Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of metal plate polishing equipment, in particular to equipment for polishing a metal plate for machining.

Background

With the rapid development of machining technology in China, various finished products processed by taking plates as raw materials are more and more; oil stains, impurities and rust generally remain on the surface of the plate, and subsequent accurate processing of the plate is influenced to a certain extent; it is common in the course of the manufacture of panels to involve a grinding process to remove oil, dirt and rust from the surface of the panel.

When the existing metal plate polishing equipment is used for processing plates with different thicknesses, constant force can not be always kept between a polishing tool and the surface of the plate, and the situation that the polishing tool is not in contact with the surface of the plate can occur, so that invalid polishing is caused, and polishing efficiency is seriously influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide equipment for grinding a metal plate for machining, so that a constant force is kept between a grinding tool and the surface of the plate, and the grinding efficiency is improved.

In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a device for grinding a metal plate for machining, which comprises a box body,

two sides of the box body are provided with through openings, a conveyor belt is arranged in the openings, two ends of the conveyor belt are connected with the bracket, one side of the opening is hinged with a first sealing plate which is opened inwards, the other side of the opening is hinged with a second sealing plate which is opened outwards,

Therefore, according to the invention, the rising distance and the rolling distance of the roller can be detected through the position sensor and the distance sensor arranged in the roller, so that the thickness of each stage of the plate and the specific length of the stage are obtained, the control module is convenient to adjust the height of the grinding roller, and the hydraulic telescopic rod is favorable for applying force to the grinding roller, so that the grinding roller is in proper contact with the plate. The invention can always keep the most suitable contact state between the grinding roller and the plate according to different thicknesses of the plate and the specific length of the thickness, thereby keeping constant force between the grinding tool and the surface of the plate and further improving the grinding efficiency.

As an optional implementation mode, in the invention, a dust collector is arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the box body, and an air suction pipe is arranged at the top of the dust collector.

In an alternative embodiment, torsion springs are respectively disposed at a joint of the connecting rod and the ear plate, a hinge joint of the first sealing plate and one side opening of the box body, a hinge joint of the second sealing plate and the other side opening of the box body, and an inside of the roller.

As an optional implementation manner, in the present invention, the fixing plate is an L-shaped structure, the roller is located right above the conveyor belt, and the roller abuts against the upper surface of the conveyor belt.

As an optional implementation manner, in the invention, a fixing rod is arranged on the inner wall of the box body close to the first sealing plate end, a brush is arranged at the top end of the fixing rod, and the top of the brush abuts against the conveyor belt.

In an alternative embodiment, the side wall of the dust collector is hinged with a door plate, and the door plate is provided with a handle.

Furthermore, a dust collector 14 is arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the box body 1, and an air suction pipe 13 is arranged at the top of the dust collector 14. By providing the vacuum cleaner 14, collection of dust is facilitated, thereby facilitating keeping the working environment clean.

Furthermore, torsion springs 22 are respectively arranged at the joint of the connecting rod 19 and the lug plate 18, the hinge joint of the first sealing plate 5 and the opening 2 at one side of the box body 1, the hinge joint of the second sealing plate 6 and the opening 2 at the other side of the box body 1, and the inner part of the roller 21. In the specific use, the sensing device 12, the hydraulic telescopic rod 7, the grinding roller 9, the hydraulic oil cylinder 10 and the control module form a stress compensation structure, firstly, a plate enters the box body 1 through the conveyor belt 3, the connecting rod 19 is pushed upwards, the roller 21 rolls on the upper surface of the plate, at the moment, the position sensor and the distance sensor send the rotating distance of the roller 21 at each height to the control module 11, a system which can keep constant contact force between the grinding roller 9 and a workpiece all the time in the grinding process is arranged in the control module 11, the stability and the rapidity of the force control of the system in the grinding process are ensured, thereby solving the constant force control problem in the polishing process of the robot, extending or contracting the hydraulic telescopic rod 7, so that the grinding roller 9 is always kept in contact with the surface of the plate, the dust collector 14 collects dust through the air suction pipe 13, and the brush 24 removes dust attached to the return section of the conveyor belt 24.
