After the braking task is finished, the driver presses the PLE control command again to enable all the telescopic rods to contract simultaneously, the base is suspended, the wheels land, and the vehicle runs normally.

The method has obvious braking effect, can stop the vehicle no matter how the vehicle runs, and people on the vehicle can not feel uncomfortable and even casualties caused by inertia can not occur. After the technology is applied, the faults are few, the maintenance is simple, the cost is low, almost no loss exists in the whole body, the only possible loss is the brake pad on the bottom plane of the supporting leg, the brake pad only temporarily rubs with the ground after contacting the ground, but the replacement of the brake pad is more convenient and simpler than the replacement of the brake pad of the traditional brake because the brake pad is arranged on the outer surface of the vehicle.
