Detailed Description

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.

At present, in most of steering wheels of automobiles, a rim and a spoke are connected in a lower direction, a left direction and a right direction, wherein connecting beams on the left side surface and the right side surface are small in size and are mirrored; while the lower two are larger. In order to realize the tight fit with the steering wheel, the left, right and lower parts of the upper sleeve body 1 and the lower sleeve body 2 are respectively provided with a sheet structure extending to the spoke.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a symmetrical upper spoke piece 11 is provided on each of the left and right portions of the upper cover 1, and a middle spoke piece 12 is provided on the lower portion (upper portion in fig. 5, but lower portion in actual installation and operation). Since the left and right connection beams of the steering wheel are often provided with partial function key areas, in order to prevent the function key areas from being shielded and to make the upper cover body 1 tightly attached, the upper spoke piece 11 only covers the upper half parts (the lower part in fig. 5, but the upper part is above during installation and operation) of the left and right connection beams, and the upper spoke piece 11 has negative curvature to keep a more tight attachment, similarly, the middle spoke piece 12 (the upper part in fig. 5, but the lower part during installation and operation) is provided below the upper cover body 1, and the middle spoke piece 12 only covers the root parts of the lower connection beams.

In addition, the upper sleeve body 1 is also provided with an upper convex part 13 which is convex towards the spoke direction above the two symmetrical upper spoke pieces 11; the height of the middle part of the upper convex part 13 is more than that of the two ends and is streamline. In order to adapt to the arrangement of the upper sleeve body 1, the lower sleeve body 2 matched with the upper sleeve body is provided with a lower spoke piece 23 matched with the upper spoke piece 11 and a middle spoke piece 22 matched with the middle spoke piece 12 as shown in figure 6; a lower protrusion 24 matching the upper protrusion 13. The middle of the lower protruding portion 24 has a streamline protruding height greater than both ends.

Meanwhile, a plurality of function keys, such as a turn signal light, are also generally disposed on the back of the steering wheel. Thus, a lower button through hole 21 and an upper button through hole 25 are provided at the boundaries between the upper, lower and left and right portions, respectively. The lower button through hole 21 and the upper button through hole 25 can also be adaptively changed in position, direction, size and arrangement according to different button arrangement schemes for forming different steering wheels.

The upper sleeve body 1 and the lower sleeve body 2 are fixed through the mutually independent clamping of the upper sleeve body 1 and the lower sleeve body 2 and the steering wheel, one of the edges of the upper sleeve body and the lower sleeve body is provided with a groove, and the other one is provided with a corresponding convex edge which is mutually buckled in a joggle mode.
