During the working process of the rice seedling raising assembly line, the empty trays are required to be sequentially placed into the inlet of the rice seedling raising assembly line one by one and cannot be interrupted, and the seedling trays are conveyed by the belt of the rice seedling raising assembly line to sequentially carry out bottom soil laying, irrigation, sowing and soil covering. The work of placing the empty tray at present is all artifical the completion, puts one by one, and intensity of labour is big, and is inefficient, puts the tray easy error in time, produces the seedling dish and can not link up, leads to seeding and soil to spill the seedling dish outside, causes the waste. Therefore, the automatic tray placing machine which can automatically complete the tray placing work by the tray supplying device after a plurality of tray bodies are stacked at one time is very important.

The mechanism comprises a motor, a cam group consisting of a first cam and a second cam which are fixed with an output shaft of the motor, a third pull rod and a first pull rod which respectively control the first tray mechanism and the second tray mechanism to rotate around a hinge shaft of the first tray mechanism and the second tray mechanism, and the other ends of the first pull rod and the third pull rod are respectively connected with the cam group in a rolling manner through a first bearing and a second bearing.

The anti-mistaken-falling mechanism comprises a control piece and a relay for controlling the driving mechanism to work, the control piece extends to the lower portion of the stacked disk body area, the control piece is hinged to the mechanism body, the disk body falls to press down the control piece, the other end of the control piece abuts against a normally open contact of the relay to cut off a power supply of the driving mechanism, and the control piece returns when not subjected to external force. The edge of the falling tray can touch the control piece, and the control piece is propped against the normally open contact to cut off the power supply, so that the wrong tray falling is prevented, and the seedling trays are ensured to fall in order and are not overlapped. The seedling tray which falls down is conveyed by a seedling raising production line belt until the control part is not contacted any more, the normally open contact is disconnected, the second seedling tray falling process is carried out, and the processes are circulated in sequence.

A track support is arranged on the side of the motor, a track groove is formed in the track support, and the first pull rod and the third pull rod move up and down in the track groove respectively. The side of the motor is provided with a fixed pin, and the fixed pin and the pull rod are provided with springs to ensure the upward traction force.
