As shown in fig. 2 and 5, an annular groove 33 coaxial with the turntable 3 is arranged on the upper side surface of the turntable 3, the annular groove 33 can be matched with a bending part formed by bending the edge of the lower disc 93 of the wind wheel 9 downwards, a through hole 34 arranged on the turntable 3 is long-strip-shaped, and the number and the angle of the through hole 34 are matched with the number and the angle of the blades 91 on the wind wheel 9; further, at least two annular grooves 33 are provided.
