packaging the top of the paper bag: the front paper folding lifting cylinder and the rear paper folding lifting cylinder control the front folding plate and the rear folding plate to ascend, the front paper folding cylinder controls the front folding plate to horizontally translate, the front part of the paper pack is turned over to the top of the bandage roll, the gluing lifting cylinder controls the gluing transverse moving cylinder to control the gluing hairbrush to move on the end face of the front paper folding, the gluing hairbrush is used for gluing in the moving process, the rear paper folding cylinder controls the rear folding plate to horizontally translate, the rear part of the paper pack is turned over to the front paper folding, and the top of the paper pack is packaged;

blanking the packaged bandage coil paper bags: the material pushing cylinder controls the material pushing plate to move horizontally, and the bandage coil paper package packaged in the bottom frame is pushed out of the bottom frame.

The paper bag packaging equipment disclosed by the invention is used for fully automatically packaging paper bags on the bandage rolls, the whole operation of the equipment is stable and reliable, the packaging quality of the produced bandage roll paper bags is guaranteed, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the manpower resource is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description

For a further understanding of the present invention, reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as being fixedly connected, integrally connected, or detachably connected; either mechanically or electrically, or internally communicating two elements; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate, and those skilled in the art will understand the specific meanings of the above terms according to specific situations.

With reference to the accompanying drawings 1 and 2, the technical scheme of the invention is a paper package packaging device, which comprises a frame 1, wherein the frame 1 is provided with a conveying device 2, a feeding device 3, a paper placing device 4, a positioning device 5, a label paper taking and placing device 6, a front paper folding device 7, a back paper folding device 7, an adhesive coating device 8, a left paper folding device 9, a right paper folding device 9, an upper paper folding device 10, a side adhesive coating device 11, a lower paper folding device 12 and a material pushing device 13, the conveying device 2 comprises a main conveying belt 21, two ends of the main conveying belt 21 are respectively a feeding end 211 and a discharging end 212, the main conveying belt 21 is provided with a bottom frame 22, the positioning device 5, the front paper folding device 7, the back paper folding device 7 and the left paper folding device 9 and the right paper folding device 9 are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the main conveying belt 21, the left paper folding device 9 and the right paper folding device 9 are respectively symmetrically arranged at two sides of the main conveying belt 21, the feeding device 3 is arranged on one side of the positioning device 5, the paper placing device 4 is arranged at one end of a feeding end 211 of the main conveying belt 21, the label paper taking and placing device 6 and the gluing device 8 are respectively arranged opposite to the front paper folding device 7 and the rear paper folding device 7, the upper paper folding device 10 and the lower paper folding device 12 are respectively arranged on two sides of the left paper folding device 9 and the right paper folding device 9, the side gluing device 11 and the upper paper folding device 10 are arranged oppositely, and the pushing device 13 is arranged on one side of a discharging end 212 of the main conveying belt 21.

With reference to fig. 3, the feeding device 3 includes a feeding conveyer belt 31, a feeding and blocking cylinder 32, an upper blocking plate 33, a feeding layering cylinder 34, a layering plate 35, a feeding lifting cylinder 36, a feeding side pushing cylinder 37 and a side pushing plate 38, wherein the feeding lifting cylinder 36 is provided with a feeding frame 39, the feeding frame 39 is disposed at one end of the feeding conveyer belt 31, the feeding and blocking cylinder 32 is disposed between the feeding conveyer belt 31 and the feeding frame 39, the upper blocking plate 33 is connected to the feeding and blocking cylinder 32, the feeding layering cylinder 34 and the feeding side pushing cylinder 37 are respectively disposed at a side surface of the feeding frame 39, the layering plate 35 is connected to the feeding layering cylinder 34, the layering plate 35 is inserted into the feeding frame 39, and the side pushing plate 38 is connected to the feeding side pushing cylinder 37.

Referring to fig. 4, the paper feeding device 4 includes a paper feeding and transplanting cylinder 41, a transplanting plate 42, a paper feeding and lifting cylinder 43, a paper suction plate 44, a paper trough 45, and a paper lifting motor 46, wherein the paper trough 45 is connected to the paper lifting motor 46, the paper feeding and transplanting cylinder 41 is disposed at one side of the paper trough 45, the transplanting plate 42 is connected to the transplanting cylinder 41, the paper feeding and lifting cylinder 43 is connected to the transplanting plate 42, the paper suction plate 44 is connected to the paper feeding and lifting cylinder 43, a positioning opening 441 is formed in the paper suction plate 44, and the size of the positioning opening 441 is larger than that of the positioning groove 51.

With reference to fig. 5, the positioning device 5 includes a positioning groove 51, a positioning groove cylinder 52, a positioning block cylinder 53, a press-packing cylinder 54, and a press-packing block plate 55, the positioning groove 51 is connected to the positioning groove cylinder 52, the press-packing cylinder 54 is connected to the positioning block cylinder 53, the press-packing block plate 55 is connected to the press-packing cylinder 54, a feeding opening 511 is formed at a side of the positioning groove 51 close to the feeding device 3, a block opening 512 is formed at a side of the positioning groove 51 close to the positioning block cylinder 53, the positioning block cylinder 53 passes through the block opening 512 and is connected to the positioning groove 51, and the press-packing block plate 55 includes two upper baffle 551 and side baffle 552 perpendicular to each other.

With reference to fig. 6, the label paper taking and placing device 6 includes a label lifting cylinder 61, a label stretching cylinder 62, a vacuum paper suction plate 63, a label trough 64 and a label lifting motor 65, wherein the label trough 64 is connected to the label lifting motor 65, the label lifting cylinder 61 is located at one side of the label trough 64, the label stretching cylinder 62 is connected to the label lifting cylinder 65, and the vacuum paper suction plate 63 is connected to the label stretching cylinder 62.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the front and rear paper folding device 7 includes a front and rear paper folding lifting cylinder 71, a front and rear paper folding base plate 72, a front paper folding cylinder 73, a front folding plate 74, a rear paper folding cylinder 75, and a rear folding plate 76, the front and rear paper folding base plate 72 is connected to the front and rear paper folding lifting cylinder 71, the front paper folding cylinder 73 and the rear paper folding cylinder 75 are connected to the front and rear paper folding base plate 72, the front folding plate 74 is connected to the front paper folding cylinder 73, the rear folding plate 76 is connected to the rear paper folding cylinder 75, the front folding plate 74 and the rear folding plate 76 are both disposed parallel to the main conveyor belt 21, the gluing device 8 includes a gluing lifting cylinder 81, a gluing transverse moving cylinder 82, and a gluing brush 83, the gluing transverse moving cylinder 82 is connected to the gluing lifting cylinder 81, the gluing brush 83 is connected to the gluing transverse moving cylinder 82, the upper glue brush 83 is disposed opposite the front flap 74.

Referring to fig. 9, the left and right paper folding device 9 includes a left and right paper folding in-place cylinder 91, a left and right paper folding base plate 92, a left paper folding cylinder 93, a left folding plate 94, a right paper folding cylinder 95 and a right folding plate 96, the left and right paper folding base plates 92 are connected to the left and right paper folding in-place cylinders 91, the left paper folding cylinder 93 and the right paper folding cylinder 94 are both connected to the left and right paper folding base plates 92, the left folding plate 94 is connected to the left paper folding cylinder 93, the right folding plate 96 is connected to the right paper folding cylinder 95, the left folding plate 94 and the right folding plate 96 are both arranged perpendicular to the main conveyor belt 21, the left and right paper folding devices 9 further comprise a pressing cylinder 97, a pressing base plate 98 and a pressing column 99, the pressing column 99 is connected to the pressing base plate 98, the pressing base plate 98 is connected to the pressing cylinder 97, and the pressing column 99 penetrates through the left and right paper folding base plates 92.

With reference to fig. 10-12, the upward paper folding device 10 includes an upward paper folding cylinder 101 and an upward folding plate 102, the upward folding plate 102 is connected to the upward paper folding cylinder 101, the downward paper folding device 12 includes a downward paper folding cylinder 121 and a downward folding plate 122, the downward folding plate 122 is connected to the downward paper folding cylinder 121, the upward folding plate 102 and the downward folding plate 122 are both disposed perpendicular to the main conveyor belt 21, the side glue spreading device 11 includes a side glue spreading lifting cylinder 111, a side glue spreading traversing cylinder 112, and a side glue spreading brush 113, the side glue spreading traversing cylinder 112 is connected to the side glue spreading lifting cylinder 111, the side glue spreading brush 113 is connected to the side glue spreading traversing cylinder 112, and the side glue spreading brush 113 is disposed opposite to the upward folding plate 102.

Referring to fig. 2, the pushing device 13 includes a pushing cylinder 131 and a pushing plate 132, and the pushing plate 132 is connected to the pushing cylinder 131.

With reference to the accompanying drawings 1-12, an automatic production process of a paper package packaging device adopts the paper package packaging device, and comprises the following steps:

loading the bandage roll: the bandage rolls of the feeding conveyor belt 31 sequentially enter a feeding frame 39 in the horizontal direction, a feeding lifting cylinder 36 controls the feeding frame 39 to descend, a feeding layering cylinder 34 controls a layering plate 35 to translate to separate the bottom bandage rolls, a feeding blocking cylinder 32 controls an upper baffle plate 33 to descend to stop the bandage rolls from entering the feeding frame 39 after the bandage rolls in the feeding frame 39 are fully arranged, the feeding layering cylinder 34 controls the layering plate 35 to be pulled out of the feeding frame 39, and the bandage rolls are completely arranged in the feeding frame 39;

extracting the paper bags: the paper feeding lifting cylinder 43 descends, the paper suction plate 44 sucks a piece of paper sheet from the paper trough 45, the paper feeding lifting cylinder 43 ascends, the paper feeding transplanting cylinder 41 controls the horizontal movement of the transplanting plate 42, and the paper sheet is moved to the position right above the bottom frame 22;

positioning of bandage rolls and paper packs: the positioning groove cylinder 52 controls the positioning groove 51 to press the leatheroid into the bottom frame 22, the positioning blocking cylinder 53 and the press packet cylinder 54 drive the press packet blocking plate 55 to act, the press packet blocking plate 55 and the bottom frame 22 form a limiting cavity, the feeding side pushing cylinder 37 controls the side pushing plate 38 to push the arranged bandage rolls into the limiting cavity, and the arranged bandage rolls are placed in a correct area on the leatheroid;

extracting the label paper: the label lifting cylinder 61 descends, the vacuum paper suction plate 63 absorbs a label from the label trough 64, the label lifting cylinder 65 ascends, the label telescopic cylinder 62 controls the vacuum paper suction plate 63 to move horizontally, the vacuum paper suction plate 63 is moved to the upper part of the bottom frame 22, and the label is placed at the top of the bandage roll paper bag;

packaging the top of the paper bag: the front and rear paper folding lifting cylinders 71 control the front folding plate 74 and the rear folding plate 76 to ascend, the front paper folding cylinder 73 controls the front folding plate 74 to horizontally translate, the front part of the paper pack is folded to the top of the bandage roll, the gluing lifting cylinder control 81 and the gluing transverse moving cylinder 82 control the gluing hairbrush 83 to move on the end face of the front paper folding, the gluing hairbrush 83 is used for gluing in the moving process, the rear paper folding cylinder 75 controls the rear folding plate 76 to horizontally translate, the rear part of the paper pack is folded to the front paper folding, and packaging of the top of the paper pack is completed;

packaging the side face of the paper bag: the left and right paper folding in-place cylinder 91 controls the movement of the left and right paper folding base plates 92 towards the main conveying belt 21, so that the left folding plate 94 and the right folding plate 96 are close to the side surface of the bandage roll, the left paper folding cylinder 93 controls the horizontal movement of the left folding plate 94 to fold the left part of the paper pack to the side surface of the bandage roll, the right paper folding cylinder 95 controls the horizontal movement of the right folding plate 96 to fold the right part of the paper pack to the side surface of the bandage roll, the left folding plate 94 and the right folding plate 96 keep the left and right paper folding state of the side surface of the paper pack, the upward paper folding cylinder 101 controls the movement of the upper folding plate 102 in the vertical direction to fold the upper part of the paper pack to the side surface of the bandage roll, the side gluing lifting cylinder 111 and the side gluing transverse moving cylinder 112 control the side gluing brushes 113 to move on the end surface of the upward folding paper, the side gluing brushes 113 glue during the movement, the downward paper folding cylinder 121 controls the movement of the lower folding plate 122 in the vertical direction, the lower part of the paper pack is turned over to the upper folded paper, the pressing cylinder 97 controls the pressing base plate 98 and the pressing column 99 to move to the side face of the bandage roll, the pressing column 99 presses the side face of the bandage roll, and the left paper folding cylinder 93 and the right paper folding cylinder 95 control the left folded plate 94 and the right folded plate 96 to be respectively pulled away from the side face of the paper pack, so that the packaging of the side face of the paper pack is completed;

blanking the packaged bandage coil paper bags: the pushing cylinder 131 controls the translation of the pushing plate 132 to push the bandage roll paper pack completely packaged in the bottom frame 22 out of the bottom frame 22.
