identifying whether the opening of the accelerator pedal is increased to a preset opening threshold value or not;

recognizing the vehicle as the vehicle which is powered on for the first time, and acquiring an initial brake opening pre-stored in a factory as the initial brake opening of the brake pedal during the first time; or recognizing that the vehicle is not powered on for running for the first time, and acquiring the initial brake opening stored after the vehicle is driven for the last time as the initial brake opening of the brake pedal during running for the current time.

7. An apparatus for obtaining an initial braking opening degree of a brake pedal, comprising:

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of vehicle control, in particular to a method and a device for obtaining an initial braking opening degree of a brake pedal and a vehicle.

Background

In the related art, in order to realize the brake control of the new energy automobile, the opening degree of the new energy automobile when the brake pedal is not depressed is detected, the brake opening degree obtained by the brake pedal sensor is compared with the opening degree of the new energy automobile when the brake pedal is not depressed, and the brake control of the vehicle is performed according to the comparison result.

However, the related art has the following disadvantages: the brake pedal sensor has the problems of low consistency of basic characteristics, error in the installation process and the like, so that the opening degree obtained by the vehicle when the brake pedal is not pressed down has an error. Therefore, the potential safety hazard in the driving process is greatly increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The present application is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art.

Therefore, a first objective of the present application is to provide a method for obtaining an initial braking opening of a brake pedal, so as to solve the technical problems of low accuracy, poor adaptability and serious influence on driving safety in the prior art.

A second object of the present application is to provide a device for obtaining an initial brake opening degree of a brake pedal.

A third object of the present application is to propose a vehicle.

A fourth object of the present application is to provide an electronic device.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.

A method, an apparatus, a vehicle, and an electronic device for obtaining an initial brake opening degree of a brake pedal according to an embodiment of the present application are described below with reference to the drawings.

It should be noted that the execution main body of the method for acquiring the initial braking opening degree of the brake pedal provided by the present application is a Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), and an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM) with points is arranged in the VCU.

After the vehicle is powered on, the VCU can control the initial brake opening of the brake pedal read from the EEPROM and takes the current initial brake opening as the critical opening to judge whether the vehicle is subjected to brake control in the running process from power-on to power-off of the vehicle. Meanwhile, the opening degree of the brake pedal is detected during the running process of the vehicle, so that the VCU obtains more accurate initial brake opening degree during the running process.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for obtaining an initial braking opening degree of a brake pedal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically comprises the following steps:

s101: and identifying whether the opening of the accelerator pedal is increased to a preset opening threshold value.

In the present application, the vehicle is provided with some opening degree-related acquisition devices, such as an accelerator pedal sensor and a brake pedal sensor. The accelerator pedal sensor and the brake pedal sensor can report the opening degree of the pedal to the VCU in real time or periodically.

Specifically, when trying to identify whether the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is increased to a preset opening degree threshold, the accelerator pedal sensor may be first controlled to acquire the accelerator opening degree of the accelerator pedal, then the opening degree of the accelerator pedal acquired by the accelerator pedal sensor is sent to the VCU, and the VCU may compare the acquired opening degree of the accelerator pedal with the preset opening degree threshold after receiving the acquired opening degree of the accelerator pedal.

And S102, if the opening of the accelerator pedal is recognized to be increased to a preset opening threshold value, acquiring an opening sampling value of the brake pedal.

Because the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal cannot be simultaneously stepped on under the normal condition, if the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is identified to be greater than or equal to the preset opening degree threshold value, which indicates that the current brake pedal is in the initial position, the current opening degree can be extracted and marked as the opening degree sampling value of the brake pedal; if the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is smaller than the preset opening degree threshold value, the current brake pedal is not located at the initial position, and the acquired opening degree of the current brake pedal can be ignored. The preset opening degree threshold value can be set according to actual conditions. For example, the preset opening degree threshold may be set to 5%.

S103: and updating the initial braking opening of the brake pedal according to the opening sampling value.

Specifically, after the opening degree sampling value of the brake pedal is obtained, the opening degree sampling value may be compared with the current initial brake opening degree of the brake pedal, and if the opening degree sampling value is consistent with the current initial brake opening degree of the brake pedal, the current initial brake opening degree of the brake pedal is maintained; and if the opening degree sampling value is inconsistent with the current initial braking opening degree of the brake pedal, updating the current initial braking opening degree of the brake pedal by using the opening degree sampling value.

Therefore, the initial braking opening of the brake pedal is updated based on the acquired opening sampling value of the brake pedal, and the opening sampling value is stored to be used as the critical opening for judging whether the vehicle is subjected to braking control in the next driving process of the vehicle. However, when the vehicle is powered on for the first time, the target initial brake opening obtained through learning cannot be read, but the initial brake opening pre-stored in the factory of the vehicle is read and is used as the critical opening for judging whether the vehicle is subjected to brake control.

Furthermore, whether the vehicle is powered on for the first time or not, the opening degree of the brake pedal can be detected in the running process of the vehicle, and then the initial brake opening degree of the brake pedal is updated according to the acquired opening degree sampling value of the brake pedal.

Optionally, in practical application, because there is a situation that a driver mistakenly operates or presses the brake pedal to cope with a sudden road condition, a plurality of sampling opening values may be obtained, and the initial braking opening of the brake pedal is updated according to the plurality of opening sampling values, so that the accuracy of the target initial braking opening is further ensured. For the process of obtaining the opening degree sampling value of the brake pedal, reference may be made to the description of the relevant contents in the above embodiments, and details are not repeated here.

As a possible implementation manner, before attempting to obtain the opening degree sampling value of the brake pedal, a reasonable sampling period may be preset, and then the brake pedal sensor is controlled to collect the opening degree of the brake pedal according to the preset sampling period.

Optionally, a plurality of opening degree sampling values may be acquired according to a preset sampling duration. The preset sampling duration can be set according to actual conditions. For example, the preset sampling time period may be set to one week or 10 days, etc.

Alternatively, a plurality of opening degree sampling values may be acquired according to a preset sampling number. The preset sampling times can be set according to actual conditions. For example, the preset number of sampling times may be set to 50.

Further, after the opening degree sampling values of a plurality of brake pedals are obtained, since the opening degree sampling values may have abnormal values, in order to ensure accuracy, the maximum sampling value and the minimum sampling value of all the opening degree sampling values may be filtered, and then an average value of the remaining opening degree sampling values is obtained and used as the target initial brake opening degree.

For example, the opening degree sampling values of 5 brake pedals are acquired and are respectively 10%, 6%, 11%, 12% and 35%, the maximum sampling value and the minimum sampling value of 35% and 6% of all the opening degree sampling values are filtered, and the average value of the remaining opening degree sampling values is acquired and is 11%, so that 11% is taken as the target initial brake opening degree.

Further, after the target initial brake opening degree is obtained, the target initial brake can be stored in a storage medium for the vehicle to read after the vehicle is powered on next time.

Therefore, when the target initial braking opening is tried to be obtained according to the plurality of opening sampling values, abnormal opening sampling values collected in a running state are filtered through screening, and then the average value of the residual opening sampling values is used as the target initial braking opening, so that the effectiveness of the obtained opening sampling values of the brake pedal is further ensured, and meanwhile, the accuracy of obtaining the initial braking opening of the brake pedal is improved.

In practical application, the situation that the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is increased due to reasons such as misoperation of a driver or violent jolting often occurs, and therefore, in order to accurately obtain the opening degree sampling value of the accelerator pedal, the duration that the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is increased to the preset opening degree threshold value can be detected after whether the opening degree of the brake accelerator pedal is increased to the preset opening degree threshold value is identified.

Alternatively, the VCU may compare the acquired opening degree of the accelerator pedal with a preset opening degree threshold value after receiving the acquired opening degree of the accelerator pedal. If the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is larger than or equal to the preset opening degree threshold value, further judging whether the duration of the opening degree of the accelerator pedal increasing to the preset opening degree threshold value reaches the preset duration; and if the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is smaller than the preset opening degree threshold value, ignoring the acquired current opening degree.

Further, after it is recognized that the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is greater than or equal to the preset opening degree threshold, the duration for increasing the opening degree of the accelerator pedal to the preset opening degree threshold may be compared with the preset duration. If the identification duration reaches the preset duration, the current brake pedal is located at the initial position, and then the current opening is extracted and marked as an opening sampling value of the brake pedal; and if the duration time for identifying that the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is increased to the preset opening degree threshold value does not reach the preset duration time, indicating that the current brake pedal is not at the initial position, ignoring the acquired opening degree of the current brake pedal. The preset duration can be set according to actual conditions. For example, the duration may be set to 200 ms.

Therefore, when trying to acquire the opening degree sampling value of the brake pedal, whether the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is increased to the preset opening degree threshold value is taken as a basis, the duration time that the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is increased to the preset opening degree threshold value is comprehensively considered, the effectiveness of the acquired opening degree sampling value of the brake pedal is guaranteed, and the accuracy of acquiring the initial brake opening degree of the brake pedal is further improved.

In order to implement the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the present application proposes another flowchart of a method for obtaining an initial braking opening degree of a brake pedal, which specifically includes the following steps:

It should be noted that, after the vehicle is powered on, the VCU may control to read the initial brake opening of the brake pedal stored in the storage medium. Specifically, after the opening degree sampling values of the brake pedal are obtained, the maximum sampling value and the minimum sampling value of all the opening degree sampling values are filtered, and then the average value of all the remaining opening degree sampling values is used as the target initial brake opening degree.

Further, comparing the target initial braking opening degree with the current initial braking opening degree of the brake pedal, and if the target initial braking opening degree is consistent with the current initial braking opening degree of the brake pedal, maintaining the current initial braking opening degree of the brake pedal; and if the target initial brake opening degree is not consistent with the current initial brake opening degree of the brake pedal, updating the current initial brake opening degree of the brake pedal by using the target initial brake opening degree.

Therefore, the initial braking opening of the brake pedal is updated based on the acquired opening sampling value of the brake pedal, and the opening sampling value is stored to be used as the critical opening for judging whether the vehicle is subjected to braking control in the next driving process of the vehicle. In this application, be equivalent to based on driver's the custom of trampling brake pedal, obtain brake pedal's initial brake aperture for the initial brake aperture who acquires accords with driver's own custom more. Further, a more accurate initial braking opening degree is obtained for a driver, and in the driving process, based on the initial braking opening degree, braking control of a vehicle is facilitated, and potential safety hazards in the driving process are reduced.

In order to realize the embodiment, the application also provides a device for acquiring the initial braking opening of the brake pedal.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for acquiring an initial braking opening degree of a brake pedal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the device 100 for acquiring the initial braking opening degree of the brake pedal according to the embodiment of the present application includes: an identification module 11, an acquisition module 12 and an update module 13.

The identification module 11 is used for identifying whether the opening of the accelerator pedal is increased to a preset opening threshold value or not; the obtaining module 12 is configured to obtain an opening degree sampling value of a brake pedal if it is identified that the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is increased to the preset opening degree threshold; and the updating module 13 is configured to update the initial braking opening of the brake pedal according to the opening sampling value.

Wherein, the obtaining module 12 is configured to: and acquiring the duration of the opening of the accelerator pedal increasing to a preset opening threshold, and determining that the duration reaches a preset duration.

Further, the obtaining module 12 is configured to: and acquiring a plurality of sampling opening values, and updating the initial braking opening of the brake pedal according to the plurality of opening sampling values.

Further, the updating module 13 is further configured to: acquiring the average value of all the opening sampling values as a target initial braking opening; and updating the current initial braking opening of the brake pedal by using the target initial braking opening.

Further, the obtaining module 12 is further configured to: filtering out the maximum sampling value and the minimum sampling value in all the opening degree sampling values; and acquiring the average value of the rest opening degree sampling values as a target initial braking opening degree.

Further, the device for obtaining the initial braking opening degree of the brake pedal further comprises a control module 14, configured to: detecting the opening degree of the brake pedal in the next driving process of the vehicle; and when the opening degree of the brake pedal is detected to reach the target initial brake opening degree, performing brake control on the vehicle.

Further, the obtaining module 12 is further configured to: recognizing the vehicle as the vehicle which is powered on for the first time, and acquiring an initial brake opening pre-stored in a factory as the initial brake opening of the brake pedal during the first time; or recognizing that the vehicle is not powered on for running for the first time, and acquiring the initial brake opening stored after the vehicle is driven for the last time as the initial brake opening of the brake pedal during running for the current time.

It should be noted that the explanation of the embodiment of the method for obtaining the initial braking opening degree of the brake pedal is also applicable to the device for obtaining the initial braking opening degree of the brake pedal of this embodiment, and details are not repeated here.

In order to implement the above embodiment, the present application also proposes a vehicle 200, as shown in fig. 4.

In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present application further proposes an electronic device 300, as shown in fig. 5, which includes a memory 31, a processor 32, and a computer program stored on the memory 31 and executable on the processor 32, and when the processor executes the computer program, the processor implements the aforementioned method for obtaining the initial braking opening degree of the brake pedal.

In order to implement the above-mentioned embodiments, the present application also proposes a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the aforementioned method of obtaining an initial brake opening degree of a brake pedal.
