Background

In the production process of the injection mold, after machining of a movable mold and a fixed mold (or a male mold and a female mold) is completed, mold matching needs to be carried out on parting surfaces of the movable mold and the fixed mold; in the process of matching the injection mold, red lead is coated on the parting surfaces of the movable mold and the fixed mold, then the movable mold and the fixed mold are combined together, one of the movable mold and the fixed mold is beaten by a copper rod, so that the movable mold and the fixed mold are further combined together, whether the contact between the parting surfaces is good or not is confirmed by coloring the red lead, if no red lead exists on the parting surfaces, a problem is marked, and the movable mold and the fixed mold need to be polished. In some small mold production plants, because of limited capital, the molds are beaten by manually swinging the copper rods, so that the working intensity of workers is high and the danger coefficient is high.
