The existing unit silencer adopts a cylindrical structure, the volume distribution is unreasonable, the frequency is not selective, the length of an inner inserting pipe is not regular, the resistance is large, the low-frequency noise elimination effect is poor, and the total volume is small.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an engine silencing device which adopts a labyrinth three-section expanding type resistance silencer structure to purposefully reduce noise of each frequency section and has the advantages of simple structure, small pressure loss and good silencing effect.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the engine silencing device comprises a shell, an inner inserting pipe and a partition plate, and is characterized in that the shell is of a sealing structure, the inner inserting pipe is arranged inside the shell, and the inner inserting pipe comprises a return pipe and an exhaust pipe; the bottom of the shell is provided with an air inlet pipe, and the top of the shell is provided with an air outlet pipe; the two partition plates are arranged in the shell, the shell is partitioned into three spaces of an upper cavity, a middle cavity and a lower cavity from top to bottom by the partition plates along the cross section of the shell, the air inlet pipe is communicated with the lower cavity, and the air outlet pipe is communicated with the middle cavity; the upper cavity chamber and the lower cavity chamber are communicated through the vent pipe; the inner insertion tube is of an adjustable structure, and the noise of different frequencies is eliminated by adjusting the lengths of the inner insertion tubes in three spaces; the engine combustion exhaust gas enters the lower chamber from the air inlet pipe, enters the upper chamber through the vent pipe, then enters the middle chamber from the return pipe, and finally is discharged through the exhaust pipe.

Preferably, the cross section of the shell is an oval or round or square sealed cylindrical stainless steel structure.

Preferably, the inner cannula is a resistant structure; the lower cavity of the shell is used for eliminating low-frequency noise of 100-200 Hz, and the middle cavity of the shell eliminates medium-frequency noise of different frequencies by adjusting the length of the inner insertion tube; the vent pipe and the return pipe in the upper chamber are in the form of damping pipes and are used for eliminating the gas flow noise of medium and high frequency.
