Further, in order to optimize the use effect of the alternate bicycle parking device, in a preferred embodiment provided by the application, the alternate bicycle parking device further comprises a master control system, the master control system can select one parking clamp 3 without parking a bicycle as a target parking clamp 3 when receiving a parking instruction, and control the driving mechanism to act according to the current position of the target parking clamp 3, so that the target parking clamp 3 rotates to a preset access position; meanwhile, the master control system can control the driving mechanism to act according to the current position of the target parking clamp 3 when receiving a vehicle taking instruction, so that the target parking clamp 3 rotates to a preset storing and taking position.

In the actual control process, the parking instruction and the vehicle taking instruction can realize human-computer interaction through the access platform. The access platform and the master control system are powered by an external power supply. The master control system can acquire the current position of the target parking clamp 3 in various ways. For example, all the parking screens 3 can be numbered, the corresponding relation between each parking screen 3 and the number is prestored in the master control system, the initial position information of one parking screen 3 is prestored, and the relative position relation of each parking screen 3 is unchanged, so that the master control system can determine the current position of each parking screen 3 according to the initial position information, the rotation angle information of the disc 2 and the number.

When the bicycle is used, when a user needs to park, the user firstly drives the bicycle to a preset storing and taking position, namely the lowest position of the disc 2; the parking instruction is sent to the master control system through the two-dimensional code or the card swiping or other communication information, the master control system rotates the spare parking clamping position 3 to the lower part for a user to use, and the user fixes the bicycle on the disc 2 and then safely leaves. When a user needs to take the bicycle, a bicycle taking instruction is sent to the master control system through the two-dimensional code or the card swiping or other communication information, and the corresponding bicycle is rotated to the lower side by the master control system for people to take down the bicycle. The parking of the bicycle is controlled by a program, so the operation is convenient and fast.

Of course, according to actual requirements, the general control system can also be controlled by a corresponding program, so that the general control system has multiple working modes of card swiping for bicycle storage and taking, automatic control for parking, designated number for bicycle taking and the like.
