1. A portable chromatography pod, comprising: a rotating device and an isolating device;

The portable chromatography case of claim 1, wherein the weak current circuit comprises in particular: the weak electric plate comprises a weak electric plate main plate and a weak electric plate heat conduction amplification plate; the weak current board main board is connected with the weak current board amplifying board; and a shielding column is arranged between the weak current board main board and the weak current board amplification board.

4. The portable chromatography pod of any of claims 2 or 3, wherein the shielding column is a polytetrafluoroethylene column.

5. The portable chromatography case of claim 4, wherein the polytetrafluoroethylene column has a thickness of 10 mm.

6. The portable chromatography case of claim 1, further comprising: a vertical column;

the vertical column is fixed inside the portable chromatographic box;

the vertical column includes 2, the shielding layer is located 2 between the vertical column, the shielding layer by the vertical column supports.

Background

In recent years, with the progress of science and technology, the size of a chromatograph is reduced more and more under the condition of ensuring the performance, and a large number of portable chromatograph manufacturers are produced, wherein the portable chromatograph is usually installed in a portable chromatograph box, and in the manufacturers which are established, due to the limitation of the portable chromatograph box, the installation of a circuit of the portable chromatograph in the portable chromatograph is extremely irregular, even interference is generated between circuit signals, so that the noise of the apparatus is large, the sensitivity is low, meanwhile, when the apparatus is installed and maintained, the chromatograph needs to be disassembled, and the circuit board of the chromatograph needs to be disassembled for maintenance, so that the installation and maintenance are extremely difficult.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a portable chromatograph, which solves the problems of high instrument noise, low sensitivity and difficult installation and maintenance caused by disordered circuit installation and interference among circuit signals of the conventional portable chromatograph.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme:

a portable chromatography pod, comprising: a rotating device and an isolating device;

the rotating device comprises a rotating panel and a rotating shaft; one end of the rotating shaft is fixed in the portable chromatographic box; the other end of the rotating shaft is arranged in the rotating panel, and the rotating panel rotates along the rotating shaft;

the isolating device is arranged on the rotating panel; the isolating device comprises a strong current circuit, a weak current circuit and a shielding layer;

the shielding layer is arranged between the strong current circuit and the weak current circuit and used for isolating the strong current circuit and the weak current circuit.

Optionally, the strong electric circuit specifically includes: a strong electric plate power supply plate and a strong electric plate temperature control plate; the strong electric plate power supply plate is connected with the strong electric plate temperature control plate; and a shielding column is arranged between the strong electric plate power supply plate and the strong electric plate temperature control plate.

Optionally, the weak current circuit specifically includes: the weak electric plate comprises a weak electric plate main plate and a weak electric plate heat conduction amplification plate; the weak current board main board is connected with the weak current board amplifying board; and a shielding column is arranged between the weak current board main board and the weak current board amplification board.

Optionally, the shielding column is a polytetrafluoroethylene column.

Optionally, the polytetrafluoroethylene column has a thickness of 10 mm.

Optionally, the method further includes: a vertical column;

the vertical column is fixed inside the portable chromatographic box;

As shown in fig. 1-3, a portable chromatography box comprises: a rotating device and an isolating device; the rotating device comprises a rotating panel 9 and a rotating shaft; one end of the rotating shaft is fixed in the portable chromatographic box; the other end of the rotating shaft is arranged inside the rotating panel 9, and the rotating panel 9 rotates along the rotating shaft; the isolating device is arranged on the rotating panel 9 and comprises a strong current circuit, a weak current circuit and a shielding layer; the shielding layer is arranged between the strong current circuit and the weak current circuit and used for isolating the strong current circuit and the weak current circuit.

In practical applications, the strong electric circuit specifically includes: a strong electric plate power supply plate 1 and a strong electric plate temperature control plate 2; the strong electric plate power supply plate 1 is connected with the strong electric plate temperature control plate 2; and a shielding column is arranged between the strong electric plate power supply plate 1 and the strong electric plate temperature control plate 2.

In practical application, the weak current circuit specifically includes: a weak electric plate main board 3 and a weak electric plate thermal conductance amplifier board 4; the weak current board main board 3 is connected with the weak current board amplifying board 4; and a shielding column is arranged between the weak current board main board 3 and the weak current board amplification board 4.

When the portable draw-bar box is installed, a fixed panel 9 is fixed inside the portable draw-bar box through a first rotating shaft 7 and a second rotating shaft 8, a shielding layer is added between a first vertical column 5 and a second vertical column 6, a power supply control panel and a strong electric plate temperature control panel 2 are sequentially arranged on one side of the shielding layer, a weak electric plate main board 3 and a weak electric plate heat conduction amplification board 4 are sequentially arranged on the other side of the shielding layer, and then an output circuit is connected with each control panel through a connecting wire; each circuit board was separated by 10mm teflon columns.

When the instrument is used, the mounting plate 9 is arranged in the instrument in an inverted mode, and a circuit system in the isolation device is arranged in the chromatograph; when overhauling, the right-angle mounting plate is rotated by 9 to 90 degrees, and the circuit system is displayed in front of an overhauler, so that the overhauling efficiency is improved.

The invention provides a portable chromatographic box which can isolate the mutual interference of strong current and weak current, signals do not interfere with each other, the portable chromatographic box is a novel installation mode for circuit optimization and installation, an instrument circuit is simple and clear, each part is an independent individual, and convenience is brought to installation and maintenance of engineers.
