5. A method of operating an exhaust muffler according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:

tail gas enters from the inlet pipe, diffuses and muffles through the primary muffling hole, diffuses and muffles through the secondary muffling hole of the muffling pipe, diffuses and muffles through the through hole of the inner baffle plate, and enters the front cavity; the noise is converged and silenced by a secondary noise elimination hole of the noise elimination pipe, then converged and silenced by a primary noise elimination hole of the leading-out pipe, and discharged into the atmosphere;

meanwhile, the tail gas in the leading-in pipe enables the driven small fan to rotate, the kinetic energy of the tail gas is consumed, and the small generator fixed on the inner partition plate moves to generate electric energy through the power shaft, the electric energy is output outwards through a lead of the small generator, and the driving small fan in the leading-out pipe works to accelerate the discharge of the tail gas in the leading-out pipe, so that the exhaust is smooth.

(2) in the tail gas discharged by the invention, part of the kinetic energy of the tail gas is utilized, converted into clean electric energy through the generator, and input into the storage battery for storage to be recycled; in the kinetic energy of the tail gas, a part of the kinetic energy drives the driven small fan to drive the power shaft, so that the driving small fan rotates to accelerate the smooth exhaust of the tail gas and reduce the exhaust resistance; the invention has simple structure, is easy to unpick, wash and clean, is convenient to remove solid and liquid residual harmful substances in the exhaust muffler and prolongs the service life of the exhaust muffler.
