for connecting the hose, and the lower end of the water distribution plate is provided with an insertion pipe which is convenient for extending into the cleaning mechanism; the outer wall of the insertion pipe is provided with a plurality of O-shaped sealing rings.

Further, the feeding structure comprises a feeding pipe and a feeding hopper; the upper end of the bottom of the fermentation tank is provided with a conical water guide hole, and the lower end of the bottom of the fermentation tank is provided with a water discharge pipe; the top of the fermentation tank is a conical opening, the drain pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve, and the base is provided with a water tank corresponding to the drain pipe.

Compared with the prior art, the fermentation tank has the advantages that the tray is arranged at the lower end of the stirring device, so that fermented raw materials can be conveniently taken out after fermentation is finished, and the cleaning device is arranged so that the fermentation tank can be conveniently cleaned after the raw materials are taken out, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1-5, a fermentation apparatus for cake production comprises a base 1, a fermentation tank 2 arranged on the left side of the base 1, a pump station 3 arranged on the right side of the base 1, a liftable bracket 4 rotatably arranged in the middle of the base 1, a stirring device 5 arranged at one end of the bracket 4, and a cleaning device 6 arranged at the other end of the bracket 4;

a driving mechanism 7 which is convenient for driving the bracket 4 to rotate is arranged between the base 1 and the bracket 4;

the driving mechanism 7 comprises a rotary bearing 71 arranged on the base 1, a driving motor 72 arranged on the base 1 and used for driving the rotary bearing 71 to rotate, and a driving gear 73 arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor 72; through the arrangement of the driving mechanism, the materials can be conveniently taken out through the upright post after fermentation is finished, then the materials are rotated to an operation part, after the materials are discharged, the cleaning device is rotated to the top of the fermentation tank, and the cleaning device is stretched into the fermentation tank through the upright post, so that the fermentation tank can be conveniently cleaned;

the stirring device 5 comprises a stirring frame 51 connected with the cross beam 42, a stirring mechanism 52 rotatably arranged on the stirring frame 51, a stirring motor 53 arranged on the stirring frame 51 and used for driving the stirring mechanism 52 to rotate, and a feeding structure 54 arranged on the stirring frame 51; the stirring device is arranged, so that the materials are mixed uniformly and then fermented in the fermentation tank;

the cleaning device 6 comprises a cleaning frame 61 connected with the cross beam 42, a cleaning mechanism 62 rotatably arranged on the cleaning frame 61, a water distribution plate 63 arranged at the top of the cross beam 42 and used for supplying water to the cleaning mechanism 62 conveniently, a cleaning motor 64 arranged at the lower end of the cross beam 42 and used for driving the cleaning mechanism 62 to rotate, a first gear 65 arranged on an output shaft of the cleaning motor 64 and a second gear 66 arranged on the cleaning mechanism 62 and meshed with the first gear 65; the cleaning device is arranged to facilitate cleaning of the fermentation tank after fermentation is completed;

the cleaning mechanism 62 comprises a cleaning shaft 621 which is rotatably arranged on the cleaning frame 61 and cleaning structures 8 which are slidably arranged on two sides of the cleaning shaft 621, and the two cleaning structures 8 are slidably connected with the cleaning shaft 621 through a plurality of connecting structures 9;

the connecting structure 9 comprises a connecting sleeve 91 and a waterproof sleeve 92 which are arranged on the outer wall of the connecting shaft 621, a connecting shaft 93 arranged on the cleaning structure 8, a spring 94 which is arranged between the waterproof sleeve 92 and the connecting sleeve 91 and used for moving the connecting shaft 93, and locking structures 95 which are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the connecting shaft 93 and used for preventing the connecting shaft 93 from sliding out; the scraper can be conveniently pressed and attached to the inner wall of the fermentation tank through the spring, so that the inner wall of the fermentation tank can be cleaned;

the pump station 3 includes a water tank 31 and a booster pump 32 provided in the water tank 31; the water outlet pipe 33 communicated with the outlet of the booster pump 32 is arranged on the right side of the water tank 31, and the water outlet pipe 33 is communicated with the water distribution disc 63 through a hose.
