Background

Along with the continuous deepening of factory automation degree, the types of assembly line products are increased day by day, most of the products can be transported on a logistics roller way, and in the product operation, when the products meet the practical working conditions of reversing, turning and the like, the products in the advancing process need to be guided by a guide wheel. Meanwhile, due to the installation error of the logistics roller way, aging, abrasion and the like, the direction of a production line product can deviate in the running process, and a guide device is also needed for guiding, so that the guide wheel device which is convenient and quick to install and debug is needed to be invented.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a polar coordinate guide wheel device, which can guide the running of the production line products such as automobile hubs on the logistics roller and meet the requirements of quick installation and adjustment.

As shown in fig. 3, the radial bracket assembly includes a radial bracket body 8, one end of the radial bracket body 8 is provided with a round guide hole 9, the other end of the radial bracket body 8 is provided with a square groove along the radial direction, two side edges of the square groove are provided with a plurality of round radial adjusting holes 11, a round rotating shaft hole 10 is arranged at the middle position of the radial bracket body 8, the radial bracket body 8 is rotatably connected to the edge plate 1 of the hub roller table by the round rotating shaft hole 10 through a fastening bolt, and the distance between the center of the round rotating shaft hole 10 of the radial bracket body 8 and the center of the round guide hole 9 of the radial bracket body 8 is equal to the radius of the arc-shaped guide groove 7 of the angular bracket body 5; the radial support body 8 rotates by taking the center of the circular rotating shaft hole 10 as a circle center, and the swing angle of the guide wheel 12 is determined.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the other end of the radial bracket body 10 is provided with a square groove along the radial direction, two side strips of the square groove are provided with 6 groups of circular radial adjusting holes 11, and the number of the circular radial adjusting holes 11 can be processed according to the actual situation, wherein the number of the circular radial adjusting holes 11 is 12.

As shown in fig. 4, the guide wheel frame 13 is a rectangular body, the width of the guide wheel frame 13 is the same as the width of the square groove of the radial bracket body 8, guide wheel frame adjusting bolt holes 14 with the same number as the circular radial adjusting holes 11 are formed in both sides of the guide wheel frame 13, and the circular radial adjusting holes 11 are connected with the guide wheel frame adjusting bolt holes 14 in a matching manner and adjust the radial length of the guide wheel 12.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the guide frame is provided with 6 sets of 12 guide frame adjusting bolt holes 14, the number of the guide frame adjusting bolt holes 14 can be processed according to actual conditions, but the number of the guide frame adjusting bolt holes 14 needs to be the same as the number of the circular radial adjusting holes 11.

As shown in fig. 5, at one end of the radial bracket body, the guide bolt passes through the circular arc-shaped guide groove 7 and the guide round hole 9 of the radial bracket body, and is matched with a nut and a gasket to limit one end of the radial bracket body on the angle bracket body 5 in an arc-shaped swinging manner, the guide round hole 9 of the radial bracket body 8 is matched with the circular arc-shaped guide groove 7 of the angle bracket body 5 through a cylindrical bolt, and the position of the guide bolt in the circular arc-shaped guide groove 7 is adjusted, so that the installation direction of each guide wheel 12 is adjusted.

In the middle of the radial support body 8, a fixing bolt penetrates through the circular rotating shaft hole 10 and an opening (not shown in the figure) of the edge plate 1 of the logistics roller way, and the radial support body 8 is rotatably connected to the edge plate 1 of the logistics roller way by matching with a bolt cap and a gasket.

As shown in fig. 3-5, the first and second sets of circular radial adjustment holes 11 are suspended, the 3 rd to 6 th sets of circular radial adjustment holes 11 are fixed with the 1 st to 4 th sets of adjustment bolt holes 14 of the wheel frame 13 by fixing bolts, the fixing bolts 24 may be hexagon socket countersunk screws, and the 5 th and 6 th sets of adjustment bolt holes 14 of the wheel frame 13 are suspended. The circular radial adjusting hole 11 and the guide wheel frame adjusting bolt hole 14 can be adjusted and matched as required by a person skilled in the art, so that the radial length of the guide wheel can be adjusted. Wherein the first to sixth groups of circular radial adjustment holes 11 are respectively named from left to right according to the illustration in fig. 3; referring to fig. 4, the first to sixth groups of wheel carrier adjustment bolt holes 14 are designated from top to bottom.

As shown in fig. 6, the present invention can realize the angle adjustment and the radial length adjustment based on the polar coordinate principle, the movement range of the center of the guide wheel 12 is shown in fig. 6, and the sector area of the black line is the reachable area of the center of the guide wheel. If the processing angle of the angle frame and the number of groups of adjusting bolt holes of the guide wheel frame and adjusting holes of the radial bracket are changed, the sector area can be changed along with the change.
