first gear both can be from last down motion, with vibrations piece pushing down, also can be from down up motion, with vibrations piece upwards top, after first gear and vibrations piece contact, the second motor starts, and first gear rotation in-process produces vibrations effect to vibrations piece.

when the turnover basket connects and gets full back, the second threaded rod rotates, drives the third mount table and descends along first slide bar, and the third mount table drives the fourth mount table and descends, and the workman will take off the turnover basket that fills with, and the workman need not climb, can cooperate the unit of placing to the department of putting of eminence board put into or take out domestic fungus convenient to use.

fourth spout 41 has been seted up to carriage 2 inboard roof, and fourth spout 41 is perpendicular with third spout 34, and slidable installs first rack 42 in the fourth spout 41, and first rack 42 can mesh with first gear 25, and articulated on the carriage 2 lateral wall have the ventilation window 43 that can communicate the carriage 2 inside and outside, and fourth spout 41 is stretched out and ventilation window 43 inboard is articulated to first rack 42 one end.

In the embodiment, when the first gear of the vibration unit rises to the top of the carriage and is not contacted with the goods placing plate, the first electric telescopic rod stretches, and the first gear can be respectively meshed with the second gear and the first rack;

after the transportation arrives the destination, when first gear and first rack meshing, drive first rack and slide, ventilation window can be opened to first rack, because of the packing gas concentration in the carriage is higher, when directly opening the door, inhales gas such as nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen gas and probably causes the injury to the person that can open the door, consequently need open the window earlier and ventilate, opens the door after making packing gas escape with higher speed, simple structure, safe and reliable.

As shown in fig. 2 to 3, a second rotating shaft 44 is further rotatably mounted on the inner side wall of the carriage 2, the second rotating shaft 44 is perpendicular to the ground, a plurality of second bevel gears 45 which correspond to the first bevel gears 14 one to one and are meshed with the first bevel gears 14 are fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft 44, a fourth motor 46 is mounted on the top surface of the carriage 2, and one end of the second rotating shaft 45 penetrates through the top surface of the carriage 2 and is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the fourth motor 46.

In this embodiment, the second pivot rotates, drives second bevel gear and rotates, and second bevel gear drives first bevel gear, and first bevel gear drives first pivot, and first pivot drives the baffle, can open or close each pallet in batches, and when the baffle rotated to the inclination of opening between with closing, the extension section that can regard as the bottom plate can cooperate and place the unit business turn over material.
