Background

The clutch is positioned in a flywheel shell between the engine and the gearbox, the clutch assembly is fixed on the rear plane of the flywheel by screws, and the output shaft of the clutch is the input shaft of the gearbox. During the running of the automobile, the driver can press or release the clutch pedal according to the requirement, so that the engine and the gearbox are temporarily separated and gradually jointed, and the power input by the engine to the gearbox is cut off or transmitted. Clutches are common components in mechanical transmissions, and allow the transmission to be disengaged or engaged at any time. The basic requirements for it are: the joint is stable, and the separation is rapid and thorough; the adjustment and the repair are convenient; the overall size is small; the mass is small; the wear resistance is good and the heat dissipation capacity is enough; the operation is convenient and labor-saving, and the common use is divided into a jaw type and a friction type.

Typically, the clutch includes a clutch housing assembly for housing the various transmission components. The clutch housing assembly generally includes a housing having a generally cylindrical configuration and a hydraulic input shaft that is coaxial and connectively fixed within the housing. In the prior art, when the clutch housing assembly is manufactured, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the outer shell and the hydraulic input shaft are generally respectively processed and then connected and fixed together by welding. When the hydraulic input shaft is manufactured, the hydraulic input shaft is generally manufactured by casting or forging and then machined. When the housing is manufactured, forging is generally used. After the shell and the hydraulic input shaft are prepared, the shell and the hydraulic input shaft are connected through welding. The clutch housing assembly has the following defects in processing and manufacturing; 1, the shell is formed by forging, and the defects of long processing time, complex processing technology, high processing difficulty and high cost exist in the forging forming process; 2 when the shell and the hydraulic input shaft are welded into a whole, bidirectional welding is generally adopted, and the shell and the hydraulic input shaft need to be respectively subjected to heat treatment, then a carbon layer is removed from the welding butt joint position, and then welding is carried out. The cost of bidirectional welding is high, and a carbon layer needs to be removed, so that the manufacturing cost is greatly increased; 3, turning is needed after welding to enable the welding position to reach the use precision, so that more machining procedures are needed, and the machining cost is higher; 4 the shell and the hydraulic input shaft are assembled and welded after being prepared respectively, so that the precision is low.

Therefore, how to provide a clutch housing assembly which is more convenient to machine and manufacture, can reduce the manufacturing cost and has higher precision is a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: provided is a clutch housing assembly which is more convenient to process and manufacture, can reduce manufacturing cost and has higher precision.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
