R3is hydrogen, C1-C6Alkyl radical, C1-C6Alkoxy or C3-C8A cycloalkyl group;

R4and R5Each independently is C1-C12Alkyl radical, C3-C8Cycloalkyl radical, C1-C6Haloalkyl or C1-C6Alkoxy radical C1-C6An alkyl group;

R6is hydrogen, C1-C12Alkyl radical, C3-C8Cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl, wherein the heteroaryl moiety is a 5-or 6-membered aromatic ring comprising 1,2,3 or 4 heteroatoms independently selected from N, O and S, and wherein the aryl and heteroaryl moieties are each optionally substituted with 1,2 or 3 heteroatoms, which may be the same or different, selected from R9Substituted with the substituent(s);

R7is hydrogen, C1-C12Alkyl radical, C3-C8Cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl, wherein the heteroaryl moiety is a 5-or 6-membered aromatic ring comprising 1,2,3 or 4 heteroatoms independently selected from N, O and S, and wherein the aryl and heteroaryl moieties are each optionally substituted with 1,2 or 3 heteroatoms, which may be the same or different, selected from R9Substituted with the substituent(s); or

R6And R7Together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form C3-C8A cycloalkyl ring, said ring optionally substituted by 1,2 or 3 substituents which may be the same or different and are selected from R9Substituted with the substituent(s);

R8is C1-C12Alkyl radical, C3-C8Cycloalkyl, aryl, aryloxy, heteroaryl, or heteroaryloxy, wherein the heteroaryl moiety is a 5-or 6-membered aromatic ring containing 1,2,3, or 4 heteroatoms independently selected from N, O and S, and wherein the aryl and heteroaryl moieties are each optionally substituted with 1,2, or 3 heteroatoms, which may be the same or different, selected from R9Substituted with the substituent(s);

R9is halogen, cyano, C1-C4Alkyl radical, C1-C4Haloalkyl, C1-C4Alkoxy, or C1-C4A haloalkoxy group;

or a salt or N-oxide thereof.

2. The compound of claim 1, wherein R1Is methyl or ethyl.

3. A compound according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein R2Is hydroxy, acetoxy or 2-methyl-propionyloxymethoxy.

4. A compound according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein R3Is hydrogen.

5. A compound according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein R4And R5Each independently is C1-C4An alkyl group.

6. A compound according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein R6Is hydrogen or C1-C4An alkyl group.

A compound according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein R7Is hydrogen, C1-C6Alkyl radical, C3-C6Cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl, wherein the heteroaryl moiety is a 5-or 6-membered aromatic ring comprising 1 or 2 heteroatoms independently selected from N and O, and wherein the aryl and heteroaryl moieties are each optionally substituted with 1 or 2 heteroatoms which may be the same or different selected from R9Is substituted with the substituent(s).

8. A compound according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein R6Is hydrogen and R7Is C3-C6A cycloalkyl group.

A compound according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein R8Is C1-C6Alkyl radical, C3-C6Cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl, wherein the heteroaryl moiety is a 5-or 6-membered aromatic ring comprising 1 or 2 heteroatoms independently selected from N and O, and wherein the aryl and heteroaryl moieties are each optionally substituted with 1 or 2 heteroatoms which may be the same or different selected from R9Is substituted with the substituent(s).

10. The compound of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein R8Is phenyl or naphthyl, wherein the phenyl and naphthyl moieties are each optionally substituted by 1 or 2 groups which may be the same or different selected from R9Is substituted with the substituent(s).

11. The compound of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein R9Is halogen, C1-C3Alkyl, or C1-C3A haloalkyl group.

12. An agrochemical composition comprising a fungicidally effective amount of a compound of formula (I) according to any one of claims 1 to 11.

13. The composition according to claim 12, further comprising at least one additional active ingredient and/or an agrochemically acceptable diluent or carrier.

14. A method for controlling or preventing infestation of useful plants by phytopathogenic microorganisms, wherein a fungicidally effective amount of a compound of formula (I) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, or a composition comprising this compound as active ingredient, is applied to the plants, parts thereof or the locus thereof.

15. Use of a compound of formula (I) according to any one of claims 1 to 11 as a fungicide.
