Furthermore, a round hole 1302 is arranged on the periphery of the movable mold 13 and is slidably connected with the fixed slide bar 11, the movable molds 13 at two ends of the rotating installation frame 9 are fixedly connected through a plurality of connecting rods 14, the connecting rods 14 penetrate through the installation vertical plate 10 and are slidably connected with the installation vertical plate 10, the connecting rods 14 are fixedly connected with each other through a linkage plate 15, one side of the linkage plate 15 is fixedly connected with a first hydraulic push rod 16, the first hydraulic push rod 16 is fixed in the middle of the surface of the rotating installation frame 9, so that the movable molds 13 can slide on the fixed slide bar 11 by utilizing the movable molds 13 to be slidably connected with the fixed slide bar 11, then the linkage plate 15 is pushed by utilizing the first hydraulic push rod 16 fixed in the middle of the surface of the rotating installation frame 9, the movable molds 13 are pushed by the connecting rods 14, the movable molds 13 can slide on the fixed slide, the movable mold 13 close to the injection molding end 1 and the fixed mold 12 are combined for injection molding, the movable mold 13 far away from the injection molding end 1 is separated from the fixed mold 12, and demolding is carried out.

Further, the fixed thimble 17 is fixed on one side of the installation vertical plate 10 close to the movable mold 13, the fixed thimble 17 is connected with the movable thimble 19 through the spring 18, the movable thimble 19 is arranged in the placing groove 1303 arranged in the movable mold 13, so that the fixed thimble 17 is fixed on the side surface of the installation vertical plate 10, when the movable mold 13 moves towards the installation vertical plate 10, the fixed thimble 17 props against the movable thimble 19 through the spring 18, when the movable mold 13 starts to prop, the compression degree of the spring 18 is small, the elastic force to the movable thimble 19 is small, the movable thimble 19 is not easy to prop, the movable thimble 19 gradually approaches to the installation vertical plate 10 through the movable mold 13, the elastic force is gradually strengthened, and the movable thimble 19 moves forwards, so that the injection molding piece is pushed out of the external convex structure mold 1301 in the movable mold 13, wherein one end of the movable thimble 19 far away from the spring 18 to one end close to the spring 18 is in a thick, the movable mold 13 is far away from the installation vertical plate 10, and the movable thimble 19 can not be pulled out of the placing groove 1303 when the spring 18 is stretched.

Further, the water cooler 20 and the circulating water pump 21 are fixedly arranged on one side of the fixed die 12, the water cooler 20 is connected with the circulating water pump 21 through a connecting pipe 2001, the water cooling pipe 22 surrounds the inner concave die periphery side in the fixed die 12, two ends of the water cooling pipe 22 are respectively connected with the water cooler 20 and the circulating water pump 21 through circulating water pipes 2201, so that the water cooler 20 is used for providing a water cooling source, water in the water cooling pipe 22 is pumped back through the circulating water pump 21, water circulation between the water cooler 20 and the water cooling pipe 22 is realized, cold water is introduced into the water cooling pipe 22, and the fixed die 12 is cooled.

The working principle is as follows: when using, injection moulding device reaches the condition of moulding plastics after, through controller control, start step motor 802, step motor 802 output shaft rotates, and drive through pivot 901 and rotate mounting bracket 9 and rotate 8 tops in the fixed bolster, make and rotate mounting bracket 9 and be in the horizontality, rotate the end of moulding plastics 7 that end 1's injection moulding nozzle 7 is aimed at to injection moulding on the cover half 12 of mounting bracket 9 one end promptly, and promote through second hydraulic push rod 502 among thrust unit 5 and mould plastics end 1 and remove to shaping end 2, utilize end 1 bottom of moulding plastics through slide rail 6 in brace table 3 sliding connection, under thrust unit 5's promotion, end 1 of moulding plastics can slide on brace table 3, and will mould plastics nozzle 7 and stretch into in the interface 1201 of moulding plastics.

Then, a first hydraulic push rod 16 is started, a linkage plate 15 is pushed by the first hydraulic push rod 16 fixed to the middle of the surface of the rotary mounting frame 9, a movable die 13 is pushed through a connecting rod 14, the movable die 13 can slide on the fixed slide rod 11, the first hydraulic push rod 16 is controlled to contract or stretch, the movable die 13 is attached to the fixed die 12 until the movable die 13 and the fixed die 12 are completely attached, then the controller 301 is used for controlling injection molding equipment to perform injection molding, cold water is injected into a water cooling pipe 22 in the fixed die 12 by starting a water cooling machine 20 and a circulating water pump 21, and the injection molding part is cooled in an accelerated manner.

And then after injection molding is finished and injection molding is stopped, the second hydraulic push rod 502 is contracted to pull the injection molding end 1 to leave the molding end 2, so that the injection molding nozzle 7 leaves the injection molding interface 1201, the electric push rod 803 is controlled to contract, the limit push rod 804 is withdrawn, the stepping motor 802 is started again to drive the rotating mounting frame 9 to continue rotating for 180 degrees, the combined movable mold 13 and the fixed mold 12 rotate to the other end, the water cooling pipe 22 continuously carries out water cooling on the injection molding part and the fixed mold 12 in the process, and the time for waiting for cooling is saved.

After one end of injection molding is far away from the injection molding end 1, the previous injection molding work is repeated again, when the first hydraulic push rod 16 pushes the linkage plate 15, so that the movable mold 13 close to the injection molding end 1 is merged towards the fixed mold 12, the movable mold 13 at the other end of the mounting frame 9 starts to be separated from the fixed mold 12, meanwhile, the fixed ejector pins 17 are fixed on the side surface of the mounting vertical plate 10, when the movable mold 13 moves towards the mounting vertical plate 10, the fixed ejector pins 17 prop against the movable ejector pins 19 through the springs 18, when the movable ejector pins are firstly propped, the compression degree of the springs 18 is small, the elasticity of the movable ejector pins 19 is small, the movable ejector pins 19 are not easy to prop, the movable ejector pins 13 gradually approach the mounting vertical plate 10, the elasticity is slowly strengthened, and then the movable ejector pins 19 move forwards, so that an injection molding part is ejected.
