The working device of the ultra-large hydraulic excavator is large in mass, when the movable arm is operated to descend or the bucket rod is operated to retract, the movable arm and the bucket rod can automatically fall due to dead weight, in order to control the movement speed of the movable arm and the bucket rod, the gravity of a structural part needs to be balanced through throttling backpressure, at the moment, the pressure of an oil supply side of an oil cylinder is very low, the flow of an outlet of a main pump only meets the condition that the oil supply side of the oil cylinder does not suck air, the oil return side of the oil cylinder returns to a hydraulic oil tank through throttling, a large amount of heat can be generated through throttling, and then the heat is radiated through a heat radiation system, so that the efficiency of a hydraulic system of the ultra-large hydraulic excavator is low; meanwhile, for meeting the composite action requirement of the working device, the flow required by the oil supply side of the oil cylinder is larger than the flow provided by the main pump, so that the flow of the oil supply side of the oil cylinder is insufficient, the hydraulic system can have a suction phenomenon, the generated bubbles can damage hydraulic elements, and the reliability of the ultra-large hydraulic excavator is reduced.

The high-pressure large-flow cartridge valve can meet the requirements of a hydraulic system and the action speed of the whole machine of the ultra-large excavator; when the hydraulic control reversing valve is at different valve positions, oil between the tail end of the cartridge valve and the small cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder is in a flowing or static state respectively, when the oil between the tail end of the cartridge valve and the small cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder flows, a valve core of the cartridge valve is pushed, the cartridge valve is opened, the intercommunication of the large cavity and the small cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder is realized, otherwise, the cartridge valve is closed, and the large cavity and the small cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder are different and work independently.

As shown in fig. 1, in the high-pressure large-flow oil cylinder regeneration hydraulic system of the excavator, the electromagnetic directional valve 4 is a two-position three-way electromagnetic directional valve, and the electromagnetic directional valve 4 is connected to the control end of the hydraulic control directional valve 3. The controller controls whether the electromagnetic directional valve is electrified or not according to the extending or retracting action of the hydraulic oil cylinder, so that the intelligent level of the whole excavator is improved.

In the high-pressure large-flow oil cylinder regeneration hydraulic system of the excavator shown in fig. 1, the throttle valve 8 is an adjustable throttle valve. According to the hydraulic oil cylinder, redundant hydraulic oil in the large cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder directly returns to the hydraulic oil tank through the throttle valve, so that the pressure loss is reduced, hydraulic pipelines are reduced, and the reliability of the whole machine is improved.

The high-pressure large-flow oil cylinder regeneration hydraulic system of the excavator adopts a mode of combining the cartridge valve and the hydraulic control reversing valve, and the hydraulic control reversing valve controls the cartridge valve to open and close, so that the cartridge valve can be ensured to be stably opened and closed under the condition of high pressure and large flow; when the electromagnetic reversing valve is not electrified, the hydraulic control reversing valve does not reverse, so that the cartridge valve is closed, and the large cavity and the small cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder work independently without mutual interference; when the electromagnetic reversing valve is electrified, the hydraulic control reversing valve is reversed, and when the cartridge valve is opened, the communication of the large cavity and the small cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder can be realized, the oil regeneration function of the hydraulic oil cylinder is realized, the action speed of the hydraulic oil cylinder is increased, and the composite action operation of the front end working device is realized; controlling whether the electromagnetic directional valve is electrified or not according to the extending or retracting action of the hydraulic oil cylinder, and improving the intelligent level of the whole excavator; redundant hydraulic oil in the large cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder flows back to the hydraulic oil tank through the throttle valve, so that the pressure loss is reduced, hydraulic pipelines are reduced, and the reliability of the whole machine is improved.
