1. A boom assembling method under the condition that obstacles exist in a boom assembling area is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

step one, respectively finishing the assembly of a bottom subsection (1.1) and a top subsection (1.2) of the suspension arm (1);

A method of assembling a boom in the presence of obstacles in a gang bar area as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the first step, a bottom subsection (1.1) and a top subsection (1.2) are respectively assembled on two sides of an obstacle (6), a bottom section of a suspension arm (1) and a plurality of middle sections of the suspension arm (1) are assembled into the bottom subsection (1.1) in a ground accommodating maximum length area between a vehicle body (2) and the obstacle (6), and the plurality of middle sections of the suspension arm (1) and a top section of the suspension arm (1) are assembled in a ground area on the other side of the obstacle (6), so that the top subsection (1.2) is completed.

The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to a suspension arm assembling method under the condition that obstacles exist in a combined rod area.

Background

When a large-scale track crane lattice-shaped suspension arm is assembled on a construction site, the common method is as follows: in a flat open area in front of the crane body, a plurality of suspension arms are sequentially assembled into a straight line on the ground and are pulled up after being connected with the crane body, so that the crane achieves the use working condition. However, in practical situations, obstacles which protrude beyond the ground by a certain height are often encountered in the rod assembling area in front of the vehicle body, so that the suspension arms cannot form a straight line on the ground, and therefore, a plurality of suspension arms cannot be assembled into a whole in a short time, and the purpose of efficiently connecting and wrenching the whole suspension arm with the vehicle body and smoothly obtaining the use working condition cannot be achieved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the background technology and provide a suspension arm assembling method under the condition that obstacles exist in a rod assembling area, so that the suspension arm assembling method has the characteristics of simple and convenient operation and high safety.

The invention provides a boom assembling method under the condition that obstacles exist in a boom assembling area, which comprises the following steps: step one, respectively completing the assembly of the bottom section and the top section of the suspension arm; step two, the bottom of the bottom section is hinged with the vehicle body, the other end of the bottom section is hoisted by a first auxiliary crane, and the hoisting height exceeds the height h of the barrier; step three, hoisting one end of the top section, which is positioned in the middle of the hoisting arm, by using a second auxiliary crane, wherein the hoisting height is higher than the height h of the barrier; step four, gradually approaching one ends of the bottom subsection and the top subsection close to the barrier respectively by means of a first auxiliary crane and a second auxiliary crane, finally enabling a bottom subsection lower chord of the bottom subsection to be folded with a top subsection lower chord of the top subsection, and inserting a pin shaft at the folding position to enable the bottom subsection and the top subsection to be in a half-connection state capable of rotating around a hinge point of the lower chord; and step five, hoisting the top of the top subsection by using a third auxiliary crane, enabling the top subsection to rotate upwards around the hinge point of the lower chord until the upper chord of the bottom subsection and the upper chord of the top subsection are folded, and inserting a pin shaft at the folded position, so that the assembly of the suspension arm is completed.

In a preferred embodiment, in the first step, a bottom subsection and a top subsection are respectively assembled on both sides of the obstacle, the bottom section of the suspension arm and the plurality of middle sections of the suspension arm are assembled into the bottom subsection in the area of the maximum ground accommodating length between the vehicle body and the obstacle, and the plurality of middle sections of the suspension arm and the top section of the suspension arm are assembled in the area of the ground on the other side of the obstacle, so that the top subsection is completed.

In a preferred embodiment, the top section of the top segment is placed on the ground engaging traction device in step three.

In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises a sixth step of utilizing a self-contained lifting device of the vehicle body to lift the whole suspension arm to a working state with a certain elevation angle α so as to achieve the working condition.

The suspension arm assembling method under the condition that the obstacle exists in the rod assembling area has the following beneficial effects: in the traditional method, the boom completes the connection of the upper and lower hinge points of the chord rod at the height of the obstacle at one time, the top subsection arm tip is positioned in the air at the height H away from the ground, the height H is far higher than the height H of the obstacle, arm assembling personnel have to complete the rope winding and threading work of the winding running of the arm tip pulley block in the air at the height, and the method is difficult to operate, high in danger and not beneficial to popularization in the field of facility building workers; in contrast, when the boom is assembled according to the boom assembling method, the lower hinge point and the upper hinge point of the boom segment are successively connected twice, and the boom tip of the top segment is kept on the ground before the boom tip is connected with the upper hinge point of the chord member, so that arm assembling personnel can complete the assembling work of the boom and the threading and winding work of the winding running rope of the boom tip pulley block on the ground only near the height h of the obstacle, the working difficulty is reduced, the assembling work is smoothly completed, and the safety of the personnel is ensured.

Referring to fig. 1, the boom assembling method under the condition that the obstacle exists in the boom assembling area of the invention comprises the following steps:

with reference to fig. 2, the assembly of the bottom section 1.1 and the top section 1.2 of the boom 1 is completed separately, step one, by:

respectively assembling a bottom subsection 1.1 and a top subsection 1.2 at two sides of an obstacle 6, assembling a bottom section of a suspension arm 1 and a plurality of intermediate sections of the suspension arm 1 into the bottom subsection 1.1 in a ground accommodating maximum length area between a vehicle body 2 and the obstacle 6, and assembling the intermediate sections of the suspension arm 1 and a top section of the suspension arm 1 in a ground area at the other side of the obstacle 6, thereby completing the top subsection 1.2;

referring to fig. 3, step two, the bottom 1.1.1 of the bottom section 1.1 is hinged with the car body 2, and the other end of the bottom section 1.1 is hoisted by the first auxiliary crane 3, and the hoisting height exceeds the height h of the barrier 6;

step three, hoisting one end of the top subsection 1.2 positioned in the middle of the suspension arm 1 by using a second auxiliary crane 4, wherein the hoisting height is higher than the height h of the barrier 6, and placing the top section of the top subsection 1.2 on a grounding travelling wheel device (not shown in the figure) so as to facilitate the top subsection 1.2 to move along the ground along with the engineering progress;

step four, respectively approaching one ends of the bottom subsection 1.1 and the top subsection 1.2 close to the barrier 6 by means of a first auxiliary crane 3 and a second auxiliary crane 4, finally folding the bottom subsection lower chord of the bottom subsection 1.1 and the top subsection lower chord of the top subsection 1.2, and inserting a pin shaft at the folding position to enable the bottom subsection 1.1 and the top subsection 1.2 to be in a half-connection state capable of rotating around a lower chord hinge point 1.3;

step five, the top of the top subsection 1.2 is hoisted by a third auxiliary crane 5, the top subsection 1.2 is rotated upwards around the hinge point 1.3 of the lower chord until the bottom subsection upper chord 1.1.2 of the bottom subsection 1.1 and the top subsection upper chord 1.2.1 of the top subsection 1.2 are folded, and a pin shaft is inserted into the folded position, so that the assembly of the boom 1 is completed;

referring to fig. 5, in step six, the whole boom 1 is lifted to a working state with a certain elevation α by using a lifting device of the vehicle body 2, so as to achieve a working condition.
