1. A workpiece reversing device, comprising:

a transfer unit for transferring the workpiece;

the output mechanism is arranged on the transmission unit and comprises a plurality of output channels and reversing units arranged on the paths of the output channels, and the reversing units are used for adjusting the output direction of the workpiece.

2. A workpiece reversing device according to claim 1, wherein the output mechanism further comprises a reversing channel bypassing the output channel, and the reversing unit is provided at an intersection of the reversing channel and the output channel.

3. A workpiece reversing device according to claim 2, characterised in that each output channel comprises a feed channel and an exit channel, the exit channel being downstream of the feed channel, and the reversing channel being at the intersection of the exit channel and the feed channel.

4. A workpiece reversing device according to claim 3, wherein said workpiece includes a first end and a second end, said first end and said second end being of different sizes, said reversing passage permitting access to said first end and restricting access to said second end.

A workpiece reversing device according to claim 4, wherein said reversing unit comprises a pair of stoppers at said junction, a pair of said stoppers being disposed at an entrance of said reversing channel, and an opening between a pair of said stoppers limiting the entrance of the second end of the workpiece.

The workpiece reversing device according to claim 5, wherein the reversing unit further comprises an auxiliary member and a driving member, the auxiliary member is located at the upper end of the limiting member, the driving member is fixed on the frame, and a power output end of the driving member is connected with the auxiliary member to drive the auxiliary member to move closer to and away from the limiting member.

7. A workpiece reversing device according to claim 6, further comprising a plurality of reversing bases, adjacent reversing bases forming said output channel, said reversing bases having a moving cavity formed therein for movement of said auxiliary member therein.

8. A workpiece reversing device according to any of claims 1-6, characterised in that the centre of mass of the workpiece is not coincident with the centre of gravity.

The workpiece reversing device according to claim 8, further comprising a material blocking mechanism, wherein the material blocking mechanism is arranged corresponding to the outlet end of the output channel, and the material blocking mechanism comprises a plurality of accommodating cavities for receiving the workpieces output from the outlet end of the output channel.

The workpiece reversing device according to claim 9, wherein the material blocking mechanism further comprises a material blocking body and a material blocking driving assembly, the accommodating cavity is formed in the material blocking body, the material blocking driving assembly is arranged on the material blocking body, and a completely blocking and removing state is included between the material blocking driving assembly and the accommodating cavity.

Background

In the process of processing workpieces, the workpieces are usually required to be placed according to a certain rule and sequence before being conveyed to a processing station, and when the workpieces are conveyed to a material storage tray for material arrangement, because the workpieces are stacked together in the material storage tank during feeding, the conveying direction of the workpieces may not meet the material arrangement standard during conveying, the workpieces which do not meet the material arrangement direction standard need to be adjusted before being conveyed to the material storage tray, and the current processing for workpiece reversing mostly adopts the following mode: 1. the clamping device is arranged in the conveying process of the workpiece, the direction of the workpiece is adjusted in a clamping and steering mode, and the clamping device needs to firmly clamp the workpiece, so that large force is used for abrading the surface of the workpiece to a certain degree, and the product quality is reduced; 2. the direction of the workpiece which does not meet the material swinging requirement is adjusted manually in the conveying process, and the manual adjustment mode is adopted, so that the time consumption is long when the material swinging is more, and the requirement of the productivity is not met. It is therefore imperative to those skilled in the art to address this problem.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the above technical defects in the prior art, and to provide a workpiece reversing device, comprising:

a transfer unit for transferring the workpiece;
