1. A method of controlling an amount of inflation, applied to a motor vehicle, comprising:

obtaining measured inflation parameters for the motor vehicle;

acquiring parameters of a mixture in the motor vehicle engine;

judging whether the measured inflation parameters meet the correction conditions, if so, determining an inflation quantity correction factor according to the mixed gas parameters; if not, returning to the step of obtaining the measured inflation parameters of the motor vehicle;

and correcting the measured inflation parameters according to the inflation quantity correction factor to obtain corrected inflation parameters.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining measured inflation parameters of the motor vehicle comprises:

acquiring an air intake quantity change parameter measured by a hot film air flow measuring instrument of the motor vehicle;

or

or

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of vehicle engineering, in particular to a method and a system for controlling inflation quantity.

Background

During the calibration of the engine of a motor vehicle, the charge (or intake air) is an important parameter that affects the fuel injection quantity of the engine. Under a dynamic condition (namely the stepping depth of an accelerator pedal is constantly changed), the pressure change in the air inlet pipe may have a large difference from the air charging quantity in the engine cylinder, so that the change of the air charging quantity measured in the air inlet system cannot truly reflect the change of the air charging quantity in the cylinder.

In addition, since the naturally aspirated engine injects fuel before the intake valve is opened to sufficiently atomize the fuel, the dead time (which is the time when the charge gas reaches the cylinder of the engine from the charge amount measurement position of the intake system) between the intake air amount used to calculate the fuel injection amount and the actual intake air amount at the time of closing the intake valve is objectively present, and the charge amount before the intake valve at the time of closing the intake valve cannot be truly reflected by the measured charge amount. Therefore, the larger deviation between the charging quantity used for calculating the fuel injection quantity and the actual charging quantity in the cylinder is possible, so that the fuel injection quantity calculated by the engine according to the charging quantity with the larger deviation from the actual charging quantity and the actually required fuel injection quantity have the larger deviation, the condition that the mixed gas in the cylinder is too rich or too lean is caused, and the adverse effect is further brought to the running smoothness of the motor vehicle.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, the application provides a method and a system for controlling the air inflation quantity, so as to realize the purpose of correcting the measured air inflation parameter to enable the measured air inflation parameter to be closer to the actual air inflow of an engine. The fuel injection quantity calculated by the engine according to the air charging quantity with larger deviation from the actual air charging quantity is prevented from having larger deviation from the actually required fuel injection quantity, so that the condition that the mixed gas in the cylinder is too thick or too thin is caused, and the running smoothness of the motor vehicle is improved.

In order to achieve the technical purpose, the embodiment of the application provides the following technical scheme:

It can be seen from the foregoing technical solutions that the embodiments of the present application provide a method and a system for controlling an inflation amount, where after obtaining a measured inflation parameter of a motor vehicle, when it is determined that the measured inflation parameter satisfies a correction condition, it is considered that there may be a large deviation between the measured inflation parameter measured in an intake system of the motor vehicle and an actual intake air amount in an engine cylinder, at this time, an inflation amount correction factor is determined according to an obtained mixture parameter, and the measured inflation parameter is corrected by using the inflation amount correction factor, so as to obtain a corrected inflation parameter, so that an inflation amount calculated by the motor vehicle according to the corrected inflation parameter approaches to an actual intake air amount in the engine, thereby achieving a purpose that the corrected inflation parameter is closer to an actual intake air amount of the engine. Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

The embodiment of the application provides a control method of the inflation amount, which is applied to a motor vehicle as shown in fig. 1, and the control method of the inflation amount comprises the following steps:

s101: obtaining measured inflation parameters for the motor vehicle;

s102: acquiring parameters of a mixture in the motor vehicle engine;

s103: judging whether the measured inflation parameters meet the correction conditions, if so, determining an inflation quantity correction factor according to the mixed gas parameters; if not, returning to the step of obtaining the measured inflation parameters of the motor vehicle;

s104: and correcting the measured inflation parameters according to the inflation quantity correction factor to obtain corrected inflation parameters.

In this embodiment, after the measured inflation parameter of the motor vehicle is obtained, when it is determined that the measured inflation parameter meets the correction condition, that is, it is considered that there may be a large deviation between the measured inflation parameter measured in the intake system of the motor vehicle and the actual intake air amount in the engine cylinder, at this time, an inflation amount correction factor is determined according to the obtained mixture parameter, and the measured inflation parameter is corrected by using the inflation amount correction factor to obtain a corrected inflation parameter, so that the inflation amount calculated by the motor vehicle according to the corrected inflation parameter approaches the actual intake air amount in the engine, thereby achieving the purpose of making the corrected inflation parameter closer to the actual intake air amount of the engine. It should be noted that the first threshold and the third threshold are both determination thresholds of the intake air amount variation parameter, where the first threshold is used to determine whether the intake air amount measured by the hot film air flow meter satisfies the correction condition, and the third threshold is used to determine whether the intake air amount variation parameter measured by the pressure sensor satisfies the correction condition.

In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, based on the above-mentioned embodiment, the method for controlling the inflation amount includes:

s401: obtaining measured inflation parameters for the motor vehicle;

s402: acquiring a gas mixture parameter measured by a gas mixture sensor of the motor vehicle, wherein the gas mixture parameter is the ratio of fuel gas and air in a cylinder;

s403: judging whether the measured inflation parameters meet the correction conditions, if so, determining an inflation quantity correction factor according to the mixed gas parameters; if not, returning to the step of obtaining the measured inflation parameters of the motor vehicle;

s404: and correcting the measured inflation parameters according to the inflation quantity correction factor to obtain corrected inflation parameters.

In the present embodiment, a specific way of obtaining the air-fuel mixture parameter is provided, that is, the air-fuel mixture parameter in the cylinder can be measured by an air-fuel mixture sensor of the motor vehicle, and the air-fuel mixture parameter is a ratio of fuel gas and air in the cylinder. When the engine is a gasoline engine, the fuel gas is gasoline gas, and when the engine is a diesel engine, the fuel gas is diesel gas.

In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, based on the above embodiment, the method for controlling the inflation amount includes:

When the gas mixture parameter is smaller than a second preset threshold value, the gas mixture in an engine cylinder of the motor vehicle is considered to be too lean, so that the air charge correction factor is smaller than 1, the product of the air charge correction factor and the measured air charge parameter is used for obtaining the corrected air charge parameter, and the value of the corrected air charge parameter is smaller than the measured air charge parameter, so that the motor vehicle is informed that the air charge for calculating the oil injection quantity is too small at present, and the value of the air charge needs to be increased, so that the engine is enabled to inject oil and the value of the gas mixture parameter is increased.

It should be noted that the first preset threshold and the second preset threshold may be equal or unequal.

When the first preset threshold and the second preset threshold are not equal, the inflation quantity correction factor may be made equal to 1 when the air-fuel mixture parameter is greater than the second preset threshold and smaller than the first preset threshold, that is, the measured inflation parameter is not corrected.

The following describes a control system of the inflation amount provided in the embodiments of the present application, and the control system of the inflation amount described below may be referred to in correspondence with the control method of the inflation amount described above.

The fuel injection quantity calculated by the engine according to the air charge quantity with larger deviation from the actual air charge quantity is avoided, and the fuel injection quantity actually required has larger deviation, so that the condition that the mixed gas in the cylinder is too thick or too thin is caused, and the running smoothness of the motor vehicle is improved.
