When the quartz sand pickling device is used, the valves of the liquid discharge port and the sand discharge port are closed, quartz sand is poured into the pickling tank, the quartz sand falls on the sand washing plate and covers the pickling pipe, hydrochloric acid is introduced into the pickling pipe through the liquid inlet pipe, hydrochloric acid solution flows out from the liquid outlet head to slowly fill the tank body and immerse the quartz sand, the liquid discharge port is opened after the tank body is soaked for a period of time according to process requirements, the hydrochloric acid solution flows out from the liquid discharge port, then the sand discharge port is opened, and the quartz sand is discharged towards one side of the sand discharge port in a sliding mode under the action of gravity.

The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The invention is described in more detail in the following paragraphs by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the invention provides a quartz sand pickling device, which comprises a pickling tank 1 and a hydrochloric acid tank 2.

The pickling tank 1 comprises a tank body 11, a top cover 12 and a pickling assembly 13, an upper end opening of the tank body 11 and an inner part are formed with a pickling chamber 11a, a detachable cover of the top cover 12 is arranged at the upper end opening of the tank body 11, a side wall of the tank body 11 is formed with a liquid discharge port 111 and a sand discharge port 112, and the pickling assembly 13 comprises a sand washing plate 131, a pickling pipe 132 and a liquid inlet pipe 133.

Wherein, the sand washing plate 131 is obliquely arranged at the lower part of the pickling chamber 11a, the liquid outlet 112 is positioned below the sand washing plate 131, a plurality of micropores 131a with the size smaller than quartz sand particles are formed on the sand washing plate 131, the sand outlet 112 is positioned at the lower side of the upper end surface of the sand washing plate 131, sealing valves are arranged at the outer sides of the liquid outlet 111 and the sand outlet 112, for convenience of description, the sealing valve at the outer side of the liquid outlet 111 is called as a first valve 1111, the sealing valve at the outer side of the sand outlet 112 is called as a second valve 1121, and the pickling pipe 132 is laid at the upper end surface of the sand washing plate 131.

The pickling pipe 132 includes a main pipe 1321 and a plurality of branch pipes 1322, a liquid inlet 1321a is formed on the main pipe 1321, the plurality of branch pipes 1322 are installed in the main pipe 1321 in a communicating manner, and a liquid outlet 1323 is installed on the branch pipes 1322.

One end of the liquid inlet pipe 133 is communicated with the liquid inlet 1321a, and the other end of the liquid inlet pipe 133 is communicated with the hydrochloric acid tank 2.

Specifically, the pickling assembly further comprises a three-way pipe 134, a hydrochloric acid pipe 135 and a clean water pipe 136, the first end of the three-way pipe 134 is communicated with one end, far away from the pickling pipe 132, of the liquid inlet pipe 133, the first end of the three-way pipe 134 is communicated with one end of the hydrochloric acid pipe 135, the other end of the hydrochloric acid pipe 135 extends into the hydrochloric acid pool 2, the clean water pipe 136 is communicated with the third end of the three-way pipe 134, and a clean water valve 1361 and a hydrochloric acid valve 1351 are respectively installed on the clean water pipe 136 and the hydrochloric acid pipe 135.

When the quartz sand pickling device provided by the invention is used, the first valve 1111 and the second valve 1121 are closed, the quartz sand is poured into the pickling tank 1, the quartz sand falls on the sand washing plate 131 and covers the pickling pipe 132, the hydrochloric acid valve 1351 is opened, the clear water valve 1361 is kept in a closed state, hydrochloric acid is introduced into the pickling pipe 132 through a hydraulic pump or other pressure supply equipment, the hydrochloric acid solution flows out of the liquid outlet 1323, the tank body 11 is slowly filled with the hydrochloric acid solution and the quartz sand is immersed, the liquid outlet 111 is opened after the quartz sand is immersed for a period of time according to the process requirements, the hydrochloric acid solution flows out of the liquid outlet 111, the clear water valve 1361 is opened, clear water is introduced into the tank body 11 to thoroughly clean hydrochloric acid in the quartz sand, the sand outlet 112 is opened, the quartz sand slides to the sand outlet 112 under the action of gravity, the hydrochloric acid is slowly immersed in the quartz sand from the bottom of the quartz sand, so that the quartz sand at the bottom of the sand pile can be sufficiently pickled.
