A spring seat which is cylindrical and has an opening at one end and a closed end is fixed on the bend VI of the support plate I through the closed end, and the opening of the spring seat faces to the shaft sleeve arranged at the end part of the uncapping roller II; the other end of a pressure spring installed in the spring seat is tightly pressed on the shaft sleeve, one end of the tension spring is hung on a right-angle motor at the end part of the uncapping roller II, and the other end of the tension spring is hung on the bent VII of the support plate II.

The working principle is as follows: and starting the hot pepper cap removing machine. Because the transverse material channel and the longitudinal material channel of the feeding device of the acceleration feeding device are far away from the end connecting end of the feeding disc, namely the bottom of the U-shaped groove at the starting end of the transverse material channel is bent towards the direction far away from the U-shaped opening, a wedge angle is formed between the bottom of the U-shaped groove at the starting end of the transverse material channel and the outer surface of the lower section of the upper synchronous belt, and hot pepper dry flow accelerated by the acceleration device of the acceleration feeding device can easily enter the large end of the wedge angle formed by the transverse material channel and the lower section of the synchronous belt. The dried peppers entering the big end of the wedge angle at a high speed are prevented from jumping out of the transverse material channel due to the blocking of the U-shaped side plate and the baffle plate of the transverse material channel, and the handle parts of the dried peppers are jumped out of the transverse material channel from the gap between the U-shaped side plate and the baffle plate of the transverse material channel. Because the outer surface of the synchronous belt made of the elastic material has a relatively large friction coefficient, the hot pepper dry flow entering the large wedge angle end can be driven to move towards the small wedge angle end; because the design distance between the inner surface of the U-shaped groove bottom of the non-bent part of the transverse material channel and the outer surface of the lower section of the synchronous belt is smaller than the diameter of the dried peppers, the elasticity of the synchronous belt is utilized to press the dried peppers to the U-shaped groove bottom of the transverse material channel on the premise of not crushing the dried peppers, and the hot peppers move towards one end far away from the longitudinal material channel under the driving action of the synchronous belt.

Because the outer circles of the uncapping roller I and the uncapping roller II are close to the outer side of the U-shaped side plate with the lower transverse material channel, the uncapping roller I and the uncapping roller II are symmetrically arranged relative to a gap formed by the outer surface of the lower section of the synchronous belt and the upper edge of the U-shaped side plate on the lower side of the transverse material channel, and the bus of one side of the uncapping roller I and the uncapping roller II close to the U-shaped side plate with the lower transverse material channel rotates towards the direction of gradually approaching each other, so that in the process that the hot pepper stem moves towards the direction far away from the longitudinal material channel under the driving action of the synchronous belt, the handle part extending out of the U-shaped side plate with the lower transverse material channel is clamped by the uncapping roller I and the uncapping roller II and is pulled towards the direction far away from the transverse material channel; because the dried peppers are hindered by the lower U-shaped side plate and the baffle plate of the transverse material channel, the handle parts of the dried peppers and the 'caps' of the dried peppers are pulled out by the uncapping roller I and the uncapping roller II; because the elastic material is wrapped on the outer circles of the uncapping roller I and the uncapping roller II, the pulling force is further increased and the possibility of slipping is reduced on the premise that the clamping force between the uncapping roller I and the uncapping roller II is unchanged. The uncapped finished dried peppers run to the tail end of the transverse material channel far away from the longitudinal material channel and fall into a material receiving box (not shown in the figure).

Compared with the current situation in the prior art, the bottom of the U-shaped groove at the starting end of the transverse material channel is bent downwards, so that a wedge angle is formed between the bottom of the U-shaped groove at the starting end and the upper synchronous belt, and the pepper dry flow can be accelerated and propelled to the transverse material channel; because the design distance between the elastic synchronous belt and the transverse material channel is smaller than the diameter of the dried peppers, the dried peppers are pressed to the transverse material channel on the premise of not crushing the dried peppers, and a foundation is laid for smooth uncapping; because the uncapping roller I and the uncapping roller II rotate towards the direction that the generatrix on one side of the lower U-shaped side plate of the transverse material channel approaches each other gradually, the hot pepper dry flow can be uncapped in the running process in the transverse material channel; because the elastic material is wrapped on the outer circles of the uncapping roller I and the uncapping roller II, the pulling force is further increased and the possibility of slipping is reduced on the premise that the clamping force between the uncapping roller I and the uncapping roller II is not increased.
