1. An exhaust pipe silencer is characterized by comprising an air inlet pipe (1), a silencer cylinder body (2), a transition pipe (3) and an air outlet pipe (5);

the silencer cylinder body (2) is of a hollow structure, a pair of sound insulation plates (41) are arranged in the silencer cylinder body, the silencer cylinder body (2) is divided into a left cavity, a middle cavity and a right cavity by the pair of sound insulation plates (41), and a fifth through hole (42) is formed in each sound insulation plate (41);

the left end of the air inlet pipe (1) is positioned at the left side of the silencer cylinder body (2), the middle part of the air inlet pipe is provided with a first through hole (11) and is positioned in a left cavity, the right part of the air inlet pipe is provided with a second through hole (13) and is positioned in a middle cavity, the right end of the air inlet pipe is provided with a first sealing plate, and the outer side of the second through hole (13) is sleeved on a first silencing sleeve (12);

one sound insulation plate (41) penetrates through the transition pipe (3), a third through hole (31) is formed in the left part of the transition pipe (3), the transition pipe is located in the middle cavity, a fourth through hole (33) is formed in the right part of the transition pipe, a second sealing plate is arranged in the right cavity and the right end of the transition pipe, and a second silencing sleeve (32) is sleeved on the fourth through hole (33);

2. An exhaust pipe silencer according to claim 1, characterized in that silencing cotton (21) is arranged in the left chamber.

3. An exhaust pipe silencer according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the transition pipes (3) are paired and arranged up and down on the baffle (41), and the outlet pipes (5) are paired and arranged up and down on the silencer cylinder (2).

An exhaust pipe silencer according to claim 1, characterized in that the first through hole (11) and the second through hole (13) have the same diameter, the third through hole (31) and the fourth through hole (33) have the same diameter, and the diameter of the third through hole (31) is smaller than the diameter of the first through hole (11) and larger than the diameter of the fifth through hole (42).

5. An exhaust pipe silencer according to claim 4, characterized in that the diameter of the fifth through hole (42) in the baffle (41) near the inlet pipe (1) is larger than the diameter of the fifth through hole (42) in the baffle (41) near the outlet pipe (5).

6. The exhaust pipe silencer according to claim 1, wherein the first through holes (11), the second through holes (13), the third through holes (31) and the fourth through holes (33) are all provided in plurality and are circumferentially and uniformly arranged.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of tail gas treatment tools, in particular to an exhaust pipe silencer.

Background

The silencer is one of the most important parts of an engine exhaust system, can safely discharge waste gas after combustion of an engine, and can reduce exhaust noise of the engine and exhaust airflow pressure loss by using the silencer structure, so that the whole vehicle has better performance.

The existing silencer of the exhaust system does not have the filtering function, most of the silencers of the type are easy to block in the long-term use process, and the general silencer is often improved in performance by simply adjusting the number of the baffle plates, the inner inserting pipes and the resistive elements, and the silencing performance is not ideal.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an exhaust pipe silencer which is simple in structure and can realize high-efficiency silencing of tail gas.

In order to achieve the purpose, the exhaust pipe silencer comprises an air inlet pipe, a silencer cylinder, a transition pipe and an air outlet pipe;

the silencer cylinder is of a hollow structure, a pair of sound insulation plates are arranged in the silencer cylinder, the silencer cylinder is divided into a left cavity, a middle cavity and a right cavity by the pair of sound insulation plates, and each sound insulation plate is provided with a fifth through hole;

the left end of the air inlet pipe is positioned on the left side of the silencer cylinder, the middle part of the air inlet pipe is provided with a first through hole and is positioned in the left cavity, the right part of the air inlet pipe is provided with a second through hole and is positioned in the middle cavity, the right end of the air inlet pipe is provided with a first sealing plate, and the outer side of the second through hole is sleeved on the first silencing sleeve;

the transition pipe penetrates through one of the sound insulation plates, a third through hole is formed in the left part of the transition pipe and is positioned in the middle cavity, a fourth through hole is formed in the right part of the transition pipe and is positioned in the right cavity, a second sealing plate is arranged at the right end of the transition pipe, and a second silencing sleeve is sleeved on the fourth through hole;

the left end of the air outlet pipe is located in the left cavity, and the right end of the air outlet pipe is located on the right side of the silencer cylinder.

Furthermore, a silencing cotton is arranged in the left cavity.

Furthermore, the transition pipes are in a pair and are arranged on the sound insulation board from top to bottom, and the air outlet pipes are in a pair and are arranged on the silencer cylinder body from top to bottom.

Furthermore, the diameters of the first through hole and the second through hole are the same, the diameters of the third through hole and the fourth through hole are the same, and the diameter of the third through hole is smaller than the diameter of the first through hole and larger than the diameter of the fifth through hole.

As shown in fig. 1, the exhaust pipe silencer comprises an air inlet pipe 1, a silencer cylinder 2, a transition pipe 3 and an air outlet pipe 5;

the silencer cylinder body 2 is of a hollow structure, a pair of sound insulation plates 41 are arranged in the silencer cylinder body 2, and the silencer cylinder body 2 is divided into a left cavity, a middle cavity and a right cavity by the pair of sound insulation plates 41;

a fifth through hole 42 is formed in each baffle plate 41;

the left end of the air inlet pipe 1 is positioned at the left side of the silencer cylinder body 2, the middle part of the air inlet pipe is provided with a first through hole 11 and is positioned in a left cavity, the right part of the air inlet pipe is provided with a second through hole 13 and is positioned in a middle cavity, the right end of the air inlet pipe is provided with a first sealing plate, and the outer side of the second through hole 13 is sleeved on a first silencing sleeve 12;

the transition pipe 3 penetrates through one of the sound insulation plates 41, the left part of the transition pipe 3 is provided with a third through hole 31 and is positioned in the middle cavity, the right part of the transition pipe is provided with a fourth through hole 33 and is positioned in the right cavity, the right end of the transition pipe is provided with a second sealing plate, and a second silencing sleeve 32 is sleeved on the fourth through hole 33;

the left end of the air outlet pipe 5 is positioned in the left cavity, and the right end of the air outlet pipe is positioned on the right side of the silencer cylinder 2;

furthermore, a silencing cotton 21 is arranged in the left cavity;

furthermore, the transition pipes 3 are paired and arranged on the sound insulation board 41 up and down, and the air outlet pipes 5 are paired and arranged on the silencer cylinder 2 up and down;
