1. A rapid hydraulic ram comprising:

a first oil seal:

the leakage-proof assembly is arranged on the left side of the first oil seal and comprises a first flange, the first flange is arranged on the surface of the first oil seal, a second flange is arranged on the left side of the first flange, and a first bolt is arranged between the first flange and the second flange;

the oil pipe is arranged on the left side of the first oil seal;

5. The hydraulic quick ram as recited in claim 1 wherein the first air-tight ring has a width of 2 cm and the first groove has a width of 2 cm.

6. The hydraulic quick ram as recited in claim 1 wherein the second air-tight ring has a width of 1 cm and the second groove has a width of 1 cm.

7. A rapid hydraulic ram according to claim 1 wherein the piston pad is of L-shaped configuration.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of hydraulic oil cylinders, in particular to a quick hydraulic oil cylinder.

Background

The hydraulic oil cylinder is a hydraulic actuating element which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and does linear reciprocating motion or swinging motion, has simple structure and reliable work, can remove a speed reducer when realizing reciprocating motion, has no transmission clearance and moves stably, and is widely applied to hydraulic systems of various machines.

A few detachable hydraulic oil cylinders exist for the hydraulic oil cylinder at the present stage, the airtightness guarantee between an oil rod and an oil pipe in the detachable hydraulic oil cylinder is poor, liquid oil leakage often occurs, or a detachable structure is lacked while the liquid oil is sealed.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a fast hydraulic cylinder to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a quick hydraulic oil cylinder, which solves the problem that the hydraulic oil cylinder cannot be quickly disassembled.

the quick-acting oil cylinder is disassembled by firstly utilizing the four first bolts 23 on the first flange 21 and the second flange 22, separating the first oil seal 1 from the oil pipe 3 when the four first bolts 23 are loosened and completely separated from the first flange 21 and the second flange 22, and arranging the fixing component 4 between the oil pipe 3 and the oil rod 5, wherein the fixing component 4 is a detachable fixing structure, firstly, the second bolt 48 is taken down to separate the upper ring 41 and the lower ring 42, and when the sealing block 43 is taken down, the upper ring 41 and the lower ring 42 are completely separated and fall off to separate the first fixing ring 46 from the first groove 61, and when the first fixing ring 44 and the first fixing ring 46 are completely separated, the second fixing ring 47 and the second fixing ring are separated from the second groove 62, so that the whole fixing component 4 is a detachable structure.

aiming at the sealing and dismantling functions between the oil pipe 3 and the oil rod 5, the first fixing ring 46 is utilized to ensure the air tightness and the fixing function of the oil rod 5, the second bolt 48 is firstly loosened, the first fixing ring 46 and the first airtight ring 44 below the first fixing ring 46 are separated from the oil rod 5 while the second bolt 48 is loosened, and then the second fixing ring 47 and the second airtight ring 45 inside the second fixing ring 47 are separated from the oil pipe 3 together, the first airtight ring 44 and the second airtight ring 45 are arranged, so that the oil leakage at the joint of the oil pipe 3 and the oil rod 5 is prevented, the first fixing ring 46 and the second fixing ring 47 which are arranged on the outer parts of the first airtight ring 44 and the second airtight ring 45 in a dismountable mode are arranged aiming at the dismantling between the oil pipe 3 and the oil rod 5, and the checking efficiency and the cleaning speed of the hydraulic oil cylinder are convenient for a user after the work is stopped.
