1. A handrail sling for a mass transit vehicle, comprising:

the rod buckle is fixed on the handrail cross rod;

a first seatbelt webbing fixedly connected to the bar buckle;

the lifting ring is provided with a detector for sensing the gripping of passengers;

Background

The handrail is the main part of mass transit interior trim such as bus, subway not only because its quantity is big to occupy the interior space of car, especially because the passenger that most standed need grasp the handrail to keep stable standing position. At present, the height of the handrail is generally higher (generally, the height is about 1800mm away from the floor in a vehicle), and even if the handrail cross rod is provided with the hanging ring, passengers often feel high and inaccessible. Lowering the height of the armrest may reduce the difficulty of the passenger grasping the armrest, but the lowered armrest may narrow the aisle and may collide with the passenger's head.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a handrail hanging ring of a public transport means, which is adjustable in height and suitable for people with different heights.

According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an armrest hanging ring for public transportation, including:

the rod buckle is fixed on the handrail cross rod;

a first seatbelt webbing fixedly connected to the bar buckle;

the lifting ring is provided with a detector for sensing the gripping of passengers;

the winder comprises a shell, the shell is connected with one end, away from the pole buckle, of the first safety belt webbing, and the shell is internally provided with: a motor; the scroll is connected with the rotating shaft of the motor; and a second webbing wound around the spool, the second webbing extending from the housing and being connected to the bail; and

the control system is connected with a locking switch, a reset switch, the detector and the motor, and drives the motor to rotate when the detector senses that a passenger holds the lifting ring for a set length, so that the reel winds the second safety belt mesh belt, and the lifting ring is lifted; when the control system detects that the reset switch is pressed down, the control system drives the motor to rotate reversely, puts down the second safety belt mesh belt and lowers the lifting ring; when the control system detects that the locking switch is pressed down, the motor shaft is locked; and the control system drives the motor to rotate to completely release the second safety belt webbing when the detector senses that the hands of the passenger leave the hanging ring for a set length.

In some examples, the detector is a light sensitive sensor or a pressure sensor.

In some examples, the hanging ring is provided with a heating part for heating the hanging ring and a temperature sensor for detecting the heating temperature, and the control system is connected with the heating part and the temperature sensor.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1, an armrest sling for a mass transit vehicle includes a buckle 1, a first webbing 2, a retractor 3, a second webbing 4, and a sling 5.

The pole buckle 1 is U-shaped, is made of plastic materials with high rigidity, is provided with a screw hole, and is fixed on handrail cross bars of buses, subways and the like through screws. The two ends of the first safety belt mesh belt 2 are respectively fixed with the connecting rod buckle 1 and the winder 3. One end of the second safety belt webbing 4 is connected with the hanging ring 5, and the other end is connected with the winder 3. The winder 3 controls the retraction of the second safety belt webbing 4 to realize the height adjustment of the whole handrail hanging ring.

As shown in fig. 2, a motor 8, a control system 9 and a power supply 10 are arranged in the winder 3. The second webbing 4 is wound on a spool driven by the motor 8 and extends from an opening 11 in the housing of the retractor 3 to be connected to the bail 5.

With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the sling 5 is provided with a light-sensitive sensor 6 for sensing the occupant's grip of the sling 5. In order to keep the temperature of the suspension ring 5 in a comfortable range during cold weather and avoid the feeling of coolness when being held by the hand, the suspension ring 5 is further provided with a heating part 13 for heating the suspension ring and a temperature sensor 14 for detecting the heating temperature. In addition, there are a locking switch 7 and a reset switch 12. The locking switch 7 can be switched on the lifting ring 5, the reset switch can be arranged on the housing of the winder 3, and the installation positions of the locking switch and the reset switch are not limited to the above. Referring to fig. 3, the control system 9 is connected with the photosensitive sensor 6, the locking switch 7, the motor 8, the reset switch 12, the heating component 13 and the temperature sensor 14. The control system 9 controls the motor 8 to receive and release the second seat belt webbing 4 according to signals of the photosensitive sensor 6, the locking switch 7 and the reset switch 12, so that the height of the handrail hanging ring is adjusted. The control system 9 controls the temperature of the heating member 13 to the hoisting ring 5 according to the set temperature and the feedback of the temperature sensor 14.

The height of the handrail cross bar is generally about 1750 mm-1800 mm, and the length of the handrail hanging ring is 150mm-200mm when the second safety belt webbing 4 is completely released, so that the handrail hanging ring can basically meet the requirements of more than one meter and five people. In the initial state, the second webbing 4 is fully paid out; when the photosensitive sensor 6 senses that the lifting ring 5 is held by a passenger for a set length (for example, 5 seconds), the control system 9 controls the motor 8 to rotate, the reel is used for winding the second safety belt mesh belt 4, and the lifting ring 5 is lifted up; if the position of the lifting ring 5 needs to be adjusted down, the reset switch 12 is pressed, the control system 9 controls the motor 8 to rotate reversely, and the second safety belt mesh belt 4 is put down; in the adjusting process, the motor 8 can be locked by pressing the locking switch 7, and the position of the hanging ring 5 is fixed; if the photosensitive sensor 6 senses that the hands of the passenger leave the hanging ring 5 for a set time (for example, 5 seconds), the control system 9 controls the motor 8 to completely release the second seat belt webbing 4 to return to the initial state, so that the next passenger can use the seat belt webbing conveniently.
