Technical Field

The invention relates to an insulation cleaning agent, in particular to an environment-friendly insulation cleaning agent for electrical equipment.

Background

With the rapid development of economy, air pollution caused by production and life is increasingly serious, and because the environmental air contains various tiny particle pollutants such as dust, salt, oil stain and the like, the pollutants are gradually deposited on long-term running electric power and electrical equipment over time to form a dust layer. The presence of such a layer of dirt not only affects the operating efficiency of the equipment, but also has a serious impact on the reliability of the electrical power equipment. The composition of the dust is extremely complex, including dust, inorganic anions and cations, oil stains and the like, and the dust covered on the equipment affects the heat dissipation performance of the equipment, so that the operation efficiency of the equipment is reduced. Inorganic cations and anions in the dirt not only corrode metal materials in the equipment, but also play a role in electric conduction, and serious conditions can cause short circuit, thereby causing immeasurable loss. Therefore, the electrical equipment operating for a long time must be periodically cleaned.

In order to reduce economic loss caused by cleaning power failure, an electrified cleaning mode is needed. However, the power electrical equipment bears high voltage in operation, so the provided cleaning agent has high insulativity and high breakdown voltage, the communication equipment is not influenced under the normal operation condition during cleaning, and meanwhile, the safety of cleaning personnel is ensured.

The charged cleaning agent containing one or more ozone depleting substances (ODS components) is non-flammable, non-flammable and non-explosive, has no corrosive influence on various metal parts and plastics, and has the characteristics of high efficiency and safety. However, the use of ODS components has been totally prohibited in the cleaning industry from 1/1.2006, according to the provisions of the Montreal protocol for ozone depletion substances. The main common ODS components for production and consumption in China are the following 10 types: CFC-11, CFC-12, CFC 113, halon 1211, halon 1301, carbon tetrachloride, 1,1, 1-trichloroethane, HCFC22, HCFC141b and methyl bromide.

The existing electrical equipment cleaning agent mostly adopts organic solvents containing halogen such as tetrachloroethylene, dichloromethane, trifluorodichloroethane and the like, brings great threat to the health of constructors, has larger threat to the construction of electrical equipment in a closed environment, and does not meet the requirements of safety and environmental protection at the same time.

Therefore, it is urgently required to provide an environment-friendly insulating cleaning agent which is friendly to the environment and has good insulating property and cleaning ability.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an environment-friendly cleaning agent which does not contain ODS (ozone depleting substance) components and halogen, can be used for electrified cleaning of power electrical equipment, can ensure the safety of operators in a cleaning process, and has good flame retardance and antistatic property.

According to one aspect of the invention, the environment-friendly insulating cleaning agent for the electrical equipment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of non-polar organic solvent, 30-60 parts of polar organic solvent, 1-10 parts of polyether modified organic silicon, 0.5-2 parts of antistatic agent, 1-5 parts of organic flame retardant and 5-10 parts of anti-condensation agent.

Preferably, the non-polar organic solvent is one or more of a C9-C12 straight-chain alkane and a C9-C12 branched-chain alkane.

The polar organic solvent is one or more of ethanol, propanol, butanol, ethylene glycol, glycerol, isopropanol, acetone and ethyl acetate.

The polyether modified organic silicon is one or more of organic silicon obtained by modifying hydrogen-containing silicone oil with polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxypropylene ether, allyl alcohol polyoxyalkyl ether, dimethylamine polyether, amino polyether or urea polyether.

The antistatic agent is phenol ether phosphate potassium salt NP-4PK or phenol ether phosphate potassium salt NP-10 PK.

The anti-dewetting agent is octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane.

The organic flame retardant is a liquid organic phosphate ester.

The organic phosphate is selected from one or more of alkylphenol ether phosphate and butyl triphenyl thiophosphate.

The environment-friendly insulating cleaning agent is compounded by five components of a halogen-free polar and nonpolar solvent, polyether modified organic silicon, an antistatic agent, an organic flame retardant and an anti-condensation agent, has high cleaning efficiency on oil stains or inorganic salt stains, can effectively eliminate static electricity, and has excellent flame retardance.

Detailed Description

The environment-friendly insulating cleaning agent provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of non-polar organic solvent, 30-60 parts of polar organic solvent, 1-10 parts of polyether modified organic silicon, 0.5-2 parts of antistatic agent, 1-5 parts of organic flame retardant and 5-10 parts of anti-condensation agent.

In the insulating cleaning agent, the polar organic solvent and the non-polar organic solvent are compounded, so that the efficient solvent removal of oil stains and polar dirt can be enhanced. The polar organic solvent which can be used in the present invention may be one or more of ethanol, propanol, butanol, ethylene glycol, glycerol, isopropanol, acetone, ethyl acetate. The nonpolar organic solvent used in the present invention is one or more of C9-C12 linear alkane and C9-C12 branched alkane, and may be, for example, n-nonane, n-decane, n-undecane, n-dodecane, 2-methyloctane, 3-methylnonane, 2-methyldecane, 2, 5-dimethylnonane, etc.

The polyether-modified silicone is a surface active material generally comprising a terminal methylsiloxane as a hydrophobic main chain and one or more organic polar groups at the intermediate position, and the organic polar groups may be polyether groups, preferably polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxypropylene ether, allyl alcohol polyoxyalkyl ether, dimethylamine polyether, amino polyether or urea polyether. That is, one or more of the silicones obtained by modifying hydrogen-containing silicone oil with polyether modified silicone polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxypropylene ether, allyl alcohol polyoxyalkyl ether, dimethylamine polyether, amino polyether, or urea polyether used in the present invention.

Polyether modified silicones useful in the present invention can be prepared by the following method:

adding metered hydrogen-containing silicone oil, polyether (polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxypropylene ether, allyl alcohol polyoxyalkyl ether, dimethylamine polyether, amino polyether or urea polyether) and chloroplatinic acid into a 250m L four-neck flask provided with a stirrer, a thermometer, a condenser and a nitrogen gas guide tube, starting stirring, introducing 5min of nitrogen gas, slowly heating to 120 ℃ under the protection of the nitrogen gas, controlling the temperature to be constant, reacting for 7h, cooling, adding a certain amount of argil, stirring, taking out a product, and performing vacuum filtration to obtain the polyether modified organosilicon.

The organosilicon surface active substance has high surface activity and low surface energy of methyl, and simultaneously has high flexibility of a main siloxane main chain, and the methyl is densely arranged on the surface, so that organic groups are utilized to the maximum extent. Therefore, the polyether modified organic silicon can be used for cleaningThe surface tension of the lotion system is reduced to 20-30 mN.m-1. The ultra-low surface tension can effectively wet the dirt on the surface of the electrical equipment, thereby achieving the purpose of efficiently and quickly removing the dirt.

The organic flame retardant is liquid organic phosphate, such as alkylphenol ether phosphate (TXP-10), butyl triphenyl thiophosphate, etc.

The antistatic agent is phenol ether phosphate potassium salt NP-4PK or phenol ether phosphate potassium salt NP-10 PK.

The anti-dewetting agent is octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4). The anti-condensation agent has high cleaning value, electrical insulation property, strong decontamination capability and insulation property, can greatly improve the pressure resistance value of the cleaning agent, and can prevent the condensation phenomenon caused by temperature reduction on the surface of equipment components or parts due to volatilization of a solvent during electrified cleaning.

The environment-friendly insulating cleaning agent uses the polar organic solvent and the non-polar organic solvent which do not contain halogen, and is matched with the polyether modified organic silicon, the antistatic agent, the organic flame retardant and the antistatic agent, so that oil stains or inorganic salt stains can be quickly and effectively wetted, the cleaning efficiency is high, and meanwhile, the generation of static electricity can be inhibited after cleaning, and the static electricity can be effectively eliminated. Therefore, the insulating cleaning agent disclosed by the invention is safe and environment-friendly, has excellent insulating property and higher breakdown voltage resistance, and has the cleaning efficiency of more than 99% and the breakdown voltage resistance of more than 35 kV.
