The vehicle body frame of claim 6, further comprising a second cross connecting tube positioned between the first pivot plate and the second pivot plate, wherein one end of the second cross connecting tube is connected to the first pivot plate and the other end of the second cross connecting tube is connected to the second pivot plate.

The vehicle body frame of claim 6, further comprising a first reinforcement bar and a second reinforcement bar, wherein one end of the first reinforcement bar is coupled to the first pivot plate, wherein the first reinforcement bar is fixedly engaged with one side of the second split frame, wherein one end of the second reinforcement bar is coupled to the second pivot plate, and wherein the second reinforcement bar is fixedly engaged with the other side of the second split frame.

The vehicle body frame of claim 6, further comprising a rear cradle and a rear shock absorber, wherein the rear cradle is located between the first pivot plate and the second pivot plate, one end of the rear cradle is movably connected to the first pivot plate, the other end of the rear cradle is movably connected to the second pivot plate, one end of the rear shock absorber is connected to the first connecting cross tube, the other end of the rear shock absorber is connected to the rear cradle, the first connecting cross tube is configured to be mounted below a seat cushion, and a connecting axis of the rear shock absorber and the first connecting cross tube is located further rearward of an axis of the second connecting cross tube in a head-tail direction of the vehicle body frame.

10. A motorcycle comprising the body frame of claim 9, further comprising an engine block and an air cleaner provided in the assembly chamber in the fore-and-aft direction of the body frame, the air cleaner being located behind the engine block, and the air cleaner being located in front of the rear cushion.

Background

When the accessories of motorcycles of different models are assembled, the arrangement positions of the accessories are different. For example: for a motorcycle type requiring an air filter to be disposed between an engine and a rear shock absorber, when the air filter is mounted on a body frame, due to structural limitations of a conventional body frame, a limited arrangement space is caused for an arrangement space of the air filter in a front-rear direction of the body frame (which refers to a direction from a head portion of the body frame to a tail portion of the body frame), and therefore, in order to ensure sufficient volume of the air filter, only the size of the air filter in a transverse direction with respect to the body frame can be increased, i.e., the air filter can protrude from both sides of the body frame, so that reinforcing pipe fittings cannot be effectively mounted on the side portion of the body frame. That is, the conventional vehicle body frame is disadvantageous in improving the rigidity of the vehicle body frame.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, it is necessary to provide a motorcycle and a body frame for the motorcycle, which are directed to the problem that it is difficult to improve the rigidity of the motorcycle in which an air cleaner is provided between an engine and a rear shock absorber.

In one embodiment, the first spliced vehicle frame comprises a first supporting pipe, a second side pipe assembly and a mounting vertical pipe, wherein one end of the first supporting pipe and one end of the second supporting pipe are both connected with the mounting vertical pipe, the first side pipe assembly is in mounting fit with the first supporting pipe, and the second side pipe assembly is in mounting fit with the second supporting pipe; the first lateral pipe assembly, the second lateral pipe assembly, the first connecting transverse pipe, the first supporting pipe and the second supporting pipe are combined to form a closed frame.

In one embodiment, the vehicle body frame further comprises a second cross connecting pipe, the second cross connecting pipe is located between the first pivot plate and the second pivot plate, one end of the second cross connecting pipe is connected with the first pivot plate, and the other end of the second cross connecting pipe is connected with the second pivot plate.

In one embodiment, the vehicle body frame further comprises a first reinforcing rod and a second reinforcing rod, one end of the first reinforcing rod is connected with the first pivot plate, the first reinforcing rod is fixedly matched with one side of the second split frame, one end of the second reinforcing rod is connected with the second pivot plate, and the second reinforcing rod is fixedly matched with the other side of the second split frame.

In one embodiment, the vehicle body frame further comprises a rear cradle and a rear shock absorber, the rear cradle is located between the first pivot plate and the second pivot plate, one end of the rear cradle is movably connected with the first pivot plate, the other end of the rear cradle is movably connected with the second pivot plate, one end of the rear shock absorber is connected with the first connecting transverse pipe, the other end of the rear shock absorber is connected with the rear cradle, the first connecting transverse pipe is used for being installed below a seat cushion, and the connecting axis of the rear shock absorber and the first connecting transverse pipe is located behind the axis of the second connecting transverse pipe along the head-tail direction of the vehicle body frame.

The traditional vehicle body frame is formed by directly connecting and fixing a first spliced vehicle frame, a second spliced vehicle frame and a first connecting transverse pipe, so that the mounting space (the direction extending from the first spliced vehicle frame to the second spliced vehicle frame) of an air filter in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body frame is insufficient. When the vehicle body frame is used, firstly, the interval between the first spliced vehicle frame and the second spliced vehicle frame is determined according to the size or the shape required by arrangement of the air filter, and the sufficient arrangement space of the air filter in the front-back direction of the vehicle body frame along the vehicle body frame is ensured. Furthermore, the arrangement space is divided by the first connecting transverse pipe, the first side pipe assembly and the second side pipe assembly, meanwhile, the first connecting transverse pipe, the first side pipe assembly and the second side pipe assembly can be separated in a targeted manner according to the actual size or shape of the air filter, and an assembly cavity for installing the air filter is formed by splicing the first connecting transverse pipe, the first side pipe assembly, the second side pipe assembly and the first spliced frame. Therefore, the vehicle body frame can fully ensure that the air filter obtains sufficient arrangement space in the front and rear direction of the vehicle body frame, thereby ensuring the installation effect of the vehicle body frame on the air filter.

The conventional vehicle body frame directly connects and fixes the first split frame 100, the second split frame 200, and the first cross-connecting pipe 300, so that the arrangement space of the air cleaner 10 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body frame (the direction extending from the first split frame 100 to the second split frame 200) is insufficient. When the vehicle body frame is used, firstly, the space between the first splice vehicle frame 100 and the second splice vehicle frame 200 is determined according to the size or shape required for arranging the air filter 10, and the sufficient arrangement space of the air filter 10 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body frame is ensured. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the first splice carriage 100 includes a first support tube 110, a second support tube 120 and a mounting riser 130, wherein one end of the first support tube 110 and one end of the second support tube 120 are connected to the mounting riser 130, the first side tube assembly 400 is mounted and matched with the first support tube 110, and the second side tube assembly 500 is mounted and matched with the second support tube 120. Specifically, according to the installation requirements of the motorcycle, the first splice frame 100 is used as a head supporting part of the motorcycle, i.e., a steering shaft is installed through the installation vertical pipe 130, and then the installation support of the oil tank is performed through the first support pipe 110 and the second support pipe 120. Further, when the first side tube assembly 400 is assembled with the first support tube 110, the first side tube assembly 400 and the first support tube 110 may be fixed by bolts or screws, or the first side tube assembly 400 and the first support tube 110 may be welded. And when the second side tube assembly 500 is assembled with the second support tube 120, the second side tube assembly 500 and the second support tube 120 may be fixed by bolts or screws, or the second side tube assembly 500 and the second support tube 120 are welded. In the arrangement manner, the first side tube assembly 400, the second side tube assembly 500, the first connecting transverse tube 300, the first support tube 110 and the second support tube 120 are combined to form a closed frame, so that the effect of reinforcing the structural rigidity of the first spliced vehicle frame 100 is achieved, and meanwhile, the space between the first support tube 110 and the second support tube 120 can be used for arranging vehicle-mounted components.

Meanwhile, the first support tube 110, the second support tube 120, the first side tube assembly 400, the second side tube assembly 500, the first connecting cross tube 300, the second connecting cross tube 700 and the fuel tank support base 160 form a roof-shaped truss in the vehicle body frame, so that the frame rigidity can be remarkably improved.

Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the first lateral tube assembly 400 includes a first lateral tube 410 and a second lateral tube 420, one end of the first lateral tube 410 and one end of the second lateral tube 420 are both connected to the first horizontal connecting tube 300, the other end of the first lateral tube 410 and the other end of the second lateral tube 420 are both connected to the first supporting tube 110, and the interval between the first lateral tube 410 and the second lateral tube 420 gradually increases from the first horizontal connecting tube 300 to the first supporting tube 110. Specifically, the first side pipe 410 and the second side pipe 420 are disposed at an included angle on one side of the vehicle body frame, and the interval between the first side pipe 410 and the second side pipe 420 on one side of the vehicle body frame gradually increases from the first connection cross pipe 300 to the first support pipe 110. At this time, the first side pipe 410, the second side pipe 420, the end of the first connecting cross pipe 300 and the first support pipe 110 form a triangular region at a side (referring to one side of the vehicle body frame), thereby providing the first side pipe assembly 400 with better structural rigidity. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the first support tube 110 includes a first installation sub-tube 111 and a first pivot plate 112, one end of the first installation sub-tube 111 is connected to the installation vertical tube 130, the other end of the first installation sub-tube 111 is a first bent end, and the first bent end is fixedly connected to the first pivot plate 112; the first side pipe 410 is connected to the first mounting sub-pipe 111, the second side pipe 420 is connected to the first pivot plate 112, or both the first side pipe 410 and the second side pipe 420 are connected to the first pivot plate 112. At least a portion of the structure of the air filter 10 overlaps with a first reference plane on which the first side tube assembly 400 and the first support tube 110 are positioned when the air filter 10 is assembled to the assembly chamber 600. Specifically, the first mounting sub-pipe 111 and the first pivot plate 112 may be integrally formed or welded. Considering that a corresponding vehicle-mounted component (e.g., an engine) is mounted under the first split frame 100 when assembling the motorcycle, the end of the first mounting sub-pipe 111 may be designed as the first bent end according to an assembly space required for the vehicle-mounted component and a structure of the vehicle-mounted component itself. Further, the interval between the first side pipe 410 and the second side pipe 420 may be adjusted according to the installation needs of the air cleaner 10. To facilitate the fixation of the first side tube 410 and the second side tube, the first side tube 410 may be connected to the first mounting branch tube 111, the second side tube 420 may be connected to the first pivot plate 112, or both the first side tube 410 and the second side tube 420 may be connected to the first pivot plate 112.

As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the second side tube assembly 500 includes a third side tube 510 and a fourth side tube 520, one end of the third side tube 510 and one end of the fourth side tube 520 are connected to the first connection cross tube 300, the other end of the third side tube 510 and the other end of the fourth side tube 520 are connected to the second support tube 120, and the interval between the third side tube 510 and the fourth side tube 520 is gradually increased from the first connection cross tube 300 to the second support tube 120. Specifically, the third and fourth side pipes 510 and 520 are disposed at an angle on one side of the body frame, and the interval between the third and fourth side pipes 510 and 520 on the other side of the body frame gradually increases from the first connection cross pipe 300 to the second support pipe 120. At this time, the third and fourth side pipes 510 and 520, the end of the first connecting cross pipe 300 and the second support pipe 120 form a triangular area at the side (referring to the other side of the vehicle body frame), so that the second side pipe assembly 500 can have a better structural rigidity.

In addition, the air cleaner 10 further includes a service cover, which can be removed from the triangular area when the air cleaner 10 is installed in the assembly chamber 600.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the second support pipe 120 includes a second installation branch pipe 121 and a second pivot plate 122, one end of the second installation branch pipe 121 is connected to the installation vertical pipe 130, the other end of the second installation branch pipe 121 is a second bent end, and the second bent end is fixedly connected to the second pivot plate 122; the third side tube 510 is connected to the second installation branched tube 121, the fourth side tube 520 is connected to the second pivot plate 122, or both the third side tube 510 and the fourth side tube 520 are connected to the second pivot plate 122. On a second reference surface where the second side tube assembly 500 and the second support tube 120 are located, when the air filter 10 is assembled to the assembly chamber 600, at least a portion of the structure of the air filter 10 overlaps the second reference surface. Specifically, the second mounting sub-pipe 121 and the second pivot plate 122 may be integrally formed or welded. Considering that a corresponding vehicle-mounted component (e.g., an engine) is mounted under the first split frame 100 when assembling the motorcycle, the end of the second mounting sub-pipe 121 may be designed as the second bent end according to the mounting space required for the vehicle-mounted component and the structure of the vehicle-mounted component itself. Further, the interval between the third side tube 510 and the fourth side tube 520 may be adjusted according to the installation space requirement of the air cleaner 10. To facilitate the fixation of the third side tube 510 and the fourth side tube 520, the third side tube 510 may be connected to the second mounting branch tube 121, the fourth side tube 520 may be connected to the second pivot plate 122, or both the third side tube 510 and the fourth side tube 520 may be connected to the second pivot plate 122.

As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, in one embodiment, the body frame further includes a second connecting cross tube 700. The second cross connecting tube 700 is located between the first pivot plate 112 and the second pivot plate 122, and one end of the second cross connecting tube 700 is connected to the first pivot plate 112 and the other end of the second cross connecting tube 700 is connected to the second pivot plate 122. Specifically, the structural rigidity between the first support tube 110 and the second support tube 120 may be increased by adding the second cross-connect tube 700 between the first pivot plate 112 and the second pivot plate 122. In this case, the first cross-link pipe 300, the second cross-link pipe 700, the first side pipe 410, and the third side pipe 510 may form a trapezoidal region in cooperation with each other in a plan view from the upper portion of the body frame. Similarly, the first connecting cross tube 300, the second connecting cross tube 700, the second side tube 420 and the fourth side tube 520 may also cooperate to form a trapezoidal area when going from the rear to the front of the body frame. Therefore, the above-mentioned trapezoidal region structure can ensure a sufficient space for disposing the air cleaner 10, and at the same time, can minimize the width of the first horizontal connecting pipe 300, thereby achieving the effect of controlling the width of the seat cushion and the peripheral covering member, and making the feet of the driver more easily approach the ground.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle body frame further includes a first reinforcement bar 140 and a second reinforcement bar 150, one end of the first reinforcement bar 140 is connected to the first pivot plate 112, the first reinforcement bar 140 is fixedly engaged with one side of the second split frame 200, one end of the second reinforcement bar 150 is connected to the second pivot plate 122, and the second reinforcement bar 150 is fixedly engaged with the other side of the second split frame 200. Specifically, one end of the first reinforcement bar 140 may be integrally formed or welded with the first pivot plate 112, and the other end of the first reinforcement bar 140 faces the second split frame 200, and the first reinforcement bar 140 is attached to one side of the second split frame 200. And one end of the second reinforcement bar 150 may be integrally formed or welded with the second pivot plate 122, and the other end of the second reinforcement bar 150 faces the second split frame 200, and the second reinforcement bar 150 is attached to the other side of the second split frame 200. The fixing mode can effectively improve the connection strength and the structural rigidity between the first spliced vehicle frame 100 and the second spliced vehicle frame 200.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in one embodiment, the vehicle body frame further includes a rear cradle 800 and a rear shock absorber 900, the rear cradle 800 is located between the first pivot plate 112 and the second pivot plate 122, one end of the rear cradle 800 is movably connected to the first pivot plate 112, the other end of the rear cradle 800 is movably connected to the second pivot plate 122, one end of the rear shock absorber 900 is connected to the first connecting cross tube 300, and the other end of the rear shock absorber 900 is connected to the rear cradle 800. The first cross connecting pipe 300 is used for being mounted below a seat cushion, and the connecting axis of the rear shock absorber 900 and the first cross connecting pipe is located at the position behind the axis of the second cross connecting pipe 700 along the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body frame; specifically, the rear shock absorbing member 900 is a shock absorber or a shock absorbing spring. Through with back cradle 800 and first pivot board 112 and second pivot board 122 swing joint, can realize that back cradle 800 bears the effort effectively to unload the power to and cooperate through back cradle 800 and bumper shock absorber, can effectively improve body frame's shock attenuation effect. Further, the connection of the rear shock absorbing member 900 to the first cross-link pipe 300 is located rearward of the axis of the first cross-link pipe 300 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body frame (referring to the direction from the first cross-link frame 100 to the second cross-link frame 200). This mounting allows the force of the rear shock absorber 900 to be more directly transmitted to the first cross link tube 300. In addition, after the first mounting branch pipe 111 and the second mounting branch pipe 121 are connected with the mounting vertical pipe 130, the first mounting branch pipe 111 and the second mounting branch pipe 121 can be made as short as possible from the mounting vertical pipe 130 to the rear cradle 800, and meanwhile, the mounting vertical pipe 130 and the rear cradle 800 are connected closer to a straight line, so that the deformation resistance of the frame can be improved.

In one embodiment, an oil tank supporting seat 160 may be additionally disposed on the first side tube 410 and the third side tube 510, so that when the oil tank is fixed between the first supporting tube 110 and the second supporting tube 120, the oil tank supporting seat 160 can perform auxiliary supporting, and the fixing effect of the vehicle body frame on the oil tank is further improved. Further, the first cross connecting pipe 300, the tank support base 160, the first side pipe 410, and the third side pipe 510 may cooperate to form a trapezoidal region as viewed from above the body frame. When the air cleaner 10 is mounted in the mounting chamber 600, the service cover can be taken out from the trapezoidal area.

Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a motorcycle includes the body frame according to any one of the above embodiments, and further includes an air filter 10 and an air filter 10, wherein the air filter 10 is disposed in the assembly cavity 600, and the body frame is mounted and matched with the air filter 10.

In one embodiment, the first support pipe 110, the second support pipe 120, the first side pipe assembly 400, the second side pipe assembly 500, the first cross link pipe 300, the second cross link pipe 700, and the fuel tank support base 160 form a roof-type truss in the vehicle body frame, so that the frame rigidity can be significantly improved. The first cross-link pipe 300 is disposed at a more rearward position with respect to the second cross-link pipe 700 in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body frame such that a larger arrangement space (the fitting chamber 600) is formed within the above-described truss structure and the largest opening of the fitting chamber 600 faces downward. The air filter 10 is installed in a truss structure (i.e., in the assembly chamber 600) from bottom to top, and the space can be fully utilized in design to ensure that the air filter 10 has enough volume. The trapezoidal opening portion above the roof truss structure and the triangular opening portions on the left and right sides can be used as maintenance spaces of the air cleaner 10, for example: the maintenance cover and the filter element of the air cleaner 10 can be taken out from the position (trapezoidal opening), and the user can replace the filter element by removing the seat cushion and the maintenance cover, thereby realizing convenient maintenance of the air cleaner 10.

When the motorcycle is used, the vehicle-mounted components comprise components such as an engine, an oil tank and the like. According to the installation needs, the vehicle assembly and the vehicle body frame are installed in an aligned mode, meanwhile, the vehicle body frame separates the arrangement space through the first connecting transverse pipe 300, the first side pipe assembly 400 and the second side pipe assembly 500, meanwhile, the first connecting transverse pipe 300, the first side pipe assembly 400 and the second side pipe assembly 500 can be separated in a targeted mode according to the actual size or shape of the air filter 10, and namely the first connecting transverse pipe 300, the first side pipe assembly 400, the second side pipe assembly 500 and the first splicing vehicle frame 100 are spliced to form the assembling cavity 600 for installing the air filter 10. Therefore, the above vehicle body frame can sufficiently secure a sufficient space for disposing the air cleaner 10 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body frame, thereby securing the assembling effect of the motorcycle.

In one embodiment, in the process of mounting the air cleaner 10 on the vehicle body frame, the air cleaner 10 is fitted into the fitting cavity 600 from the front lower side of the vehicle body frame toward the rear upper side of the vehicle body frame in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle body frame.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
