8. A method for using a platform mechanism, wherein the platform mechanism is the adjustable processing platform according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the adjustable processing platform comprises the following steps:

A) mounting the processed workpiece on the top plate, finishing the planning of a processing path and determining the linear motion amplitude of the solenoid;

B) starting the solenoid, wherein the central shaft of the solenoid extends or retracts, the top plate follows the rotating body to tilt under the action of the connecting rod and the connecting frame, and the processed workpiece is processed according to the planned processing path;

C) after the processed workpiece is processed, closing the solenoid, and gradually restoring the top plate to the horizontal state under the action of the elastic piece;

Background

With the development of numerical control machine tool technology, machine tools are roughly classified into three major categories, namely, series machine tools, parallel machine tools, and series-parallel machine tools. The parallel machine tool is developed into the mainstream of the machine tool by the characteristics of higher rigidity-weight ratio, higher response speed, higher machining precision, better mechanical flexibility and the like. Meanwhile, the parallel machine tool is one of necessary processing devices in the field of difficult-to-process parts or special manufacturing due to the advantages of larger mechanism working space, high flexibility, large processing range and the like.

Because of the inherent characteristics of the parallel structure, the working space of the processing platform is much smaller than that of the traditional series machine tool, the processing platform is greatly influenced by the posture, the structural parameter design is diversified, compared with the traditional series machine tool, the parallel machine tool has better rigidity and supporting capability, and has advantages in the aspects of flexibility, accuracy, rigidity, starting sensitivity, working reliability and the like, but the coupling phenomenon can occur in the mechanism motion, the parallel machine tool is likely to fail to reach the preset processing capability, the inaccuracy and instability of the accuracy are restriction bottlenecks, therefore, aiming at the purpose of the processing machine tool, the reasonable design is the primary premise of the application of the processing platform, the processing accuracy is the important factor of the application of the machine tool, the higher requirement is provided for the accuracy design of the processing platform, and a novel low-cost adjustable processing platform is needed, to address the practical need.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, in view of the disadvantages in the related art, examples of the present invention are provided to substantially solve one or more problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art, to substantially improve safety and reliability, and to effectively protect equipment.

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the adjustable processing platform comprises a base plate, wherein a central supporting assembly is arranged on the base plate, four groups of edge supporting assemblies are further arranged on the base plate, each group of edge supporting assemblies are respectively positioned in four directions on the base plate, the central supporting assembly and the edge supporting assemblies are jointly connected with a top plate, the top plate can tilt under the joint action of the central supporting assembly and the edge supporting assemblies, the central supporting assembly comprises a base, the base comprises a left vertical block and a right vertical block, a left retaining block and a right retaining block are respectively embedded in the middle parts of the left vertical block and the right vertical block, a rotating body is erected between the left retaining block and the right retaining block through a rotating member, the rotating body comprises a transverse shaft, the middle part of the transverse shaft is connected with a longitudinal shaft through a rotating member, the longitudinal shaft is connected with an upper connecting plate through a connecting member, the upper connecting plate is connected with the top plate, a plurality of spring grooves, each spring groove is internally provided with an elastic piece, the elastic piece partially protrudes out of the surfaces of the left vertical block and the right vertical block, and the upper connecting plate can be kept horizontal under the combined action of the elastic pieces.

Further, the edge support assembly comprises a support, a solenoid is assembled on the support, a bearing is further arranged between a central shaft of the solenoid and the support, the end of the central shaft is connected with a connecting rod, a spherical joint is arranged on the connecting rod, a connecting frame is connected to the spherical joint through a rotating piece and is connected with the top plate, and the support can limit the inclination degree of the top plate.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention. The application of the principles of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

The adjustable processing platform comprises a substrate 1, a center supporting assembly 2 is arranged on the substrate 1, four groups of edge supporting assemblies 3 are further arranged on the substrate 1, each group of edge supporting assemblies 3 are respectively positioned in four directions on the substrate 1, the center supporting assembly 2 and the edge supporting assemblies 3 are jointly connected with a top plate 4, the top plate 4 can tilt under the joint action of the center supporting assembly 2 and the edge supporting assemblies 3, and the center supporting assembly 2 comprises four elastic pieces which can passively return the top plate 4 to the center position.

The adjustable machining platform can overcome the defects that the traditional numerical control machine tool and the existing parallel/series-parallel machine tool are limited in the swing angle, and poor in flexibility, rigidity and precision and the like in the aspect of machining long and thin integrally simple components or machining curved surface workpieces with large removal amount.

As for the central supporting component 2, the central supporting component 2 is used for allowing the top plate 4 to rotate in two directions and integrating centering force, as shown in the attached drawings, the central supporting component 2 comprises a base 2-1, the base 2-1 comprises a left standing block and a right standing block, a left retaining block 2-2 and a right retaining block 2-3 are respectively embedded in the middle parts of the left standing block and the right standing block, a rotating body is erected between the left retaining block 2-2 and the right retaining block 2-3 through a rotating part, the rotating body comprises a transverse shaft 2-4, the middle part of the transverse shaft 2-4 is connected with a longitudinal shaft 2-5 through the rotating part, an upper connecting plate 2-6 is connected on the longitudinal shaft 2-5 through a connecting part, the upper connecting plate 2-6 is connected with the top plate 4, a plurality of spring grooves are respectively arranged on the left standing block and the right standing block, and each spring groove is internally provided with an elastic part 2-7, the elastic parts 2-7 are partially protruded out of the surfaces of the left vertical block and the right vertical block, and the upper connecting plate 2-6 can be kept horizontal under the combined action of the elastic parts 2-7.

It should be noted that the rotor of the present invention does not select a joint such as a universal swivel ball joint but a two-axis joint to ensure that the work piece is not excessively twisted. Overall, the central support assembly 2 has three main components: a base 2-1, a rotating body and an upper connecting plate 2-6. The central support assembly 2 is connected to the top plate 4 and incorporates four resilient members 2-7 to provide a restoring force. The horizontal shaft 2-4 and the vertical shaft 2-5 rotate in two directions perpendicular to each other relative to the base 2-1 through ball bearings, so that the top plate 4 tilts. Shoulder bolts secure the upper plate 2-6 to the longitudinal shaft 2-5.

For precision machining, the ability to maintain the level of the entire apparatus is the basis and benchmark for subsequent operations, otherwise machining accuracy cannot be guaranteed. The horizontal restoring force is provided by four elastic members 2-7 integrated into the base 2-1. The elastic members 2-7 have internal compression springs and threads for screwing them into the spring grooves, these elastic members 2-7 are screwed into the four corners of the base 2-1, and after the work piece is mounted, preferably, loctite glue can be applied to the threads and then fine-tuned in height to pre-level the horizontal position and create a suitable holding force in the horizontal position.

Specifically, in order to further maintain the stability of the whole device and improve the processing precision, the upper connecting plate 2-6 comprises a plate surface, two lower plates which are parallel to each other are arranged below the plate surface, the lower plates are connected with the longitudinal axis 2-5, and the transverse axis 2-4 is accommodated in a space formed by the two lower plates.

The edge support assembly 3 converts the linear force of the pull solenoid into a rotational torque on the top plate 4, and the final design requires four edge support assemblies 3, the solenoids being chosen because their continuous holding force can meet the torque requirements of the present invention.

The edge support assembly 3 comprises a bracket 3-1, the bracket 3-1 comprises a bottom plate and a vertical plate, the bottom plate and the vertical plate are L-shaped, a seat block is formed on the bottom plate, the vertical plate can be used for supporting the top plate 4 so as to limit the inclination degree of the top plate 4, and when the whole mechanism acts, the surface of the vertical plate can mechanically limit the angular position of the top plate 4, namely, the maximum inclination degree of the top plate 4 is limited by the bracket 3-1.

Solenoid 3-2 is mounted on support 3-1, and brass bushing is provided between solenoid 3-2 and support 3-1 to reduce a portion of radial load to which solenoid is subjected during actuation and to reduce friction between support 3-1 and solenoid 3-2. A bearing is arranged between a central shaft 3-3 of the solenoid 3-2 and the support 3-1, the support 3-1 and the solenoid 3-2 are assembled to form a first joint of the edge support component 3, the end part of the central shaft 3-3 is connected with a connecting rod 3-4, a spherical joint 3-5 is arranged on the connecting rod 3-4, the spherical joint 3-5 is connected with a connecting frame 5 through a rotating part, the connecting frame 5 is connected with the top plate 4, and as mentioned above, the support 3-1 can limit the inclination degree of the top plate 4.

The force of the solenoid is transmitted to the top plate 4 through the link 3-4, a mechanism consisting of a ball joint 3-5 on the link 3-4 and a link bracket 5. The end of the central shaft 3-3 is connected with the connecting rod 3-4 through an elastic pin 3-6, and the spherical joint 3-5 is connected inside the connecting rod 3-4 in a threaded mode. A spring pin 3-6 on the central shaft 3-3 of the solenoid and a through hole on the linkage and for creating a pin connection.

The connecting frame 5 is connected to the ball joints 3-5 by bearings to form a second joint of the edge support member 3, the second joint and the first joint of the edge support member 3 having rotational freedom to accommodate rotation of the top plate 4 about two axes.

The base plate 1 and the top plate 4 are made of aluminum plate, some material is removed to reduce the weight, and a jig device (not shown) for mounting a work is provided on the top plate 4.

The steps of using the adjustable processing platform of the invention can be summarized as follows:

A. mounting a workpiece on a top plate, finishing the planning of a machining path and determining the linear motion amplitude of a solenoid;

B. starting the solenoid, wherein the central shaft of the solenoid extends or retracts, the top plate follows the rotating body to perform inclination motion under the action of the connecting rod and the connecting frame, and the processed workpiece is processed according to the planned processing path;

C. after the processed workpiece is processed, the solenoid is closed, and the top plate gradually recovers to the horizontal state under the action of the elastic piece;

D. and taking the workpiece from the top plate, and carrying out the next process operation.

Overall, the adjustable processing platform of the present invention has the following advantages:

1) by arranging the central support assembly and the edge support assembly, the invention has more support members, better rigidity and stability and higher bearing capacity under the same condition;

2) by arranging the elastic body, the horizontal state can be restored after each processing, and errors are released, so that the accumulation of the errors is avoided, and the movement is more accurate;

3) the hydraulic control system has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, small inertia, high starting speed and acceleration block, reduces the weight of components, improves the working efficiency and runs more freely and accurately.

It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
