Preferably, in the step 1), the diamond granules have the grain size of less than or equal to 500 microns, and are convenient to melt and mix.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the manufacturing method for the aluminum diamond heat sink sheet can be used for efficiently preparing the aluminum diamond heat sink sheet, and is beneficial to meeting the processing requirements of light weight and high heat conductivity of electronic components.

1) mixing materials: uniformly mixing aluminum particle powder with the particle size of less than or equal to 500 mu m and diamond granules according to the mass ratio of 1:1 to obtain an aluminum/diamond mixture, wherein the aluminum particle powder is aluminum-silver alloy particle powder.

2) Smelting: putting the aluminum/diamond mixture obtained in the step 1) into a vacuum induction melting furnace, vacuumizing the furnace to 0.5Pa, filling nitrogen into the furnace to increase the furnace pressure to 10Kpa, then starting a medium-frequency power supply to carry out melting, carrying out electromagnetic stirring synchronously in the melting process, and filling nitrogen into the furnace twice to increase the furnace pressure to 101KPa when the furnace temperature is increased to 680 ℃ to obtain an aluminum/diamond eutectic;

3) casting and pressing: pouring the aluminum/diamond eutectic obtained in the step 2) into a die of a casting press for casting and pressing in multiple times to obtain the aluminum diamond heat-sinking sheet with the thickness of 5 mm.
