The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical equipment, in particular to a plate packing device.

Background

The gypsum board is a material prepared by taking building gypsum as a main raw material. The building material has the advantages of light weight, high strength, small thickness, convenient processing, sound insulation, heat insulation, fire prevention and other good performances, and is one of the currently-developed novel light boards. Gypsum boards have been widely used for interior partitions, wall-covering panels (instead of wall plasters), ceilings, sound-absorbing panels, floor slabs, and various decorative panels in various buildings such as houses, office buildings, shops, hotels, and industrial plants. The gypsum board production line is special equipment for producing gypsum boards, and the special equipment consists of a raw material supply system, a board making system, a conveying system, a transverse system, a drying system, a board discharging system and a trimming system.

On the current gypsum board production line, need the worker card parting bead operation after the product rolls off the production line, at the in-process of card strip, need a plurality of staff's cooperation to operate, caused labour's waste, inefficiency moreover can't reach the speed of operating in step with the production line.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a sheet material packing apparatus.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a board packing device which is developed based on an unmanned and full-automatic target and realizes the function of automatically clamping and separating strips between gypsum boards.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a plate packing device comprises a base and a frame, wherein the base and the frame are arranged in pairs and opposite to each other, and the frame is movably connected with the base; a division bar for isolating the plates is arranged in the frame through a movable assembly; the end of the frame is provided with a packer.

the movable connection between the frame and the base in the device can move the parting strips in the frame on the base; the movable assembly can push out the parting strips in the frame and clamp the parting strips into the adjacent plates so as to prevent the adjacent plates from being extruded; the device is developed based on unmanned and full-automatic targets, and the function of automatically clamping the parting strips between gypsum boards is realized.

The invention aims to provide a board packing device which is developed based on an unmanned and full-automatic target and realizes the function of automatically clamping and separating strips between gypsum boards.
