4. A welding installation construction method of a hot-melt welded pipe is characterized by comprising the following steps:

a. a plurality of hot-melt welding pipes to be welded and installed are arranged in a pipeline groove for laying hot-melt pipelines in a row in an open mode that adjacent pipe orifices are in a form that a secondary orifice is opposite to a primary orifice;

b. the welding installation device for the hot-melt welding pipe of claim 1 is provided, and at least two welding installation devices are arranged on each hot-melt welding pipe; the method comprises the following steps that hanger brackets in welding installation equipment are arranged on two sides of a pipeline groove, the arrangement heights of all hangers are the same or basically the same, and the projections of all hangers on a projection plane along the groove direction are overlapped or basically overlapped;

c. horizontally hoisting the first and second hot-melt welding pipes at the starting position of the groove from the groove by using a chain block and a hoisting clamp on a hoisting frame which are respectively matched with each hot-melt welding pipe, wherein the hoisting height of each hot-melt welding pipe does not hinder the installation of an axial guide jig frame on the hoisting frame at the lower part of the hot-melt welding pipe;

e. horizontally hoisting the third hot-melt welding pipe from the groove by using a chain block and a hanging clamp on a hanging bracket matched with the third hot-melt welding pipe, installing an axial guide jig frame according to the method, operating the chain block, putting the third hot-melt welding pipe on the axial guide jig frame, supporting the third hot-melt welding pipe by using a guide wheel set, axially pushing the third hot-melt welding pipe to enable the pipe orifice of the third hot-melt welding pipe to be in socket fit with the pipe orifice of the second hot-melt welding pipe, and then performing milling and welding operation on the two hot-melt welding pipes to enable the third hot-melt welding pipe and the first two hot-melt welding pipes to be welded into an integral pipe;

f. respectively welding a fourth hot-melt welding pipe to a last hot-melt welding pipe into an integral pipe according to the operation mode;

g. and operating the chain blocks on all the hanging frames, simultaneously hoisting the integrally welded hot-melt pipes, operating the chain blocks on all the hanging frames after detaching the axial guide jig frames on all the hanging frames, placing the integrally welded hot-melt pipes in the grooves of the pipelines, removing all the hanging frames on the grooves of the pipelines after the detection is qualified, and performing backfill construction.

However, the construction method needs a plurality of cranes, the cost is high, the secondary reverse transportation and hoisting are carried out after the welding of the hot-melt welded pipe, and the welding port of the hot-melt welded pipe is easily damaged due to the asynchronous hoisting actions of the plurality of cranes, so that the construction quality is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide welding installation equipment for a hot-melt welded pipe, which aims to solve the problems of high cost and poor construction quality in the welding construction operation of the hot-melt welded pipe.

the axial guide jig frame comprises a support frame and two guide wheel sets arranged on the support frame; the length of the supporting frame is ensured to enable two ends of the supporting frame to be supported on the supporting beam of the supporting leg, the guide wheel set comprises a fixed seat, a connecting lug plate and two guide wheels, the lower end of the connecting lug plate is fixed on the fixed seat, the upper end of the connecting lug plate is connected with the guide wheels through a through wheel shaft, the two guide wheels on the fixed seat are arranged at the same height and are arranged on the same plane, and the plane is perpendicular to a vertical plane passing through the hanging beam; the two guide wheel sets are arranged on the supporting frame in parallel and used for supporting and axially moving the hot-melt welding pipe.

c. horizontally hoisting the first and second hot-melt welding pipes at the starting position of the groove from the groove by using a chain block and a hoisting clamp on a hoisting frame which are respectively matched with each hot-melt welding pipe, wherein the hoisting height of each hot-melt welding pipe does not hinder the installation of an axial guide jig frame on the hoisting frame at the lower part of the hot-melt welding pipe;

d. respectively installing axial guide jig frames on all the hanging frames for hoisting the two hot-melt welding pipes, enabling two guide wheel sets on the axial guide jig frames on each hanging frame to be on a straight line on one side of each hanging frame, operating a chain block, putting the two hoisted hot-melt welding pipes on the axial guide jig frames, supporting the two hoisted hot-melt welding pipes by the guide wheel sets, axially pushing a second hot-melt welding pipe to enable pipe orifices of the second hot-melt welding pipe to be in socket fit with pipe orifices of a first hot-melt welding pipe, and then performing mouth milling and welding operation on the two hot-melt welding pipes to enable the first hot-melt welding pipe and the second hot-melt welding pipe to be welded into a whole pipe;

e. horizontally hoisting the third hot-melt welding pipe from the groove by using a chain block and a hanging clamp on a hanging bracket matched with the third hot-melt welding pipe, installing an axial guide jig frame according to the method, operating the chain block, putting the third hot-melt welding pipe on the axial guide jig frame, supporting the third hot-melt welding pipe by using a guide wheel set, axially pushing the third hot-melt welding pipe to enable the pipe orifice of the third hot-melt welding pipe to be in socket fit with the pipe orifice of the second hot-melt welding pipe, and then performing milling and welding operation on the two hot-melt welding pipes to enable the third hot-melt welding pipe and the first two hot-melt welding pipes to be welded into an integral pipe;

f. respectively welding a fourth hot-melt welding pipe to a last hot-melt welding pipe into an integral pipe according to the operation mode;

g. and operating the chain blocks on all the hanging frames, simultaneously hoisting the integrally welded hot-melt pipes, operating the chain blocks on all the hanging frames after detaching the axial guide jig frames on all the hanging frames, placing the integrally welded hot-melt pipes in the grooves of the pipelines, removing all the hanging frames on the grooves of the pipelines after the detection is qualified, and performing backfill construction.

The invention sets a plurality of hanging brackets at two ends of the pipeline groove, simultaneously lifts the hot-melt welding pipes by the hanging brackets, then installs the axial guide jig frame, fixes the hot-melt welding pipes to be welded on the axial guide jig frame, carries out butt joint, mouth milling and welding, detaches the axial guide jig frame after the welding is finished, places the hot-melt welding pipes welded into a whole into the pipeline groove, and removes the hanging brackets to complete the welding and installation of the hot-melt welding pipes. The construction method is simple and easy to operate, saves labor and time, ensures the accurate butt joint and the quality of hot-melt welding, has short construction period and low requirement on the technical level of constructors, solves the problem that a crane cannot be normally matched for hoisting, reduces the construction working face, avoids the influence of secondary reverse transportation hoisting on a pipeline welded junction, reduces the construction machinery cost, ensures the construction quality and shortens the total construction progress.
