背景技术

呋喃作为佳乐麝香的中间产物,目前主要工业化路线方法主要有:⑴糠酸脱羧制呋喃;⑵丁二烯氧化法;⑶糠醛脱羰法,又分为气相法、液相法、氧化脱羰法。

然而在呋喃铵盐工业化生产中,呋喃生产上述方法中大多数存在着催化剂活性差,污染环境、呋喃收率低的问题,目前工业生产基本使用糠醛脱羰法。

传统脱羰反应器为多段冷激式固定床反应器,反应器容易局部反应不均匀,造成温度上升很快飞温,飞温时只能依靠氢气冷激降温,但氢气短时间无法大量提供,因此降温缓慢效果不好;糠醛在高温下极易在催化剂上结焦生成炭黑,造成催化剂粘结失活,有氧有水的情况下还容易将糠醛氧化成糠酸,腐蚀设备,正常催化剂运行7-10天就必须生产装置停车来对催化剂烧炭再生,处理需要3-5天,严重影响生产效益。
