The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples, but the present invention is not limited to the examples.

As shown in fig. 1, the system for preparing white carbon black by using a strong acid salt vapor phase method comprises a strong acid salt feeding device, a water glass feeding device, a reaction kettle and a product collecting device, wherein the strong acid salt feeding device and the water glass feeding device are respectively connected with the reaction kettle, the system also comprises a filter pressing device and a phase change water treatment device which are connected with each other, the reaction kettle and the product collecting device are respectively connected with the filter pressing device, the phase change water treatment device is connected with the strong acid salt feeding device, and the strong acid salt feeding device is a combined alkali production mother liquor feeding device.

In the embodiment, the combined alkali production process and the white carbon black preparation method are organically combined, so that the problems of high energy consumption, overstock storage and the like in the process of taking out ammonium chloride from the byproducts in the combined alkali production are solved while the white carbon black product is prepared. When the method is specifically applied, a combined alkali production mother liquor supply device is used as a strong acid salt supply device to add a strong acid salt raw material into a reaction kettle, meanwhile, the water glass supply device is used for adding a water glass raw material into the reaction kettle, the two raw materials are fully mixed in the reaction kettle and react to obtain a white carbon black product feed liquid, the obtained white carbon black product feed liquid is treated by a filter pressing device to ensure the high purity of the product, the white carbon black product obtained after filter pressing treatment is sent to a product collecting device for collection, the filtrate obtained after filter pressing treatment is sent to a phase change water treatment device for heavy component recovery treatment, the water content is reduced to the index required by the system through evaporation phase change water treatment, and a heavy component recovery feed liquid is obtained, the heavy component feed liquid is sodium chloride generated by water and reaction and a sodium chloride supersaturated solution in the system, and the obtained heavy component feed liquid is recovered and sent to a combined alkali production system for continuous recycling, thereby fully realizing energy conservation and loss reduction, having no other pollutant discharge and greatly enhancing the environmental protection effect.

In the above embodiment, in order to ensure that the white carbon black product is prepared and solve the problems of energy consumption of by-products in the co-alkali production and the like, preferably, the raw material of strong acid salt is added into the reaction kettle through the co-alkali production mother liquor supply device, the raw material of strong acid salt is a circulating feed liquor in the co-alkali production, and the fixed ammonia content of the circulating feed liquor is 35 tt-90 tt (tt is an ammonia water titer and is used for representing the ammonia water concentration, 1mol/L is equivalent to 20tt, and 1 titer is 0.85 g ammonia/L).

When the method is specifically applied to the embodiment, on the basis of basic operation of a system, the strong acid salt raw material and the water glass raw material are uniformly distributed and contacted in the reaction kettle through the material uniform distribution device, and are stirred through the automatic stirring device, so that the reaction materials are fully and uniformly mixed, the uniformity of the reaction is guaranteed, the reaction speed and the utilization rate of the materials are improved, the temperature of the reaction is regulated through the heating device and the cooling device during the reaction, the temperature stability of the reaction is guaranteed, the pressure of the reaction in the reaction kettle is controlled through the negative pressure evaporation device, and the whole reaction process is guaranteed to be stably carried out; after the reaction is finished, the material is quickly discharged through the discharging device, and the automatic cleaning device is started to clean the inner wall of the reaction kettle and the automatic stirring device at the same time, so that the cleaning liquid and the material liquid obtained by the reaction quickly enter the filter pressing device from the bottom of the reaction kettle for filter pressing; through the arrangement, the uniform and stable operation of the white carbon black preparation is guaranteed, and the production efficiency and the product quality are greatly improved.

In the above embodiment, in order to ensure the pressure stability required for the reaction in the reaction kettle, the negative pressure evaporation device is preferably an alternating load negative pressure evaporation device, the alternating load negative pressure evaporation device includes a vacuum pump and a gas ammonia recovery cooler connected to each other, and the pressure inside the reaction kettle is adjusted by the combined action of the vacuum pump and the gas ammonia recovery cooler.

In the above embodiment, in order to enhance the uniformity of the reaction, preferably, the material uniform distribution device is provided with a plurality of branch pipe distributors, and each branch pipe distributor is provided with a spray head; preferably, there are two groups of branch pipe distributors, namely a first branch pipe distributor and a second branch pipe distributor, wherein the first branch pipe distributor is connected with the combined soda production mother liquor supply device, and the second branch pipe distributor is connected with the water glass supply device; the combined alkali production mother liquor supply device is preferably connected with the first branch pipe distributor through the U-shaped pipe, the strong acid salt material provided by the combined alkali production mother liquor supply device is uniformly distributed in the reaction kettle through the first branch pipe distributor while the bit pressure is reduced, and the water glass material provided by the water glass supply device of the second branch pipe distributor is uniformly distributed in the reaction kettle; preferably, first branch pipe distributor and second branch pipe distributor are adjacent to be set up and act on simultaneously to make relevant reaction material evenly distributed and abundant contact in reation kettle, thereby cooperate automatic stirring device's stirring, the homogeneity of abundant guarantee reaction, and then provide the assurance for product quality.
