The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when in use, the clamping device and the brake motor 20 are arranged, so that the door leaf automatic packaging line can fix the upper end and the lower end of the door leaf through the clamping device when in use, then the sponge paper 28 is pasted on one side of the door leaf, then the brake motor 20 is opened, the upper clamping device 5 can rotate the door leaf, so that the sponge paper 28 is wrapped on the door leaf, the automatic packaging operation of the door leaf is completed, the condition that the existing manual packaging door leaf is slow in speed and laborious is avoided, the first storage box 2 and the extrusion plate 34 are arranged, so that the paper box can be stored in the first storage box 2 in advance when in use, then one paper box is extruded through the extrusion plate 34 to be packaged on the door leaf, and manual work only needs to adjust the angle of the door before the paper box is packaged and install foam plates at four corners of the door, so that the operation steps of packaging the paper box in the package are simplified, the packaging speed is increased, the packaging is very convenient, the door leaf is directly erected through the auxiliary ladder 10 to push the device, the resistance of advancing is reduced through the rotation of the roller 11, the packaged door leaf is discharged from the other side, the placing of the door leaf before and after packaging is convenient, the condition that the door leaf is too heavy to carry during packaging is avoided, the position and the opening of the clamping plate group 15 are separately controlled through the control plate 35, the paper box is convenient to be connected into the outer side of the door leaf, the condition that the door leaf cannot be connected into the door leaf is avoided being blocked by the clamping plate, the convenience is high, the air is led into the air inlet channel 23 through the air inlet machine 22, the lifting platform 25 is lifted or falls down, the sponge paper 28 can be lifted along with the lifting platform 25, the sponge paper 28 is packaged on the outer side of the door leaf twice, and the door leaf is protected better.
