The power output by the power output device 14 is connected with the toothed end face of the rack plate 134 to transmit the power to the rack plate 134, the transmission shaft 132 connected with the rack plate 134 moves along the first mounting groove 117 and the second mounting groove 118 of the rail 111 through the first coupler 131 and the second coupler 133 at the two end parts, and the upper end face deviating from the toothed shape of the toothed plate is connected with the parking device 12 through the transmission shaft 132, so that the power output by the power output device 14 drives the rack plate 134, and the parking device 12 is driven to move along the rail 111 under the guiding action of the transmission shaft 132.

Wherein, the transmission device 13 may include two pairs of first coupling 131, transmission shaft 132, second coupling 133 and rack plate 134 arranged oppositely, which ensures the smoothness of transmission.

The number of the rolling assemblies 124 may be four, and four rolling assemblies 124 are oppositely disposed on the lower end surface of the parking plate 121 and roll in contact with the rail 111.

The hollow shaft 125 is sleeved outside the solid shaft 126, and the hollow shaft 125 rolls on the rail 111; the connecting boss 127 is mainly used for positioning the hollow shaft 125, so that the hollow shaft 125 cannot move along the circumferential direction, and the track 111 is spiral from bottom to top, so that the hollow shaft 125 is prevented from being separated from the original position due to the action of centrifugal force; the connecting bosses 127 also secure the solid shaft 126 with the pin shaft that passes through the solid shaft 126, and the solid shaft 126 is positioned by the connecting bosses 127 so that the solid shaft 126 does not move and the hollow shaft 125 rolls on the rails 111.

The hollow shaft 125 contacts the rail 111, is spaced from the parking plate 121, rotates on the rail 111 when the parking plate 121 moves, and transfers the gravity of the entire parking device 12 to the rail 111, thereby reducing the load of the first and second couplers 131 and 133.

The connecting belt 142 comprises a small belt wheel, a large belt wheel and a V belt; the gear mechanism 143 is engaged with the rack plate 134, similar to a rack-and-pinion engagement; two ends of the shaft are respectively connected with the gear and the large belt wheel through key connection; the large belt wheel is connected with the small belt wheel through a V belt; the motor 141 is directly connected to the small pulley.

Wherein, the power output device 14 is installed on the ground corresponding to the horizontal track section 112, the power output device 14 is the main power output device 14, and in order to better enable the rotatable system formed by the transmission device 13 and the parking device 12 to effectively run on the track 111, an auxiliary power output device 14 can be additionally arranged on the top of the fixed pile 122 of the midline track 111. The braking devices are respectively arranged at two sides of the power output device 14, and the using number and the positions of the ratchet wheels of the specific braking device can be increased according to actual conditions.

Further, the garage rack 11 further comprises an inner support frame 113 and an outer support frame 114; an inner support frame 113 is attached at the radial center of the spiral layer of the rail 111 to support the rail 111 from the inside; the outer support frame 114 is connected to a radially outer portion of the spiral layer of the rail 111 to support the rail 111 from the outside.

The garage rack 11 includes an inner support frame 113 and an outer support frame 114; the length of the horizontal rod of the outer support frame 114 is larger than 1/2 of the length of the parking plate 121, so as to ensure that the parking plate 121 does not collide with the vertical rod of the outer support frame 114 when moving on the rail 111, and the diameter of the horizontal rod of the outer support frame 114 can not exceed the height of the section of the rail 111; the diameter of the horizontal bar of the inner support frame 113 must not exceed the height of the section of the rail 111, and the length must be greater than 1/2 of the length of the parking plate 121; the vertical rod of the inner support frame 113 has no special requirement, and the material with proper diameter is selected; the material of the rail 111 frame is a cylindrical material.

Further, the device also comprises a braking device; the braking device is connected with the transmission device 13 and used for braking the transmission device 13.

The braking device comprises a plurality of groups of ratchet wheels, one group of ratchet wheels is fixed on the ground and respectively arranged at two sides of the power output device 14, and the ratchet wheels are arranged at adaptive positions according to actual requirements; the ratchet wheel is fixed on the corresponding fixed frame and is connected with the rack plate 134; when the power output device 14 stops outputting power, the effect of locking the movement of the transmission 13 is achieved, so that the transmission 13 and the parking device 12 are stopped on the rail 111. In order to stop the movement of the transmission 13 and the parking device 12 more quickly and accurately, it is proposed to use a multi-group, multi-point, separate ratchet mechanism.

The transmission device 13 is locked by stopping power output at the power output device 14 through the connection of the arranged brake device and the transmission. Wherein the braking device may be a ratchet mechanism for locking the transmission of the transmission device 13.

Wherein, the transmission device 13 and the parking device 12 are connected into a whole through a connecting column, and the whole can move along the spiral track of the track 111, the moving direction is controlled by the bearing of the transmission device 13, and the bearing in the transmission device 13 moves in the first mounting groove 117 and the second mounting groove 118 of the track 111. The parking device 12 is connected to the transmission 13 by a connection pile, the lower end of the connection pile is welded to the rack plate 134 of the transmission 13, and the upper end of the connection pile is bolted to the parking plate 121 of the parking device 12, so that the parking device 12 moves in the same direction as the transmission 13.

The parking device further comprises a start-stop control device, the start-stop control device comprises a fixing pile 122 and a button, the fixing pile 122 is installed at a position close to the horizontal rail section 112, the length distance of the parking plate 121, which is more than one half, is kept between the fixing pile 122 and the horizontal rail section 111, and the parking plate 121 is prevented from colliding with the fixing pile 122 when moving. The button is fixed at a proper position on the fixing device, the button realizes the control of the on-off of the power supply, namely the button is pressed to be switched on, the button releases the power supply to be switched off, and a user controls the moving distance of the parking plate 121 by controlling the time for pressing the button, so that the parking plate 121 parked with a vehicle is moved to the horizontal section of the track 111 to conveniently take the vehicle.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages:

the space utilization rate is improved, the functions of standard parking, unit area maximized parking, convenient parking and the like are realized, the traffic pressure is relieved, the parking device can be used for parking various shared bicycles, and the usability is wide.

The number of spiral layers can be increased or decreased according to actual conditions, the adaptability of the garage is improved, the operation is simple, and the circular parking and taking can be realized by utilizing the spiral of the track 111.

The whole structure is a mechanical structure, and an intelligent control system can be also arranged, so that a large space is reserved for future development and design.

The stereo parking equipment is most suitable for being used in places with large people flow, such as shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, tourist areas and the like. Many devices require substantially no dedicated operator and automated systems can be implemented.

In summary, in the stereo single-vehicle parking garage provided by the present invention, a plurality of vehicles are respectively placed on the parking plates 121 of a plurality of parking devices 12 from the horizontal track segment 112 near the ground, the plurality of parking plates 121 are arranged at intervals on the track 111 which is spirally layered from top to bottom, and the end-to-end connection of the track 111 is a closed loop, so that the vehicles on the plurality of parking plates 121 can circularly move along the track 111, the plurality of vehicles are parked regularly, the space utilization rate is improved, and the parking in unit area is maximized; multiple persons can simultaneously realize the operation of circularly parking and taking the vehicle and the convenient parking and taking the vehicle from the horizontal track section 112 close to the ground, thereby enhancing the use flexibility and the environmental adaptability of the garage; the motor 141 of the power output device 14 is in meshing transmission with a gear plate of the transmission device 13 through a gear mechanism 143, and drives the integral parking device 12 to move along the extending direction of the rail 111, so that uninterrupted vehicle taking and placing is realized, and the efficiency of vehicle taking and placing is improved.
