In the prior art, the automotive interior part made of ABS & PC composite plastic needs to be processed by a plurality of processes in the injection molding and surface electroplating treatment process, and the method comprises the following specific steps: 1. injection molding of an ABS piece blank; 2. injection molding a PC piece blank; 3. electroplating the ABS part; 4. assembling an ABS electroplated part and a PC part; the processing method has complex procedures, can not perform one-time injection molding on ABS & PC parts, not only prolongs the production period and increases the labor cost, but also can not ensure the quality of the assembled parts.

The dispergation liquid medicine is mainly prepared by mixing the following components:

Through the technical scheme, the electroplating workshop environment is acidic, and certain acid-base neutralization is carried out in the using process, so that the peptizing liquid medicine is easy to lose efficacy, and therefore, in the peptizing liquid medicine, a proper amount of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate is added to serve as a complexing stabilizer, so that a longer service cycle of the alkaline peptizing liquid medicine is obtained, and the production process of the double-color injection molding part is stabilized.

in the injection molding process, the problems of plating leakage, cracking and the like caused by the fact that the electroplating coarsening cannot reach the position are prevented by controlling the stress of the plastic part;

during injection molding, firstly, assembling a double-color injection mold, then, automatically injecting a PC part by an injection molding machine according to a flow set by a PLC, and after the PC part is completed, automatically rotating the double-color injection mold in an injection molding machine and then molding and encapsulating an ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) electroplating part, thereby realizing one-time molding in place;

electroplating and dispergating of (II) bicolor blank

During electroplating, the PC surface of the workpiece is controlled not to be plated by the peptizing agent, and the alkaline peptizing agent with different concentrations is adopted according to different materials of the structure surface of the ABS plated part; the effective components in the dispergation generate proper chemical reaction on stannate on the surface of the workpiece, so that the PC surface cannot be plated; meanwhile, because the environment of an electroplating workshop is acidic, certain acid and alkali neutralization can be carried out in the using process, so that the peptizing liquid medicine is easy to lose efficacy, and therefore, a proper amount of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate is added into the peptizing liquid medicine as a complexing stabilizer, so that the longer service cycle of the alkaline peptizing liquid medicine is obtained, and the production process of the double-color injection molding part is stabilized.
